    In the student support department, I began enforcement in April for 100 yen breakfast. The object wants to be specialized in only a student. The new pupil may say the time when I cannot adapt myself that is enough for new environment, and there are particularly many mental and physical students losing the balance. The month with much ridership of a counseling room and the health room is really April. I want the uneasiness in the aspect of living to dissolve with a little by using the cheap, delicious 100 yen breakfast which a student expects by the collaboration with the consumers' cooperative. In addition, I want to plan stability of the study will by cutting a new start smoothly

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the events that gave rise to “childcare professionalism” and to clarify effective means to have awareness as a childcare person. As a result of analyzing the content of an interview by a kindergarten teacher, it turned out that opportunities for reflection were effective in awareness of expertise. It was also revealed that it is important for the childcare providers themselves to have doubts about their childcare practice at the opportunity of reflection

    文部科学省は、幼児期の終わりまでに達成すべき10の姿を掲げ、幼児教育と小学校教育との接続の重要性について新たな視点を確立した。新しいガイドラインでは、各幼児の良さと可能性を評価する方法を維持しながら、すべての科目(音楽、芸術、家政学など)を「その他科目」1つの枠組みに統合するアイディアが示された。しかしながら、これらの科目は本質的に多様であり、それぞれが異なる特徴を持つ。したがって、学びの過程で幼児はそれらを異なる方法で経験することが望ましい。特に図画工作においては、幼児自身のつくりたい・あらわしたいという衝動を大事にすることが最も重要だと考えられる。育ってほしい姿の結果のみに焦点を当てることは、大切な過程をおろそかにすることになるのではないか。幼児の生活経験を生み出す造形活動は、子どもたちの成長を支え、新たに提示された10の目標の多くを完全に満たすことができる。本稿では、認定子ども園の園児が創作活動を通じて獲得できる能力や資質についての可能性を検討する。The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology established new viewpoints on the importance of the connection between early childhood education and elementary school education, with focus on 10 goals that children should achieve by the end of childhood. While maintaining ways to evaluate the goodness and possibilities of each young child, the new guidelines integrate all subjects (including music, art (picture drawing), home economics, etc.) into one framework. However, these different subjects and are diverse in nature and require different skills. Thus, infants and young children experience them differently. It is most important to keep in mind the infants’ own motivation to do arts and crafts projects. A focus on production alone can be counterproductive. However, production activities that give infants actual experience may support the children’s growth and fully satisfy many of the newly presented 10 goals.     近年の経済政策は、一億総活躍社会、働き方改革に象徴されるように、特に、女性の働き方を多様化させることで、就労を推進する動きがある。そのため、国は、扶養家族の社会保障の見直しや雇用者が従業員の 雇用条件や就労時間等に即した事業所内保育事業や企業主導型保育事業の整備を補助するなどの政策を推進 している。本研究では、①交代制勤務で働く女性にとっての事業所内保育事業の意義と特徴的な保育ニーズを明らかにし、②交代制勤務に従事する保育ニーズを充足するための家庭支援のニーズを検討する。その上で、③交代制勤務の働き方に合わせた保育ニーズを充足することの社会的意義を検討することを目的とする。本研究の方法は、松山市内の高齢者と障がい児・者を対象にした福祉施設のうち、事業所内保育事業を有する法人で働く女性を対象に、事業所内保育事業への認識と意義、また、就労継続と昇進の意向に関して質問紙調査を行った。交代制勤務に従事する女性の多様な働き方に応じた事業所内保育事業の意義と必要性とともに、拡充に向けての課題が明らかになった
