    上市公司、资本虹吸与房价的地区差异

    鉴于上市公司与房价地区差异的研究鲜见,文章首次从地区层面寻找上市公司影响房价的微观传导路径。研究发现,上市公司从一级市场上融资、内部人在二级市场上减持均会\"虹吸\"全国资金,增加当地货币资本,进而正向影响房价,即高融资或高减持地区成为\"虹吸方\";融资虹吸与减持虹吸对房价的影响存在差异,减持虹吸引起财富集聚,对房价的影响更多地由富裕阶层的购房需求所推动,而融资虹吸带来的财富影响比较分散。地区股票市值与房价呈现螺旋增长关系,在股市上涨期间替代效应占主导地位,两者的增长率负相关;而在下跌期间财富效应占主导地位,两者的增长率正相关。文章从企业层面阐释了房价地区差异的金融成因及路径,并试图厘清股票市场与房价的增长结构,为地区经济的协调发展提供了参考。国家自然科学基金项目(71572165,71702056);;教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金项目(16YJC630147);;上海市哲学社会科学规划青年课题(2016EJB004);;中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金(222201624002

    Enrichment of Heavy Metals by Casuarina equisetifolia of Different Stand Ages

    为认识木麻黄(Casuarina equisetifolia)防护林带重金属消减效应,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定了福建省平潭国有防护林场林龄分别为5,15,20,30年的木麻黄小枝、细根、凋落物及林地土壤中5种重金属(Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb)的含量.结果表明:平潭木麻黄林地土壤重金属Cr、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量均低于福建省土壤和福建海岸带土壤的重金属含量背景值,未发现重金属污染;木麻黄Cr、Cd和Zn的平均含量高出普通植物的正常值范围,木麻黄中重金属含量依Zn>Cr>Pb>Cu>Cd顺序降低;木麻黄细根中的重金属含量最高,且细根对重金属的富集系数也最高;木麻黄对Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd的富集系数均大于1;木麻黄细根中Zn、Cu元素含量显著正相关;小枝对Cr、Cd和Pb,细根对Zn的富集系数均与林龄极显著正相关;木麻黄现存生物量中,Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb的现存储量分别为3.06~3.46 kg/hm2,1.14~1.57kg/hm2,11.67~12.57 kg/hm2,0.05~0.09 kg/hm2和0.45~1.84 kg/hm2,且主要存在于根和树干中;随着林龄的增加,木麻黄积累大量的重金属,并达到其峰值.综上所述,木麻黄防护林在防风固沙的同时,能够吸收富集大量的重金属,对海岸带的重金属污染具有明显的消减作用.Casuarina equisetifolia is the key species in the seashore shelter belt in Fujian Province.It is necessary to assess enrichment of heavy metals by C. equisetifolia.Concentrations of heavy metals,including Cr,Cu,Zn,Cd and Pb,in branchlet,fine root,litter and soil of C.equisetifolia in 4 ages( 5,15,20,30 a) were determined.There was no heavy metal pollution in the shelter belt soil. The results showed that the content of the heavy metals in C. equisetifolia could be ranked from high to low as Zn>Cr>Pb>Cu>Cd.The heavy metal content of the fine root was significantly higher than the other parts,and the concentration coefficient of the fine root was also the highest in C. equisetifolia.There was a significant positive correlation between the content of Zn and Cu in the fine root. The concentration coefficients of Cr,Cd,Pb in branchlet,and the concentration coefficient of Zn in the fine root were significantly correlated with stand age.Existing reserves of Cr,Cu,Zn,Cd and Pb were 3. 06-3. 46 kg / hm2,1. 14-1. 57 kg/hm2,11. 67-12. 57 kg/hm2,0. 05-0. 09 kg/hm2,0. 45-1. 84 kg/hm2.     首先介绍了传统抗震理论和结构震动理论以及黏弹性阻尼器在结构的耗能减震中的应用。之后对黏弹性阻尼器的力学模型进行分析介绍,指出积分型本构关系的黏弹性阻尼器在应用中有更大灵活性。最后通过计算机模拟计算出有黏弹性阻尼器的建筑结构受到地震激励时的瞬态和稳态位移概率分布,说明黏弹性阻尼器对于地震时结构的瞬态位移响应和稳态位移响应均具有良好的减震效果,并且不同材料的黏弹性阻尼器对于在地震作用下建筑结构的瞬态或稳态位移响应有不同的减振效果。This paper describes the structure of the conventional seismic vibration theory and the theory describes the energy dissipation viscoelastic dampers used in the structure.After mechanical model of viscoelastic dampers analyze introduction,pointed integral constitutive relation of viscoelastic dampers have greater flexibility in the application.Finally,there are calculated by computer simulation of viscoelastic dampers building structures subjected to transient and steady- state displacement probability distribution of earthquake excitation,indicating viscoelastic dampers for transient and steady- state displacement response of the structure during an earthquake displacement response have good the damping effect,and different materials viscoelastic dampers for transient or steady- state displacement under seismic response of structures with different damping effect.国家自然科学基金项目(11372262)资

    Iron and manganese oxides enhance electron output efficiency of Clostridium pasteurianum

    [Background] Fermentative dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria, which are capable of reducing metallic oxides, get energy from fermentation. Little is known about how metallic oxides affect electron output efficiency of fermentative dissimilatory metal-reducing microorganisms. [Objective] This study was conducted to explore the influence of iron and manganese oxides (Fe_2O_3/MNO_2) on electron output efficiency. [Methods] Different concentrations of Fe_2O_3/MNO_2 were added into fermented system containing glucose and inoculated 5% C. pasteurianum. Electrochemical activity of C. pasteurianum was detected. The concentrations of Fe(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ) were measured by ferrozine spectrophotometry and formaldoxime method. Fermentation substrate and metabolites of C. pasteurianum were detected by gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Lastly, we calculated the electron output efficiency. [Results] The current density peaked with the value of about 0.93 mA/m~2. The concentrations of Fe(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ) gradually accumulated. The consumption of glucose was increased by 9.4%/7.7%, Meanwhile, acetate production was increased by 37.5%/25.0%, and butyrate production was increased by 22.7%/6.8%. Additionally, hydrogen production was increased by 21.6%/9.8%, and the total electron output efficiency was increased by 24.27%/10.82%, respectively. The pH values between experimental group and control are no significant difference. [Conclusion] This study shows that iron and manganese oxides can improve the electron output efficiency of C. pasteurianum by increasing glucose consumption and buffering pH value. The results provide evidence for revealing the effects of multivalent metal oxides on the electron output of fermentative dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria, and further expand our understanding of the interaction mechanism between multivalent metal oxides and fermentative dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria.</p

    厌氧条件在不同Fe( II) 浓度测定方法中必要性的比较研究

    厌氧是目前Fe(II)测定方法中常选择的处理方式,但是不可避免会给实验操作带来不便。为了方便、准确地测定铁还原体系中的Fe(II)浓度,对比研究了厌氧条件对草酸&mdash;草酸铵和盐酸两种典型浸提方法测定Fe(II)浓度的影响。结果表明:对于草酸&mdash;草酸铵浸提法,厌氧条件是必须的,以防止提取液中的Fe(II)被氧化,而且样品浸提1 h 便可用于Fe(II)的测定;然而对于盐酸浸提法,厌氧条件却并不是必须的,对Fe(II)浓度测定基本不产生影响。因此,为简化实验操作或在没有厌氧条件的情况,可利用盐酸浸提法测定铁还原体系中Fe(II)浓度
