    区域医疗物联网监管平台总体规划与设计

    目的:解决当前医疗物联网应用中顶层设计缺乏和标准不统一的问题,加强医疗物联网数据监管,充分利用物联网可穿戴设备采集的数据,辅助医生及时有效地进行疾病预防干预和治疗。方法:采用Hadoop、REST、Hbase等关键技术,构建区域医疗物联网监管平台,实现健康监护,并以厦门慢病全程健康管理为切入点进行应用与实践。结果:医疗物联网监管平台在厦门全程慢病管理中的成功应用,能有效辅助基层医疗卫生机构管理者进行监管决策,辅助家庭医生进行健康照护,提升了居民的满意度与家庭医生的服务存在感。结论:区域医疗物联网监管平台能够为医院管理者和医务人员提供有效的健康数据支撑,辅助医务人员为患者提供个性化的预防和治疗解决方案,提升医疗服务水平与居民的满意度

    Preparation and in vitro evaluation of chitosan microspheres containing matrine

    目的:以壳聚糖为囊材制备苦参碱结肠靶向给药微球及评价其体外释药情况。方法:用乳化化学交联法制备微球,以微球的粒径分布百分数、载药量及包封率为优化指标对影响微球制备的主要因素用正交试验设计优化制备条件;并对最佳制备工艺制得的微球进行3种不同递质(人工胃液、人工肠液及大鼠结肠液)中的体外释放度评价。结果:制得的苦参碱壳聚糖微球在电镜下,球形表面圆整,粒径分布适宜,微球平均粒径为(68.3±2.7)μm,平均载药量为(16.0±0.5)%,平均包封率为(66.3±4.2)%。苦参碱壳聚糖微球在人工胃液中2h不释药;在人工肠液中4h内释放不到1%,96h释药不到10%;在含大鼠结肠内容物的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.8)中4h释放10%左右,36h释药近50%,此后释药趋于缓慢,96h释药近80%。结论:苦参碱壳聚糖微球几乎不在上消化道释药,而是在结肠靶向释药。OBJECTIVE To preparate the chitosan microspheres containing matrine for the colon-specific drug delivery and evaluate its release in vitro.METHODS The chitosan microspheres containing matrine were prepared by emulsion-chemical crosslink technique.The better preparation procedure with respect to particles size distribution,embedding rate and drug loading were optimized by the orthogonal experimental design.In-vitro drug release were carried out in the artificial gastric,artificial intestinal and the phosphate buffered saline(pH(6.8)) containing rat colon contents.RESULTS The chitosan microspheres containing matrine was shown to have good spherical geometry,a smooth surface and suitable size distribution under scanning electron micrographs.Average diameter of microspheres was((68.3)±(2.7))μm,drug loading was((16.0)±(0.5))%,embedding rate ((66.3)±(4.2))%.Little release and a little release of matrine from the microspheres were observed in the artificial gastric juice and in the artificial intestinal juice,respectively.However,the release of matrine was markedly increased in the phosphate buffered saline(pH(6.8)) containing rat colon contents,which was near to 10%,50% and 80% at 4 h,36 h and 96 h,respectively.CONCLUSION These findings suggest that the chitosan microspheres containing matrine may be useful a dosage form for colon-specific drug delivery.甘肃省自然科学基金(编号ZS0001-A23-073-Y

    Kilogram Scale-up Preparation of Catalysts and its Reaction Process in Syngas Methanation

    甲烷化催化剂是煤制合成天然气核心技术之一,因此研发合成气完全甲烷化催化剂具有重要意义。研究工作采用实验室小试共沉淀制备甲烷化催化剂的最佳工艺条件; 方法,进行单批次1、5和10; kg级(代号cat-1、cat-5、cat-10)催化剂的制备研究。研究了催化剂制备的控制因素和放大制备催化剂的反应性能及催化反应工艺条件。研究; 显示:催化剂制备的控制因素主要包括Na~+含量及晶型结构;放大制备催化剂具有良好的活性、操作稳定性和耐热性能,与小试制备催化剂具有较好的一致性;; 放大制备催化剂(cat-10)在所考察的还原温度、反应H_2/CO比和10000~40000; mL·h~(-1)*g_(cat)~(-1)反应空速范围内具有良好的甲烷化活性。研究结果表明,该研究单批次公斤级催化剂放大制备是成功的,为实现催; 化剂进一步放大制备提供了良好基础。Methanation catalysts play a vital role in the production of synthetic; natural gas (SNG) from coal. Based on bench-scale optimum; co-precipitation conditions of catalyst preparation, scale up; preparation of catalysts for syngas methanation with single batch of 1,; 5 and 10 kg is studied. Factors affecting catalyst; preparation/performance and scale-up were investigated. The results show; that Na~+ content and crystal structure of the catalysts are the; critical factors, and the catalysts prepared under scale-up conditions; possess excellent operation stability and heat resistance, with; consistent performance as those from bench-scale samples. The 10 kg; batch has good reaction activity under studied conditions. Therefore,; the scale-up preparation is successful for the methanation catalyst in; this study, which is useful for future scale-up preparation of related; catalysts

    易位子相关蛋白δ(TrAnSlOCOn ASSOCIATEd PrOTEIn dElTA,TrAPd)是作为内质网膜蛋白参与细胞内信号序列识别、新生肽链的修饰、转运通道的形成等过程。以虹鳟鱼(OnCOrHynCHuS MykISS)为研究材料,采用rT-PCr和rACE法分离和克隆虹鳟鱼TrAPd基因CdnA的全长序列(gEnbAnk登录号:fJ591154),序列全长949 bP,其中5’端非翻译区(uTr)长109 bP,3’端非翻译区(uTr)长336 bP,开放性阅读框(Orf)长504 bP,编码167个氨基酸,存在1个跨膜区。虹鳟TrAPd蛋白序列与斑马鱼、黑青斑河豚、大西洋鲑、斑点叉尾鮰、热带爪蟾、人和小鼠等脊椎动物的同源性均在80%左右,表明TrAPd基因在进化过程中是高度保守的。Translocon-associated-protein delta(TRAPD) plays a crucial role in physiological processes such as the recognition of signal sequence,the modification of nascent peptide and the formaction of translocation channels.RT-PCR and RACE(Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends) methods were used for the isolation of the whole cDNA of trapd gene(GenBank accession number: FJ591154) from rainbow trout.Sequence analysis revealed a 949 bp cDNA containing the 109 bp 5'-UTR,336bp 3'-UTR and 504 bp ORF encoding 167 amino acids with a transmembrane region.The sequence alignment between rainbow trout and zebrafish,fugu,salmon,catfish,frog,human and mouse exhibited about 80% identity rate of amino acid.The result indicated the trapd gene is highly conservative in the progress of evolution.河北省科技厅资助项目(0624240011
