    The Design of the Dynamic Detection System for the Ball Screw’s Friction Torque

    随着数控机床向高速且高精度的方向发展,滚珠丝杠的精度要求也随之升高。滚珠丝杠的摩擦力矩是丝杠性能的一个重要指标。在国内,丝杠摩擦力矩的检测还处于一个比较落后的阶段,目前中小丝杠企业大都采取靠工人手感来判定摩擦力矩是否符合标准。本文结合南靖长青精密丝杆制造有限公司的现有设备,在其基础上研制了滚珠丝杠摩擦力矩动态检测系统,实现摩擦力矩检测的自动化。 本文从滚珠丝杠传动的特点出发,分析了滚珠丝杠摩擦力矩的产生机理。基于对预紧方式的介绍,以Hertz接触理论为基础,计算后得到了预紧力对摩擦力矩的影响规律。通过使用简化的反向器力学模型,对滚珠进出反向器产生的摩擦力矩波动性进行了分析。最终构成了整个系统...With the development of CNC machine tools to high speed and high precision, accuracy requirements of the ball screw have also increased.
