A Study on the Causes of the Restoration Direction and the Feature of the Restoration Practice of the Geunjeong Hall in the Gyeongbok Palace

This study explored the causes of restoration direction and the feature of the restoration practice of the Geunjeong Hall in the Gyeongbok Palace by analyzing the process and the result of the restoration of the heritage. The result of the study shows that the causes of restoration direction are restoration guidelines for the project, restoration principles for the architectural heritage of Korea, advisory committee of the restoration project, standard specification for the restoration of architectural heritage, and traditional craftsmanship. This study also reveals that the restoration of the Geunjeong Hall pursued enhancement of architectural functions, ideal prototype of traditional building, adoption of the contemporary scientific technology, retention of the old members, and recovery of the deformed elements

(The) effects of pelvic tilt on sit-to-stand in healthy subjects.

재활학과/석사[한글] 본 연구에서는 세 가지 다른 자세로 일어서기 동작을 수행할 때 운동형상학적 변화와, 근육 활동 패턴에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 첫째는 대상자 본인이 선택한 편안한 자세로 일어서는 동작, 둘째는 움직임에 문제가 있는 일어서기와 유사 한 후방 골반경사를 유지하면서 일어서는 동작, 셋째는 일반적인 재활치료 접근과 유사한 동작인 전방 골반경사를 유지하면서 일어서기를 통해 운동형상학적 변화와 근육 작용 패턴을 측정하였고, 개별적인 분석과 기본적인 통합 분석을 하였다. 또한 새로운 기능적 통합 분석인 기능적 연결 분석(functional linkage analysis)과 주동근 및 자세 조절근을 구분하는 분석을 수행하였다.건강한 성인 남자 25명을 대상으로 하여 운동형상학적 자료를 얻기 위해 실시간 삼차원 동작분석 시스템인 CMS70P를 사용하였고, 넙다리곧은근, 가쪽넓은근, 넙다리두갈래근, 앞정강근, 장딴지근, 가자미근의 근수축 개시점을 측정하기 위해 근전도 MP100 시스템이 사용되었다. 정규화와 동기화 되어진 두 시스템의 자료들은 상대적 시간 개념인 백분율(%)의 평균 자료값들로 정리되었고, 세 가지 동작에서의 비교를 위해 일요인 분산분석을 이용해 분석하였으며, 급간내상관계수를 이용한 기능적 연결 분석을 수행하였다.본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운동형상학적 변화는 엉덩관절을 제외한 무릎관절, 발목관절, 대퇴부 떼기에서 세 가지 동작간의 차이가 있었고 동작 내에서 관절들의 신전동작 변화 순서에는 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 근육 활동 패턴의 변화는 가쪽넓은근에서 동작간의 차이가 있었고 가쪽넓은근을 제외한 다른 근육들의 동원되는 순서에는 변화가 없었다. 셋째, 일어서기 변화의 중요 기점인 대퇴부 떼기를 기준으로 할 때 동원되는 근육 활동 패턴은 일어서기 동작에 따라 차이가 있었고, 이러한 결과를 바 탕으로 동작의 특성을 설명할 수 있었다. 넷째, 기능적 연결 분석을 통해서 대퇴부 떼기와 가쪽넓은근, 대퇴부 떼기와 넙다리곧은근이 독립적인 하나의 기능적 단위로 작용하였다고 분석할 수 있었다. 또한 일어서기 동작에서 주동근은 가쪽넓은근과 넙다리곧은근이었고, 자세 조절 요구와 비례하는 자세 조절근의 수는 후방 골반경사, 전방 골반경사, 편하게 골반경사 일어서기 순서로 나타났다.본 연구 결과로 다음과 같이 일어서기 동작에 대한 평가적, 치료적 접근 방향을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 비정상적인 일어서기의 평가 시, 치료사는 무릎관절과 발목관절의 신전 동작 변화에 초점을 두어야 하고, 넙다리두갈래근, 가자미근의 활동 패턴 변화와, 가쪽넓은근과 넙다리곧은근의 동원되는 정도의 차이가 있으며, 또한 자세 조절을 위해 불필요한 부가적 근육의 패턴들이 생성될 수 있다는 것을 고려해야 한다.둘째, 비정상적인 일어서기의 치료적 접근 시, 전방 골반경사로의 움직임 패턴 유도는 움직임의 효율성과 기능적인 측면에서는 유용하게 사용되어질 수 있다. 그러나 과도한 전방 골반경사 일어서기는 근육 활동 패턴을 변화시키고 기능적 연결 정도 차이와 추가적인 자세 조절근들의 생성을 만들어냄으로써 정상적인 운동조절 패턴을 변화시킬 가능성이 있다는 것을 고려해야 할 것이다. [영문] This study analyzed the effects of three different pelvic tilts on sit-to-stand activities and suggested a new therapeutic approach for movement re-education in patients who have sit-to-stand difficulty. The three different pelvic tilts were: (1) comfortable (CPT), (2) posterior (PPT), and (3) anterior (APT) pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (STS). To determine the onset time of muscle contraction, surface electrodes were applied to the rectus femoris (RF), vastus lateralis (VL), biceps femoris (BF), tibialis anterior (TA), gastrocnemius (GCM), and soleus (SOL) muscles. One-way ANOVA was used for the statistical analysis. ICCs was used for functional linkage analysis. The findings of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in the kinematic variables of the knee joint, ankle joint, and thigh-off among the three activities. Second, there were significant differences in the VL muscle activation pattern among the three activities. Third, the functional integrated analysis revealed that the muscle recruitment pattern changed when thigh-off was viewed as a reference point. Fourth, there were independent functional units between thigh-off and VL, and between thigh-off and RF in the functional linkage analysis. The VL and RF acted as the prime-mover muscles, and additional postural-adjustment muscles were recruited as the demand for postural muscle control increased (PPT STS > APT STS > CPT STS). In conclusion, the findings of this study suggest the following evaluative and therapeutic approach for STS activity: (1) Changes in the knee and ankle joints are prioritized, recruitment order differences in the VL and RF, changes in the activation pattern of BF, SOL, and additional muscle recruitment patterns can be generated to accomplish abnormal STS activities. (2) APT STS can be introduced for movement efficiency and functional advantage when treating abnormal STS. However, excessive APT changes the recruitment pattern of the BF and SOL, and requires additional postural muscle control.ope

The Growth of Economy and Social Capital - The Role of Schooling

서비스는 서비스 제공자의 지식과 역량을 바탕으로 성립되고 발전하며, 서비스 제공자와 고객과의 관계 속에서 형성되는 것이다. 서비스경제는 사회적 신뢰, 네트워크, 서비스이념과 서비스정신 등 그 발전에 필요한 특별한 사회자본이 결여된 상황에서는 발전되기 어렵다. 우리나라의 사회적 신뢰 수준은 선진국에 비하여 낮은 수준이며 서비스산업 발달에 부정적으로 평가된다. 이는 시민사회 구성원의 시민의식이 성숙되지 못하였고 신뢰사회로의 발전을 목표로 하는 제도의 미비와 제도에 대한 불신 때문이다. 사회 전반의 사회자본 형성과 서비스경제 발전을 위한 사회적 신뢰 구축과 관련하여 학교는 다음과 같은 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대한다. 첫째, 학교는 시민교육을 통하여 학생들 간의 신뢰, 시민참여와 네트워크 형성을 촉진하여 사회자본을 형성하는 데 기여하여야 한다. 둘째, 학교는 경제교육 내용을 재구성하여 지식기반경제와 서비스경제 체제에 적합한 경제교육을 실시해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 학교는 교과 외 교육활동, 봉사학습을 활성화하여 사회자본을 구축하도록 해야 한다. 넷째, 학교는 우수한 서비스인력 양성 프로그램을 통해 서비스 제공자의 인적자원개발을 직접 담당해야 할 것이다.The aim of this study is to present the role of schooling fostering social capital that is an essential factor to develop service economy. Social capital is defined as the social relations including trust, network, norms that facilitate collective action. In Korean society, we have low level of social trust compared with advanced countries, which is not a beneficial tool to accomplish the growth of service economy. It is said that citizens don’t have enlightened citizenship and progressive service-mind. We emphasize that schooling has a powerful effect on the formation of social capital. In order to enhance the effectiveness of schooling fostering social capital, some features of the educational process can be recommended as next: citizenship education for generalized social trust be strengthened; economic education be developed based on appropriate and relevant curriculum for service economy; extracurricular activities and service learning connected with social capital be expanded; schooling program be diversified for the development of human resources in service economy

A Study on the Organizational Scheme of Human Resources Development Policies

정부는 교육인적자원부로 하여금 인적자원정책을 총괄하게 한 후 인적자원개발기본법을 공포․시행하고 기본계획을 수립, 인적자원개발회의를 통하여 인적자원정책을 추진해 나갔다. 그러나 그 과정에서 인적자원정책의 범위에 대한 혼선, 인적자원개발회의 초기 정착과정에서의 시행착오, 인적자원정책 총괄․조정 부처의 실질적 역할 미흡 등 문제점이 지적되었다. 인적자원정책을 효율적으로 추진하기 위한 개선방안으로 다음 정책과제를 제시하고자 한다. 정부의 인적자원정책의 전모를 파악할 수 있도록 인적자원정책의 범위를 명확히 정립하고 사회적 자본 형성을 위한 인적자원정책의 중요성을 인식하여야 한다. 인적자원정책의 실효성과 책무성을 강화하기 위하여 인적자원정책 관련 보고서를 국회에 제출하도록 법제화할 필요가 있다. 교육인적자원부 장관의 인적자원정책의 총괄․조정 권한을 강화하기 위하여 인적자원 예산편성 과정에 영향력을 행사할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 인적자원개발회의의 실질적 권한을 강화하는 것이 상징적 위상 강화보다 중요하며 타 정부위원회와 인적자원정책과 관련된 정책마찰을 해소할 수 있도록 인적자원개발회의의 인적자원정책 총괄․조정 기능을 강화하여야 한다.The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development(MOEHRD) was launched to oversee and coordinate various policies related to human resources. The MOEHRD announced The National Human Resources Development Strategies for Korea as a mid and long-term strategic plan for HRD at the national sphere, and has presided over the Ministerial Commission for HRD(MCHRD). This paper points out some problems of the concept and category of HRD policies, the formation and operation of the MCHRD, and the role of the MOEHRD. This paper made some suggestions for successful implementation of HRD policies. First, we need to clarify the concept and category of HRD policies in every government organizations and recognize the significance of HRD policies for the formation of social capital. Second, we need to revise the HRD Act that some HRD reports are required to submit to the National Assembly in order to strengthen the effectiveness and accountability of HRD policies. Third, the MOEHRD should be authorized to coordinate HRD policies in budget process. Fourth, it is essential to empower the right of the MCHRD to play a central role in coordinating the HRD policies

A Study on Problems of the Reconstruction of Heungnyemun and Repair of Geunjeongjeon in Gyeongbok Palace through ICOMOS Documents

The purpose of this study is to examine reconstruction of the Heungnye Gate and the repair work of the Geunjeong Hall in the Gyeongbok Palace from the perspective of ICOMOS documents on architectural heritage. Some of the controversial issues, having been raised from the two projects, are selected and analyzed based on related ICOMOS documents. The principles of ICOMOS documents are used to analyze whether significant decisions, already made or to be made while reconstructing or repairing the two traditional wooden structures, are justifiable or not. According to the study results, the demolition of the former Japanese Government-General Building was inevitable for the sake of authenticity of the structure. Second, it is inappropriate to use imported woods and timbers in reconstructing traditional buildings. Third, making alterations to the original form, such as changing roof structure and making posts thicker than before, is not different from tearing up historic documents. Fourth, using modern tiles is incompatible with the ICOMOS principles that put a great importance on aesthetic values and original construction techniques. Fifth, incorporating wooden elements with synthetic resin goes against the principle of reversibility and is not traditional techniques. Lastly, using machine tools and electric equipment is to undermine the authenticity of traditional wooden structures where craftsmanship is an indispensable factor. It also deprives younger carpenters of a chance to learn traditional building techniques, preventing the transmission of priceless techniques to next generations
