情報弱者の知識構造の数学的特徴付け

本稿は情報弱者の知識構造をモデル化し, その特徴づけを行う. 標準的な議論では情報格差を情報の非対称性の問題として取り扱ってきた. しかし情報の非対称性の場合, 各主体は真の状態が分からなくとも, 状態空間については相互知識となっていることを仮定している. 従って, 情報弱者のように意思決定に関わる特定の情報についてそのような情報が存在することを知らずその情報にアクセスすることができないようなケースについて取り扱うことができていない. 本稿は情報集合が空集合であることを認めるような情報関数を再定義することによって, 主体が特定の情報にアクセスすることができないケースを表現し, この情報関数に基づいて新たに知識演算子を定義した. 先行研究での知識演算子はNecessitationとMonotonicityが同値であった. 対照的に我々の知識演算子は, Monotonicityは成立するが, Necessitationは成立しない. この特徴を可知の非対称性の議論と結びつけたとき, 我々の知識演算子は不可知を有意味に扱うことができると同時に, 主体にとって不可知な事象が実現したとき, 主体は意思決定に関わる全ての事象について真偽を知ることができないことを表現している

On the physical exercise of the middle and upper aged generation, based upon the actual their sports and healty walking.

In an aging society, generally speaking the middle and upper aged generation has begun to change their physical conditions with shortage of physical exercise and gradually has become weak. There fore our study administered questionnaire on the above people and got a survey of the actual condition of their sports and physical exercise. From the survey our study took a focus on the healthy walking to analyse the present situation of it
