Intrinsically Motivated Learning and Self-determination

application/pdf本稿は内発的に動機づけられた学び方を個々に見出すことを目指した自律課題について分析した実践研究である。本実践では教師が決定する部分を最小限に減らし，学習者が主体的に決められる範囲をひろげた。教師が決定したことは3 点である。①効果的なプラン（自分の興味・関心・志向を反映させ，意欲高く継続できるもの）を学習者自身が作成する。②内省を行う。③変化を捉える方略を考案し自己評価を行う。教師は自由な発想の多様な取り組みを奨励し自律性支援を行った。目指したのは自己調整学習者である。抽出した1 名の学習者の内省記述から自己調整学習の循環サイクルの成立過程を分析した。最後に教育環境と自律学習，ウェルビーイング実現の観点から考察を加えた。departmental bulletin pape
