    Given the development of mobile telecommunication technology advances in this era of globalization, has resulted in many emerging wide range of operators. The number of operators who sprung the increasing competition between mobile operators in order to attract consumers interested in using its products. One form of business that can be done is to improve service quality and brand image in order to gain a loyal customer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image brand loyalty. This research is a field study. The population in this study are all people who have used prepaid cards sympathy. The samples in this study were 100 people who had used a prepaid card sympathy. Data collection through a questionnaire. The results of the multiple regression analysis, Y = 6.864 + + 0.341X1 0.357X2 + e of the most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the variable of brand image variables (0.357) and followed by the variable quality of service (0.341). T test results prove that all the independent variables (service quality and brand image) has a positive influence on the dependent variable is the brand loyalty in sympathy Telkomsel card users. That is according to the consumer, the two independent variables are considered important to be loyal to retain sympathy Telkomsel card. And the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) were obtained for 0604. This means that 60.40% of brand loyalty can be explained by the variable quality of service and brand image, while the remaining 39.60% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

    Metode pembelajaran Drill membuat siswa aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran drill memungkinkan siswa untuk selalu belajar dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang telah dipelajari. Metode ini memanfaatkan pemahaman siswa untuk mempelajari matei dan kosep secara optimal. Berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 1 MAN 3 Kota Padang dalam mata pelajaran keterampilan tata busana ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran keterampilan tata busana masih sangat rendah. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa masih berada di bawah KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran keterampilan tata busana mengenal teknologi menjahit melalui metode pembelajaran Drill di Kelas XI IPS 1  MAN 3 Kota Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 33 Orang peserta didik  Kelas XI IPS 1  MAN 3 Kota Padang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan ulangan harian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Drill dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran keterampilan tata busana materi mengenal teknologi menjahit di MAN 3 Kota Padang . Hasil belajar siswa  dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 56,61(Cukup) meningkat menjadi  85.21 (Baik) dengan peningkatan sebesar 28,61

    Data from NCES indicate that it is two to three times more expensive to educate a student at a public four-year college than at a community college. These figures exaggerate the difference between the two when you calculate the costs of the first two years of education for students working on a bachelor’s degree. Using modified IPEDS data from the recently released Delta Project, this study shows that the cost per FTE and the public subsidy per FTE are lower at public master’s level colleges than at the community college. Trend data from 1987-2005 are examined along with appropriate cautions for interpreting the results

    Adolescence is a period of development of children both sexually and will end until the child is legally mature. At this time a lot of adolescents are involved in acts of delinquency that lead to acts of crime. Juvenile crime referred to in this study is a criminal offense committed by adolescents with the majority of irregularities occurring in adolescents under the age of 21 years. Factors taken in this study are family, relationships, school environment and the internet. If these aspects do not work out of balance it will trigger a high level of crime in adolescents. So the need for government participation in suppressing high crime rates. Problem solving using the Mamdani method is to determine the input variables and output variables which are a firm set, the second step is to change the input variables into a fuzzy set with the fuzzification process, then the third step is processing fuzzy set data with a minimum method. And the last or fourth step is to change the output into a firm set with the defuzzification process with the centroid method, so that the desired results will be obtained on the output variable. This method uses constants or mathematical functions of the input variables in the defuzzification process using a centralized average method

    AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan representasi mahasiswa berdasarkan level motivasi mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan non tes. Tes terdiri dari soal-soal yang menuat indikator representasi matematis, sedangkan non tes berupa angket motivasi belajar dan pedoman wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi PGPAUD Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang kelas 3A2, yang berjumlah 29 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, tidak ada mahasiswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar level rendah. Sebanyak 55,17% mahasiswa dapat menjawab dengan baik untuk indikator menyajikan data dalam berbagai bentuk. Sedangkan pada indikator penyimbolan terdapat 44,83%. Mahasiswa dengan motivasi tinggi mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika pada statistika dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan. Sedangkan pada mahasiswa dengan motivasi sedang, terungkap mahasiswa kurang teliti dalam mengerjakan soal sehingga menyebabkan skor yang diperoleh tidak sempurna. AbstractThis study aims to describe the ability of student representation based on the level of student motivation. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used were tests and non-tests. The test consisted of questions that raised mathematical representation indicators, while the non-test consisted of a learning motivation questionnaire and interview guidelines. The research subjects were students of the PGPAUD study program at the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang in class 3A2, totaling 29 students. The results showed that there were no students who had a low level of motivation to learn. As many as 55.17% of students can answer well for indicators presenting data in various forms. While the symbolic indicators are 44.83%. Students with high motivation can solve mathematical problems in statistics as well as expected. While the students with moderate motivation, it was revealed that the students were less thorough in working on the problems so that the scores obtained were not perfect

    We show that adsorption of one lithium atom to a polyacenes, i.e. chains of linearly fused benzene rings, will cause this chain to be slightly deformed. If we adsorb a second identical atom on the opposite side of the same ring, this deformation is dramatically enhanced despite of the fact, that a symmetric configuration seems possible. We argue, that this may be due to an instability of the Jahn-Teller type possibly indeed to a Peierls instability.Comment: 8 pages, 9 figure

    Stunting is defined as the condition of children aged 0 – 59 months, where the height for age is below minus 2 standard deviations (<-2SD) from the WHO median standard. It is further said that stunting will have an impact and is associated with disrupted brain development processes, which in the short term will affect cognitive abilities. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and economic status on the incidence of stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is Cross Sectional Study. The sample in this study was all toddlers who experienced stunting in the East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency, totaling 31 toddlers using the total sampling technique. The results of the research state that there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a relationship between economic status and the incidence of stunting (p value = 0.000 < 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and economic status and the incidence stunting in East Tonrokassi Village in the working area of ​​the Tamalatea Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. It is hoped that nutrition officers and cadres can increase posyandu visits and carry out health promotions about stunting to the communit

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan perizinan penanaman modal asing di Badan Pengusahaan Kota Batam, faktor pendukung serta pengambat pelayanan perizinan penanaman modal asing di Badan Pengusahaan Kota Batam. Selain itu hasil akhir dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan guna meningkatkan pelayanan yang diberikan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Desain ini dinilai tepat untuk menggambarkan serta mendiskripsikan kualitas pelayanan perizinan penanaman modal asing di Badan Pengusahaan Kota Batam. Deskripttif kualitatif dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui cara pandang informan penelitian yang lebih mendalam dan tidak bisa diwakili dengan angka statistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan perizinan penanaman modal asing di Badan Pengusahaan Kota Batam dapat dilihat dari dimensi tangible (berwujud) belum memenuhi indikator kenyamanan tempat pelayanan serta kedisiplinan pegawai. Reliability (kehandalan) sudah dirasakan sepenuhnya oleh pengguna layanan. Responsiveness (ketanggapan) sudah memenuhi indikator kehandalan dalam pelayanan. Assurance (jaminan) penyedia layanan belum dapat memberikan jaminan tepat waktu. Emphaty (empati) semua penilaian indikator sudah dilaksanakan. Faktor pendukung da penghambat muncul dari internal dan eksternal pelayanan. Faktor internal seperti sarana dan prasarana yang kurang mendukug, faktor eksternal seperti ketidaktahuan calon investor terhadap berkas atau syarat yang ditentukan dalam proses pelayanan. Therefore, we need the right media so that the teaching and learning process activities continue. The use of online media is the right choice. This is because in its use there is no need for direct contact between teachers and students. The chosen online application is Zoom where this application has many advantages that allow online learning to run interactively and maximally. The participants of this activity were all teachers of Avicenna Rajeg Vocational School, Tangerang Regency, Banten. In its implementation, lecturers are assisted by students with the aim of involving, introducing, and inviting students to interact in studying the material and its application in the real world. In general, the activity went smoothly, and participants were able to accept and understand the material presented by the lecturer
