Connection between Calogero-Marchioro-Wolfes type few-body models and free oscillators

We establish the exact correspondence of the Calogero-Marchioro-Wolfes model and several of its generalizations with free oscillators. This connection yields the eigenstates and leads to a proof of the quantum integrability. Trigonometric identities, angular Schr\"{o}dinger equations and a new family of solvable models

Angular parts of certain solvable models are studied. We find that an extension of this class may be based on suitable trigonometric identities. The new exactly solvable Hamiltonians are shown to describe interesting two- and three-particle systems of the generalized Calogero, Wolfes and Winternitz-Smorodinsky types.Comment: to appear in Phys. Mit großem Einsatz hat Schleiermacher an den öffentlichen Debatten in Staat und Gesellschaft teilgenommen und dabei auf vielfältige Weise das Ziel einer Modernisierung der politischen und sozialen Verhältnisse verfolgt. Nach seinem Selbstverständnis bestand eine enge Verbindung zwischen der politischen Wirksamkeit und den Aufgaben des akademischen Lehrers und protestantischen Geistlichen. In den seit mehr als drei Jahrzehnten wieder sehr intensiv betriebenen Forschungen zur Theologie und Philosophie Schleiermachers sind allerdings solche Bezüge weitgehend ausgeblendet worden. Seine politischen Überzeugungen sind bisher, ebenso wie die meisten der zahlreichen politisch relevanten Stellungnahmen, kaum bekannt und weder in ihrer werkgeschichtlichen Bedeutung noch in ihrer Rolle innerhalb der modernen Staatstheorie näher erörtert worden. Noch schwerer wiegt, daß die Intentionen, die Schleiermacher überhaupt zu seinem politischen Einsatz motiviert haben und die durchaus nicht allein auf die Wiedergewinnung staatlicher Eigenständigkeit gerichtet waren, vielfach unklar blieben. Die zentralen politischen Forderungen – die Anerkennung politischer Partizipationsrechte der Landesbewohner, die Etablierung einer kritischen öffentlichen Diskurskultur, die Bildung repräsentativer Einrichtungen und die Ablösung feudaler Entscheidungsstrukturen, insgesamt also die Entwicklung des Staatswesens in Richtung auf einen demokratischen Rechts- und Verfassungsstaat – sind kaum rezipiert worden

Solvability of the Hamiltonians related to exceptional root spaces: rational case

Solvability of the rational quantum integrable systems related to exceptional root spaces $G_2, F_4$ is re-examined and for $E_{6,7,8}$ is established in the framework of a unified approach. It is shown the Hamiltonians take algebraic form being written in a certain Weyl-invariant variables. It is demonstrated that for each Hamiltonian the finite-dimensional invariant subspaces are made from polynomials and they form an infinite flag. A notion of minimal flag is introduced and minimal flag for each Hamiltonian is found. Corresponding eigenvalues are calculated explicitly while the eigenfunctions can be computed by pure linear algebra means for {\it arbitrary} values of the coupling constants. The Hamiltonian of each model can be expressed in the algebraic form as a second degree polynomial in the generators of some infinite-dimensional but finitely-generated Lie algebra of differential operators, taken in a finite-dimensional representation.Comment: 51 pages, LaTeX, few equations added, one reference added, typos correcte

On Some One-Parameter Families of Three-Body Problems in One Dimension: Exchange Operator Formalism in Polar Coordinates and Scattering Properties

We apply the exchange operator formalism in polar coordinates to a one-parameter family of three-body problems in one dimension and prove the integrability of the model both with and without the oscillator potential. N=4 supersymmetric 3-particles Calogero model

We constructed the most general N=4 superconformal 3-particles systems with translation invariance. In the basis with decoupled center of mass the supercharges and Hamiltonian possess one arbitrary function which defines all potential terms. We have shown that with the proper choice of this function one may describe the standard, $A_2$ Calogero model as well as $BC_2, B_2,C_2$ and $D_2$ Calogero models with N=4 superconformal symmetry. The main property of all these systems is that even with the coupling constant equal to zero they still contain nontrivial interactions in the fermionic sector. In other words, there are infinitely many non equivalent N=4 supersymmetric extensions of the free action depending on one arbitrary function. Conformal mechanics in Newton-Hooke spacetime

Conformal many-body mechanics in Newton-Hooke spacetime is studied within the framework of the Lagrangian formalism. Global symmetries and Noether charges are given in a form convenient for analyzing the flat space limit. N=2 superconformal extension is built and a new class on N=2 models related to simple Lie algebras is presented. A decoupling similarity transformation on N=2 quantum mechanics in Newton-Hooke spacetime is discussed.Comment: V2: references added; the version to appear in NP

Kleinstaaterei im Dienstrecht der deutschen Bundesländer

Mit der Föderalismusreform 2006 sind den Ländern Gesetzgebungskompetenzen zur Regelung des Beamtenbereichs zugewachsen. Dies hat nicht nur zu deutlich unterschiedlichen Besoldungshöhen in den Ländern geführt, sondern auch zu einem fragmentierten und unterschiedlich attraktiven Dienstrecht. Wechselwünsche treffen in den verschiedenen Bereichen des öffentlichen Dienstes auf unterschiedliche Schwierigkeiten, die zum Teil auf das fragmentierte Dienstrecht und zum Teil auf informelle Absprachen zwischen den Ländern zurückzuführen sind. Durch eine Online-Umfrage bei Personalverantwortlichen der öffentlichen Verwaltung und durch 32 Fallstudien von angestrebten Bundeslandwechseln betroffener Beamter werden Motivationen und Mobilitätshindernisse systematisch erhoben und analysiert. Dabei wurden sowohl hinderliche, als auch förderliche Faktoren für die Mobilität von Beamten identifiziert. Die Autoren entwickeln zudem eine Reihe von Reformvorschlägen zum Abbau von Mobilitätshindernissen. With the federalism reform of 2006, the German federal states gained legislative power over their civil servants. This did not only lead to a substantial difference in pay levels but also to fragmented civil service regulations with different degrees of attractiveness. Requests to move to another state have created various problems in the different areas of the civil service. They are partly caused by the fragmented regulations and partly by an informal agreement between the states. By making use of an online survey among human resource managers in the different areas of public administration and 32 case studies of civil servants who either aspire to move to or have moved to another state, this book systematically identifies and analyses civil servants’ motivations for and hindrances to doing so. In this way, it reveals both obstructive and conducive factors which explain mobility. Moreover, the authors put forward some reform proposals
