PELAKSANAAN MANAJEMEN SARANA DAN PRASARANA DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI MTS. AL-I’ANAH KOSAMBI KABUPATEN KARAWANG

This study aims to determine: 1) Management of planning learning facilities and infrastructure in MTs. Al-I’anah Kosambi, Karawang Regency. 2) Management of the implementation of facilities and infrastructure in MTs. Al-I’anah Kosambi, Karawang Regency. 3) The evaluation of learning facilities and infrastructure in MTs. Al-I’anah Kosambi, Karawang Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach that focused on collecting data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data source used was selected purposively, and it was snowball sampling. While technical data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing descriptively.             From the research conducted, it was concluded that: first, management planning in MTs. Kosambi Al-I'anah Karawang regency is preceded by identifying the needs needed in the learning process starting from the types of facilities and infrastructure, size, quantity, quality and others. Selecting facilities and infrastructure needs according to priority scale. Inventory learning facilities and infrastructure. Estimating the price or budget needed. Determine the time and place of its procurement and appoint the person responsible for carrying out the procurement of facilities and infrastructure. Second, the implementation of facilities and learning infrastructure in improving the effectiveness of learning in MTs. Al-I'anah Kosambi Karawang Regency by regulating the use and utilization of learning facilities and infrastructure with the schedule for using facilities and infrastructure between the teacher and the class who need them in accordance with the lesson schedule. Third, Evaluation of facilities and infrastructure in improving the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education learning in MTs. Al-I'anah Kosambi Karawang Regency is conducted routinely every semester where educators and educators work together in optimizing the utilization of learning facilities and infrastructure

PENGETAHUAN DAN PERSEPSI MASALAH KESEHATAN KERJA DENGAN PERILAKU PENGGUNAAN APD DI PUSKESMAS SIMALINGKAR B

Puskesmas as a health service unit must always improve the quality of service, this can be achieved by thinking about the aspects of occupational health and safety for health workers The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between knowledge and perceptions of occupational health problems with the behavior of using personal protective equipment at the Simalingkar B Health Center. This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. The research is located at Puskesmas Simalingkar B. The research population is all nurses on duty at Puskesmas Simalingkar B, totaling 50 people. The sample size was determined by total sampling, namely all nurses on duty at the Simalingkar B Health Center as many as 50 people. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate with Chi Square. The results showed that the majority of knowledge about the use of APD at the Simalingkar B Health Center was poor as many as 17 people (34.0%) and those who had good knowledge but did not use APD were 5 people (10.0%) there is no relationship between knowledge and the use of APD. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between perceptions and the behavior of using APD at the Simalingkar Community Health Center B. It is recommended that health workers emphasize knowledge of personal protective equipment (APD) and the benefits of safe work behavior

Presepsi Ibu Hamil tentang pentingnya ANC Terpadu pada ibu hamil di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Tahun 2022

Antenatal Terpadu adalah pelayanan antenatal komprehensif dan berkualitas yang diberikan kepada ibu hamil, setiap kehamilan dalam perkembangannya mempunyai resiko. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui presepsi ibu hamil tentang pentingnya ANC Terpadu antenatal terpadu di Praktik Mandiri Bidan. Jenis metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Informan utama berjumlah 5 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dan 1 informan triangulasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan instrumen berupa pedoman wawancara mendalam, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 5 jumlah ibu hamil yang diwawancarai ada 3 ibu hamil yang memahami tentang pentingnya ANC Terpadu sedangkan 2 ibu hamil belum begitu memahami pentingnya ANC Terpadu. Saran yang peneliti rekomendasikan adalah bagi ibu hamil agar lebih peduli dengan kehamilanya untuk melakukan pemeriksaan ANC Terpadu. Saran bagi bidan agar terus memotivasi ibu hamil untuk melakukan pemeriksaan ANC Terpadu di wilayah puskesmas nya
