PERANCANGAN SISTEM E-COMMERCE DAN SMS GATEWAY PADA TOKO BANGUNAN ELIN JAYA MEKARWANGI

Toko Bangunan Elin Jaya Mekarwangi merupakan toko yang menyediakan alat dan bahan bangunan yang berdiri sejak tahun 1997, berlokasi di desa Mekarwangi kecamatan Tomo Sumedang. Penjualan yang dilakukan Toko Bangunan Elin Jaya Mekarwangi saat ini masih bersifat konvensional, dimana proses jual beli masih dilakukan dengan cara manual atau tatap muka langsung. Pengelolaan data meliputi pengecekan stok, pencatatan data barang, penerimaan, dan pencatatan data transaksi. Oleh karena itu Sistem e-commerce yang peneliti rancang adalah Website e-commerce B2C (Business to Consumer), Website jenis ini melakukan kegiatan transaksi online antara produsen atau perusahaan dengan konsumen akhir. Bisnis ini berhubungan langsung dengan konsumen perorangan atau grup dan bukan dengan perusahaan atau bisnis lainnya. Bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP dan untuk pembuatan databasenya menggunakan MySQL framework-nya menggunakan CodeIgniter. Selain Sistem Informasi, media Short Message Service (SMS) akan memberikan Peningkatan pelayanan pemberian informasi sesuai kebutuhan dengan cepat dan akurat dimanapun pengguna informasi berada, dan menyampaikan informasi kepada pelanggan apabila pada batas waktu bayar hutang sudah jatuh tempo,itu yang menjadi keunggulan yang diberikan oleh SMS gateway ini

Pemodelan Arsitektur Enterprise Menggunakan Framework Gartner (Studi Kasus : IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon)

Perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat sehingga memberikan dampak yang besar dengan adanya teknologi memudahkan suatu organisasi dalam mengolah data serta informasi yang dimiliki. Namun pada pelaksanaannya pemanfaatan teknologi masih maksimal, terutama dalam hal sistem informasi sehingga hal tersebut berdampak pada output yang dihasilkan dari institusi pendidikan tersebut.Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah arsitektur enterprise dalam mengintegrasikan semua sistem tersebut. Banyak framework enterprise yang telah digunakan diantaranya Zachman, Togaf, FEA, dan Gartner. Pemodelan dengan menggunakan framework Gartner merupakan salah satu framework dalam enterprise atchitecture yang dapat membantu menemukan solusi yang dihadapi dari tiga sudut pandang diantaranya dari sudut pandang bisnis, teknologi, dan informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu Magic Quadrant dan Hype Cycle. Magic Quadrant digunakan untuk memahami vendor atau posisi dan ekspektasi penyedia layanan yang memiliki empat kriteria yaitu : leaders, challengers, visioner dan niche players. Sedangkan Hype Cycle ditandai oleh lima fase yaitu : Technology Trigger ,Peak of Inflated Expectations, Trough of Disillusionment, Slope of Enlightenment, Plateau of Productivity

Islamic Education Institution Programs That Address the Psychosocial Crises of Stude

Islamic education institutions must have programs that can answer the psychosocial crises of students. In such institutions, these programs are arranged based on Islamic paradigms and values. Furthermore, these programs are operationally supported by the availability and capacity of teachers, the facilities and infrastructure, education funding, curriculum structure, learning strategies, educational supervision, counselling guidance, and family or community support. The purpose of this study was to investigate the programs of Islamic education institutions in overcoming the psychosocial crises of students. The author conducted a literature review. The results indicated that the main strength of Islamic education institutions in implementing programs to overcome the psychosocial crises of students is a comprehensive understanding of the psychological growth and development of students from the perspective of Islamic paradigms and values. Besides, this program must be supported by teachers who are skilled in implementing counselling guidance, with simultaneous supervision of educational institutions, and parental or family support. The programs used in addressing the psychosocial crises of students in Islamic educational institutions focus on good advice (mau’izhah hasanah), exemplary behavior (uswatun hasanah), practice to do one’s best (ihsan), do good earlier (fastabiqul khairat), help each other in doing good (ta’awun), sholat and du‘a. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Islamic education institutions that have programs that answer the psychosocial problems of students will continue to exist and succeed in preparing tough generations in the future, especially in crises. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Keluar Masuk Gabah dengan Algoritma Fifo (Studi Kasus : Gudang Gabah Dara Mandiri)

Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu hal yang terpenting dalam organisasi. Dengan adanya sistem informasi, organisasi atau Perusahaan dapat menjamin kualitas informasi yang disajikan dan dapat mengambil keputusan berdasarkan informasi tersebut. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat sangat diperlukan. Karena itu, keberadaan sistem yang terkomputerisasi yang handal sudah menjadi kebutuhan mutlak bagi organisasi atau Perusahaan dalam proses bisnisnya. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang dibutuhkan adalah sistem informasi keluar masuk gabah di Gudang Gabah Dara Mandiri. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi keluar masuk gabah dengan algoritma FIFO (First In First Out) menggunakan Visual Basic 2010 di Gudang Gabah Dara Mandiri, untuk mengetahui sejauhmana sistem informasi keluar masuk gabah yang dirancang bisa membantu menyediakan informasi persediaan gabah di Gudang Gabah Dara Mandiri secara akurat dan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana sistem informasi keluar masuk gabah yang dirancang bisa membantu pencatatan data keluar masuknya gabah yang baru masuk dan yang sudah lama tersimpan di Gudang Gabah Dara Mandiri

EDUCATION WAQF: AN ALTERNATIVE FINANCING OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION TODAY

Abstract: Management of education requires not small amount of funding. Starting from funding for teachers and students to guarantee the availability of infrastructure. For these conditions, waqf is considered as an alternative support and guarantee of the availability of financing referred to. Waqf is one of the potential sources of Islamic finance for Muslims. Waqf is a treasure of the people which can be used by all and for all time. Waqf can cope with the cost of education in the future. If the cost of education can be overcome by funds raised from waqf, Islamic education will be better in the future because from the historical point of view it has been exposed.Keyword: Funding, Management of Education, Waqf

Obligation to Keep Confidential Notary Position in Criminal Jurisdiction Process Forgiven Rights & Refuse Obligations

A notary occasionally receives false information from some parties, and then it becomes the basis of the making of authentic Notarial Deed. Notary criminal liability on the Notarial Deed based on false information should be analyzed and examined as well as its legal impacts. Based on the result of this research, it can be identified that a notary cannot be asked for his or her criminal liability related to the making of Notarial Deed based on false information from certain parties, and it cannot fulfill the formulation of counterfeiting criminal act in article 266 paragraph (1) jo. article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. A notary can be asked for his or her criminal liability related to his or her Notarial Deed he or she made based on what he or she has seen, witnessed, or experienced in committing a criminal act on purpose, or Negligence; a notary makes a false Notarial Deed and he or she inflicts other parties. Referring to a criminal liability, a notary should fulfill the following elements; a criminal act, ability to be responsible for, committing an act on purpose or absence, and there is no reason for apology. A notary Notarial Deed based on false information does not automatically make the document itself invalid. The party who is inflicted by this document can propose a civil action to the Court of Justice in order to cancel the document. A notary criminal liability should be regulated in the next Notary Authority Act (UUJN)

MODEL FLIPPED CLASSROOM MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING

SD Muhammadiyah Kleco merupakan salah satu Sekolah Dasar bagian dari SD Muhammadiyah Kleco terpadu yang berupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan berpikir HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills). Peningkatan kemampuan siswa ini, diupayakan dengan cara menerapkan model-model pembelajaran inovatif, bukan sekedar pembelajaran transmisif yang menyampaikan konsep-konsep matematika secara langsung kepada siswa. Guru berharap dapat menerapkan suatu model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan representasi, berkolaborasi, dan menilai proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran Flipped classroom adalah salah satu model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa untuk meningkatkan efektifitas pembelajaran dengan berbasis IT. Model ini dapat diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan berbagai pendekatan yang bersifat student centered untuk mengaktifkan keterampilan berpikir kritis maupun kreatif siswa sesuai dengan karakteristik pendekatan saintifik yang disarankan dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013. Salah satu pendekatan yang sesuai adalah pendekatan Problem Based Learning. Implementasi pelatihan terkait model pembelajaran matematika berbasis Flipped classroom dengan pendekatan problem based learning ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif yang mengefektifkan model pembelajaran matematika di SD Muhammadiyah Kleco

PENERAPAN PENGUASAAN KONTEN MELALUI METODE TWO STAY TWO STRAY TERHADAP REGULASI DIRI SISWA

Kemampuan siswa meregulasi diri dalam belajar sangat penting, hal ini untuk dapat merumuskan dan mencapai tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari penerapan layanan penguasaan konten melalui metode two stay two stray terhadap regulasi diri siswa. Metode penelitian yaitu metode kuantitatif true experimental, desain pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi 288 siswa dan sampel 62 siswa dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, teknik sampling cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis tentang regulasi diri.Hasil pre test kelompok eksperimen rata-rata 65,56 sedangkan kelompok kontrol rata-rata 64,93. Sedangkan hasil post test kelompok eksperimen rata-rata 68,1 sedangkan kelompk kontrol rata-rata 64,5. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis uji t diperoleh thitung 2,526 sementara ttabel dengan db =(n1+n2)-2 = (30+31)-2= 59 dan taraf signifikan 5% (0,05) sebesar 1,671. Karena jumlah thitung > ttabel yakni 2,526 > 1,671. Maka disimpulkan bahwa penguasaan konten melalui metode two stay two stray dapat mempengaruhi secara positif regulasi diri siswa. Kata Kunci : Penguasaan Konten, Two Stay Two Stray, Regulasi Diri

Efektivitas Pelaksanaan E-procurement dalam Mendukung Good Governance di Provinsi Riau

The study was based on the phenomenon still often the practice of corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN) of goods and services by government. So with the e-procurement can be an instrument to prevent and reduce corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN) because through e-procurement, procurement of goods and services can further enhance transparency and accountability, improve market access and fair competition, improve the level of efficiency of the procurement process, to support the process of monitoring and auditing, and meet the needs of real-time information access. So the purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the implementation of e-procurement in support of good governance in the province of Riau and to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of e-procurement in support of good governance in the province of Riau.Theoretical concepts used are effectiveness, proposed by Mahmudi. This study uses qualitative research methods to study descriptive data. In collecting the data the researcher used interview, observation, and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and as a source triangulation techniques in testing the validity of the data.Results of this study by using e-procuremen program in the procurement of goods and services within the Riau provincial government has implemented a very effective compared to conventional systems for the perpetrators of the auction services. This is evident from the information regarding the procurement of goods and services can be obtained via internet whenever such information is required, and no need to wait for a later date. The factors that are affecting the success of e-procurement program is a human resources (HR), facilities and infrastructure and sources of funding. Which all of these factors are influential for the achievement of effective implementation of e-procurement in support of good governance in the province of Riau.Keywords : Effectiveness, E-Procurement, Good Governance
