A method is developed for determining the laminar-to-turbulent transition point in a boundary layer. The method involves the measurement of pressure on the surface of the body and the computation of pressure fluctuations. This method of determining the transition point is suitable when visualization methods cannot be used

Body Image and Social Media Sharing: A Content Analysis of Public Reactions to a Body Positive Post on TikTok

This study explored the public reactions of society to a post on TikTok created by Nessa May. In this video, Nessa May confidently shows her body, which does not fit the stereotypical beauty standards of society. She explains to viewers that it is okay not to fit beauty standards and to have a body type similar to her own. A content analysis of the 100 most recent comments reacting to Nessa May’s video identified five main themes including: love, thankfulness, emotions (happiness), beauty, and insecurities. The predominant theme seen was that of love towards Nessa May herself, as well as self-love and increased confidence in the commenters themselves (this made up 35% of all comments). Overall findings showed both support for the body-positive post, as well as an emphasis on the effect normative beauty standards have on women

Prevention of cyber crime in the primary and secondary school

The article discusses the current state of knowledge of pupils in primary and secondary schools on cyber crime and their attitudes towards it. Based on the survey was obtained data on the attitudes of students to various illegal activities when using computers. The results of the evaluation data were then proposed recommendations for the preparation of teaching materials that teachers use in every teaching through computers and in computer science.Článek pojednává o současném stavu vědomostí žáků základních a středních škol o počítačové kriminalitě a o jejich postojích k ní. Na základě dotazníkového šetření byla získána data o postojích žáků k různým nelegálním činnostem při použití počítačů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout řešení robotické buňky pro obsluhu obráběcího stroje. Úvodem práce je popsána současná situace a ukázky řešení přímo z praxe. Následují různé typy rozvržení pracovišť, kde bylo zvoleno jedno řešení, které bylo dále podrobněji rozebráno. Dále práce obsahuje výběr robotu, efektoru, bezpečnosti pracoviště. Cílem této práce je i 3D model buňky a její simulační model v RobotStudio od společnosti ABB. V simulaci je ověřena funkce naprogramování a ověření bezkolizního chodu.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design a robotic cell solution for machine tool operators. The introduction describes the current situation and examples of solutions directly from practice. The following are the different types of workplace layouts, where one solution was chosen, which was further analyzed in more detail. Furthermore, the work includes the selection of the robot, gripper, workplace safety. The aim of this work is also a 3D model of a cell and its simulation model in RobotStudio from ABB. The function of programming and verification of collision-free operation is verified in the simulation.

Snažím se zachytit pocity, duševní stav, věci těžko popsatelné slovy, skrze hmotné předměty. Postupem času vzniklo šest na sobě nezávisle existujících objektů, které jsou propojeny po obsahové a materiálové stránce. Každý z nich svým způsobem reaguje na okolí a tak zapojuje diváka do dění ve svém světě. Tak začíná i komunikace mezi autorem a divákem. Mezi třetím a čtvrtým objektem pro mě nastává zlom ve vnímání smyslu a důvodu mé tvorby. Snažím se oprostit od mechanických, dekadentních a melancholických objektů. Společně s tím opouštím chladné kovy a začínám pracovat s plexiskly hýřícími barvami. Při tvorbě dalších tří objektů bojuji proti smutku tvorbou jednoduchých, veselých a hlavně barevných věcí. Smutek nechávám za sebou a více se o něm nezmiňuji. Tvořím věci, které se stávají náplastí na bolest.The main idea of my bachelor work called {\clqq} I would like to say - Communication`` is about emotions which I try to form in these realized objects. I try to express emotions, psychic condition, ideas that are hard to explain by words, through material objects. I have made six self existed subjects which are connected by their ideas and material view. They all react with the environment and plug the watcher into the process of their own world. That is how the communication between the author and watcher has arisen. There has been a change in taken in the sense and need of creating my work between the third and fourth object. I try to get free of the mechanic, decadent and melancholic objects. I stop working with the cold metals and starting using the acrylic glass full of colors. I fight the pain by creating the last three objects simply, full of fun and colors. I leave the pain and not speaking about it anymore. Now I create the things healing my soul
