DROSS DUST PROCESSING
The paper deals with the processing of dross dust fractions from fluxless rotary furnace to the mentioned products by dry process. It means thatthe procedure of leaching of the soluble components is not used as the lawsalt content from melting process with a salt factor below 0,2 is acceptablylow. The undersize non-smeltable parts are a source of raw materials for thepellets production. Strength and drying of the pellets are provided byexothermic reaction, suitable binders, and combinations of the mixturegranulometry. This paper describes the history of the research anddevelopment of the processing of dross dust fractions in the Confal Inc.,which is currently still developing. Confal, Inc. operates on research anddevelopment program along with Developmental and realization shopof Faculty BERG Kosice. The purpose of the research and developmentprogram is the continual production of dry pellets
PROCESSING METHOD AND DROSS DUST FRACTIONS PROPERTIES IN THE CONFAL Inc.
Dross processing and its dust non-melting fractions is an important area for the producers of this type of waste and also for the products consumers. It is possible to produce the products from the waste. The Confal Inc. company creates its own production process, which is more economically advantageous in comparison with the previous used method. To handle this process, it offers promising future prospects for small companies which are so far from the major processors of dust dross. To contribute to the protection of the environment in any form, it is the responsibility of each producer and consumer
Beyond the Book project: quantitative data and collateral documents for One Book, One Chicago
Quantitative data and collateral documents Chicago portion of the AHRC-funded project ‘Beyond the Book: Mass Reading Events and Contemporary Cultures of Reading in the UK, USA and Canada’, (2005-2008, grant number: 112166), a three-year interdisciplinary project. The study researched a selection of 21st-century reading events which employ mass media (TV and radio) and city-wide reading projects which employ the ‘One Book, One Community’ model.
The primary aims of the transnational study were to investigate how mass reading events configure contemporary practices of reading and the cultural meanings of reading at local, national and international levels; to explain the uses and complexities of reading communities in different locations; to identify and analyse trans-national trends and differences in contemporary reading cultures and reading practices; and, to critique the popular function of literary fiction.
The file contains the data collected from a series of an online survey of readers in Chicago. Convenience sampling was employed. The survey was advertised through adverts in newspapers, on-line advertisements; flyers and bookmarks distributed through public library systems and cultural centres; via email through the research team’s formal and informal social and professional networks. The data includes reading choice, habits and practices; participation in broadcast and community book programming; and, basic demographic information (anonymised). The statistical data is deposited in .sav .csv and .por formats.
Collateral material includes: Codebook and the Survey.

Design of Pseudoinverse Method for Robotic Arm
Pseudoinverse method for control end-effector movement of a robotic arm is presented in this paper. For that task we used the robotic arm DOBOT. We made simulation model in Matlab environment and SimMechanics toolbox. We described the pseudoinverse method and problem-solving of pseudoinverse for non-square matrices. In the near future we will make implementation of this method to the control end-effector movement of a robotic arm and therefore we created a simulation to how many digits we will need for correct calculating of goniometric functions in DS
VARIOUS METHODS OF ALUMINUM MELTING DUST DROSS FRACTION GRANUTATION AND THE RESEARCH OF CONTINUOUS GRANULATION POSSIBILITIES
Dust fractions from aluminum dross treatment are environmental load for every company in this industry sector. They are classified as waste due to their physical and primarily chemical parameters and require thus higher attention. On the other hand, the same parameters classify them as a possible source of chemical materials usable in other industry sectors. Dross treatment and the following treatment of their dust non-melting fractions are also important for such waste type producers as well as for product consumers produced from this wast
Fairness and Taxation: The Law of Deferred Income Recognition for the Members of Agricultural Cooperatives
This Article examines the application of the principles of income recognition and deferral to agricultural cooperatives and suggests a resolution to current inconsistencies in the law. Recent decisions have brought into question the ability of cooperative members to utilize both the ISA and deferred income agreements. This Article asserts that cooperative members can and should be able to take advantage of such options. Part I provides a general background on agricultural cooperatives and sets out the current legal framework for income recognition and deferral. Part II analyzes the current state of the law in regard to the treatment of cooperatives and identifies the features of that framework in need of clarification. The article concludes in Part III by identifying a clarified approach to income recognition that is consistent with both the language of the Code and the historical legislative treatment of cooperatives
Conceptualising and researching the body in digital contexts: towards new methodological conversations across the arts and social sciences
The turn to the body in social sciences has intensified the gaze of qualitative research on bodily
matters and embodied relations and made the body a significant object of reflection, bringing new
focus on and debates around the direction of methodological advances. This article contributes to
these debates in three ways: 1) we explore the potential synergies across the social sciences and
arts to inform the conceptualization of the body in digital contexts; 2) we point to ways qualitative
research can engage with ideas from the arts towards more inclusive methods; and 3) we offer
three themes with which to interrogate and re-imagine the body: its fragmenting and zoning, its
sensory and material qualities, and its boundaries. We draw on the findings of an ethnographic
study of the research ecologies of six research groups in the arts and social sciences concerned
with the body in digital contexts to discuss the synergetic potential of these themes and how they
could be mobilized for qualitative research on the body in digital contexts. We conclude that
engaging with the arts brings potential to reinvigorate and extend the methodological repertoire
of qualitative social science in ways that are pertinent to the current re-thinking of the body, its
materiality and boundaries
