PERANAN BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL (BNN) DALAM PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA NARKOTIKA (Studi Kasus di Badan Narkotika Nasional)

Peran hukum pidana dalam perkembangan suatu negara adalah sangat penting sekali jika dilihat dari beberapa aspek kehidupan bermasyarat ataupun bernegara, hal ini menandakan hukum pidana tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sebagi alat pengatur di dalam masyarakat tapi juga dapat sebagai pelindung bagi kepentingan hukum dari perbuatan yang hendak memperkosanya dengan sanksi yang berupa pidana. Dalam upaya menciptakan suasana hukum yang dinamis dan melindungi semua kepentingan baik warga negara atau warga negara asing dan negara itu sendiri diperlukan suatu upaya penegakan hukum. Penegakan hukum dalam arti luas adalah melingkupi pelaksanaan dan penerapan hukum terhadap setiap pelanggaran atau penyimpangan hukum yang dilakukan oleh subjek hukum. Dalam arti sempitnya, adalah kegiatan penindakan terhadap setiap pelanggaran atau penyimpangan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan. Keberadaan Undang-Undang Narkotika merupakan suatu upaya Pemerintah Indonesia dalam penanggulangan tindak pidana narkotika. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dengan dirumuskannya undang-undang tersebut dapat menanggulangi peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkotika, serta menjadi acuan dan pedoman kepada pengadilan dan para penyelenggara atau pelaksana putusan pengadilan yang menerapkan undang-undang. Khususnya Badan Narkotika Nasional dalam melaksanakan penyelidikan dan penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana yang terjadi. Undang-Undang Narkotika dalam hal ini merupakan sarana hukum penal (hukum pidana) untuk menanggulangi penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkotika. Dengan demikian, diharapkan mampu mencegah terjadinya tindak pidana narkotika. Penegakan hukum di Indonesia dilakukan oleh suatu sistem peradilan yang mana terdiri atas Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, Kejaksaan, Pengadilan, dan Lembaga Kemasyarakatan. Khusunya Badan Narkotika Nasional dalam hal ini merupakan salah satu ujung tombak dari upaya pemerintah dalam menciptakan supremasi hukum yang setegak-tegaknya. Penegakan supremasi hukum dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai upaya yaitu upaya preventif (pencegahan) dan represif (menindak dalam bentuk penjatuhan pidana). Tindak pidana narkotika merupakan salah satu kejahatan yang berat dan komplek, hal ini disebabkan dengan banyaknya faktor yang mempengaruhi di dalamnya baik yang berasal dari ruang lingkup aparat hukum itu sendiri atau keadaan yang ada di dalam masyarakat

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN HANDOUT PADA MATA DIKLAT TEORI PERBAIKAN SISTEM KELISTRIKAN OTOMOTIF TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI JURUSAN TEKNIK KENDARAAN RINGAN DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 YOGYAKARTA

Salah satu penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar siswa adalah kurang tepatnya penerapan penggunaan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran yang diajarkan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu alternatif untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran. Alternatif itu diantaranya adalah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media handout. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media handout terhadap hasil belajar siswa, apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas yang diajar menggunakan handout dengan kelas yang diajar tanpa handout pada kompetensi pemeliharaan/perbaikan sistem pengapian siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperiment Control Group. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TKR SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta, dengan jumlah 136 siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 siswa yang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen yaitu kelas XI MOB dan kelompok kontrol yaitu kelas XI MOA dengan jumlah masing-masing kelompok sebanyak 31 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes. Validitas instrumen ini melalui pendapat para ahli (experts judgement), uji coba soal dan analisis butir soal. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t model Separated varian satu pihak. Untuk tingkat signifikansi hasil analisis ditentukan sebesar 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar perbaikan sistem kelistrikan otomotif siswa kelas yang diajar menggunakan media handout lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar perbaikan sistem kelistrikan otomotif siswa kelas yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran tanpa media handout. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 4,289 > 1,671 dengan perolehan rerata kelas yang diajar menggunakan handout lebih tinggi dari kelas yang diajar tanpa menggunakan handout yaitu sebesar 7,15 > 6,51. The Influence of Culture and Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions of Women's Clothing at Matahari Department Store, Palopo City

This study aims to determine, the influence of culture and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for women's clothing at Matahari Department Store Palopo City, cultural influences on purchasing decisions for women's clothing at Matahari Department Store Palopo City, and the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions for women's clothing at Matahari Department Store. Palopo City. The method used is multiple regression analysis method with a sample size of 30 respondents. The focus of the research determined by the researcher was only on women's clothing products, so the researcher only chose female respondents. The characteristics of the respondents analyzed in this study were based on age and occupation. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that the t value of cultural variables was 3.446 with a significant level of 0.002. Because 3.446 > 2.051 and 0.002 < 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that the cultural variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the t value of the lifestyle variable (X2) is 2.537 with a significant level of 0.017. Because 2.537 > 2.051 and 0.017 < 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The simultaneous test results show that the cultural variables (X1) and lifestyle (X2) together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) as evidenced by the calculated F value of 17.055 with a significant level of 0.000, where F count > F table (17.055 > 3.35) with a significance level less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05)

This research is motivated by the rapid growth of technology and the increasingly dynamic patterns of human communication both as personal and interpersonal. This study aims to determine the influence of interpersonal communication between leaders and employees on employee performance at Inna Parapat Hotel and Resort. The theory used in this research is De Vito's theory which emphasizes interpersonal communication patterns while the employee performance approach uses the Robbins theory. The research method used is quantitative. This type of research uses associative research or research to determine the relationship between two variables. The study population was 93 people and 48 people were sampled using simple random sampling as the sampling technique. The data obtained is the result of a questionnaire whose answers are accumulated and described in narrative form. The conclusion from the research conducted is the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Inna Parapat Hotel and Resort.Â

Future Turtle Management: Opportunities for Habitat Restoration Governance in East Java, Indonesia

Turtles are species that lived on earth since millions of years ago, and are capable of annual migration, within thousands of kilometres between feeding areas and laying places. The current condition of turtles in Indonesia is threatened with extinction due to the uncontrollable exploitation of turtles and eggs. It is caused by greedy human behaviour. Turtles are protected by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 31 of 2004, although sea turtle conservation programme have been encouraged by the recent discovery of important new nestling beaches. The method used for future turtle management opportunities for habitat restoration governance is to use descriptive analysis. The current turtle management analysis was conducted with a literature review of various field and laboratory studies at the representative sites assessed for Indonesia. The results showed that turtle populations experienced a decline caused by turtle slaughter and harvesting of turtle eggs that led to turtle extinction. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the habitat of turtle habitat restoration which not only covers the technical aspect of captive breeding, but also covers the aspect of perfection of laws and regulations, economic and institutional aspects and community participation

Dalam pelaksanaan Pemilu 2019 tentu tidak terlepas dari pelanggaran-pelanggaran Pemilu yang terjadi pada tahapan Pemilu, salah satunya pelanggaran Pidana Pemilu. Pelanggaran terhadap tindak pidana Pemilu yang ditangani oleh Sentra Gakkumdu ini pada akhirnya bermuara pada putusan pengadilan, yang mana putusan pengadilan harus mewakili rasa keadilan bagi seluruh pihak-pihak yang berdampak pada putusan tersebut khususnya dan bagi masyarakat luas pada umumnya. Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Sei Rampah Nomor: 317/Pid.Sus/2019/PN. Srh dan Nomor: 318/Pid.Sus/2019/PN. Srh merupakan putusan yang menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian dan analisa sejauh mana putusan tersebut mewakili rasa keadilan bagi Pemilih, Peserta Pemilu dan Penyelenggara Pemilu khususnya di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Kedua Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Sei Rampah tersebut pada pokoknya menceritakan tentang peristiwa Rekapitulasi Perhitungan Perolehan Suara Calon Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai yang dilakukan oleh PPK Kecamatan Sei Rampah. Terdakwa atas nama Muhammad Zaid dalam perkara Nomor 317/Pid.Sus/2019/PN. Srh yang menyimpan data DAA1 salinan ke dalam flash disc mengubah perolehan suara Calon Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai dari PKB dengan cara mengambil sebahagian suara Partai PKB dan suara Caleg PKB yang lain dan menambahkannya ke suara Calon Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai dari PKB nomor urut 5 yaitu Sarino yang kemudian salinan DAA1 tersebut diprint/dicetak dan difotocopy untuk diperbanyak dan dibagikan kepada pihak terkait untuk ditandatangani.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan hukum terhadap tindak pidana pemilu yang menyebabkan peserta pemilu tertentu mendapat tambahan suara. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: pertama, Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Sei Rampah yang memeriksa dan mengadili perkara tindak pidana pemilu 2019 yang mengadili atas nama Terdakwa Muhammad Zaid, S.Pd. Alias Zaid pada pokoknya menyatakan telah terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana Penyelenggara Pemilu dengan sengaja melakukan perbuatan yang menyebabkan Peserta Pemilu tertentu mendapat tambahan suara
