PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA DIKLAT PELAYANAN PPRIMA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE COURSE REVIEW HORAY DI KELAS X BUSANA BUTIK SMK NEGERI 6 YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay pada kompetensi dasar “Memberikan Bantuan untuk Pelanggan Internal dan Eksternal” mata diklat Pelayanan Prima di Kelas X Busana Butik SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta, 2) mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi belajar siswa pada kompetensi dasar “Memberikan Bantuan untuk Pelanggan Internal dan Eksternal” mata diklat Pelayanan Prima di Kelas X Busana Butik SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay. Pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menurut model Hopkins ini subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa Kelas X Busana Butik II SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan yang dimulai dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pada tahap perencanaan peneliti menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran yang terdiri dari silabus, RPP, instrumen berupa lembar observasi numerical rating scale dan soal tes. Validitas instrumen lembar observasi diuji melalui uji validitas konstruk, uji antar-rater, sedangkan reliabilitasnya diuji dengan skor antar-rater. Untuk instrumen soal tes validitasnya diuji melalui uji validitas konstruk dan isi, kemudian dihitung korelasi butir soalnya dengan rumus korelasi Product Moment, sedangkan reliabilitasnya dihitung dengan rumus KR-20. Pada tahap tindakan peneliti berkolaborasi dengan guru menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay. Tahap pengamatan dilakukan oleh peneliti bersama guru dan rekan sejawat untuk melihat pelaksanaan penerapan model pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi belajar siswa. Hasil pengamatan tersebut direfleksikan oleh peneliti dan guru untuk mempertahankan atau memperbaiki perencanaan yang akan diterapkan pada tahap tindakan penelitian siklus berikutnya. Data penelitian yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang diprosentasekan. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2012 sebanyak dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus dilaksanakan pada jam pelajaran 1-2 dengan alokasi waktu selama 2x45 menit. Pada penelitian tindakan kelas ini model pembelajaran Course Review Horay diterapkan dalam enam langkah yaitu menyampaikan tujuan dan pengkondisian siswa, penyajian informasi, pengorganisasian siswa ke dalam kelompok belajar, membantu kerja tim dan belajar, evaluasi, sampai dengan memberikan pengakuan atau penghargaan kepada siswa. Melalui penerapan model pembelajaran ini siswa menjadi semangat dan antusias untuk belajar di dalam kelas. Selain itu kompetensi belajar siswa juga meningkat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan prosentase pencapaian KKM yang meningkat dari 63,9% pada pra siklus menjadi 88,9% pada siklus pertama. Kemudian pada siklus kedua prosentase pencapaian KKM dapat diraih oleh 100% siswa

PENGARUH RESILIENSI TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA REMAJA DENGAN ORANG TUA TUNGGAL

Psychological well-being is something that is really needed for someone to have good mental function and be able to optimize their potential so that they feel satisfied and happy with their life. However, coming from an incomplete family can hinder teenagers from achieving psychological well-being because it tends to cause psychological disorders and behavioral deviations due to the lack of attention they receive from their parents. So good resilience is needed so that teenagers can achieve psychological well-being by trying to adapt to face problems and recover from the adversity they experience. This research uses a quantitative research design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with respondents totaling 150 high school teenagers with single parents. The measurement uses the Resilience Scale (RS-14) for the resilience variable and The Ryff's Psychological Well Being Scales (PWBS) to measure psychological well-being. The data was tested using linear regression analysis which produced a significance value (p) of 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that there is an influence of the resilience variable (X) on the psychological well-being variable (Y)

Taboo Words in Pop, Rock, and Hip Hop Songs Medan

The study deals with the Taboo words uttered by the singer of pop, rock, and hip hop songs . The objective of this study was to identify the kinds and the reason of taboo words used by the songs in pop, rock, and hip hop genres. The source of the data was lyrics of three lates album in recent five years (2010-2015) which lead three genres; Miley Cyrus for pop, Linkin Park for rock, and Nicki Minaj for hip hop. Each of singers brought five songs as the data. The data were collected by selecting lyrics containing taboo words after listening the song and matching the lyrics from internet carefully. The results of this study were four kinds of taboo words; offensive slang, profanity, sexual referent, and scatological referent occured in the songs and the most dominant kinds of taboo word appeared was offensive slang

Paraplegi merupakan suatu akibat dari beberapa penyebab dimana terjadi kelumpuhan pada kedua anggota gerak bawah . Salah satu penyebab tersebut adalah adanya kerusakan medulla spinalis oleh karena trauma vertebra. Pada kondisi paraplegi akibat fraktur dislokasi vertebra THXI-XII menimbulkan problematik kapasitas fisik maupun keterbatasan kemampuan fungsional. Problematik kapasitas fisik yang terjadi berupa adanya penurunan kekuatan otot dan potensial terjadinya decubitus serta komplikasi tirah baring. Kapasitas fungsional: Keterbatasan aktivitas fungsional (transfer, ambulasi) dari duduk, berdiri, jalan karena imobilisasi. Metode penelitian dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini penulis menggunakan rancangan penelitian berupa studi kasus dengan analisis deskriptif. Pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap seberapa jauh hasil yang didapat atau efektifitas terapi latihan terhadap kondisi paraplegi akibat fraktur dislokasi vertebra THXI-XII pada pasien Sdr. T yang berumur 14 th. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa selama 6 kali terapi, didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Manual muscle testing (MMT) nilai kekuatan otot anggota gerak atas meningkat T1: Fleksor Shoulder 4/4, ekstensor shoulder 4/4, Abd shouder 4/4, Add shoulder 4/4, fleksor elbow 4/4, ekstensor elbow 4/4, Palmar fleksor 4/4, dorsal fleksor 4/4, fleksor hip 0/0, ekstensor hip 0/0, fleksor knee 0/ 0, ekstensor knee 0/0, plantar fleksor 0/0, dorsal fleksor ankle 0/0, evertor 0/0, invertor 0/0; untuk nilai otot pada T6: Fleksor Shoulder 5/5, ekstensor shoulder 4+/4+, Abd shouder 5/5, Add shoulder 5/5, fleksor elbow 5/5, ekstensor elbow 5/5, Palmar fleksor 5/5, Palmar dorsal fleksor 5-/5-, fleksor hip 0/0, ekstensor hip 0/0, fleksor knee 0/0 , ekstensor knee 0/0, plantar fleksor 0/0, dorsal fleksor ankle 0/0, evertor 0/0, invertor 0/0; 2) Aktifitas fungsional telah meningkat dan dapat dievaluasi bahwa pasien pada T1 hanya mampu aktifitas diatas bed pada T6 sudah mampu transfer ke kursi roda. Modalitas fisioterapi yang digunakan pada kondisi paraplegi ini bermanfaat dalam pencegahan decubitus dan komplikasi tirah baring lainnya, pengurangan nyeri, peningkatan kekuatan otot dan peningkatan aktifitas fungsional

The influence of social media marketing activities is very influential on shopping intentions in Indonesia. Not much has been done on social media marketing activities for Wardah cosmetics, so this researcher will focus on Wardah cosmetic products by analyzing the effect of social media marketing activities on the spending intentions of the Indonesian people during the post-pandemic period. The aim of this study is to influence social media marketing activity and customer experience on purchase intention, loyalty, and participation through relationship quality in social commerce. The population of this study is all customers who purchase Wardah products in North Jakarta. Purposive sampling technique with age range respondents is not limited. Data analysis used a purposive sampling technique with the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. Based on the test results, it can be seen that the marketing program carried out by Wardah is proven to be able to make the quality of the relationship between the Wardah brand and consumers have a good attachment. This attachment is caused by marketing communications that use social media marketing activities appropriately. This conclusion shows that social media marketing activities can form a good awareness relationship between the Wardah brand and Wardah consumers
