Opportunité de développement du tourisme lacustre à Estavayer-le-lac, Payerne et région

Ce travail a pour objectif principal d’étudier l’opportunité de développement du tourisme de croisière à Estavayer-le-Lac et région. Ainsi, il s’agit de s’intéresser à la demande du marché sur le lac de Neuchâtel, aux offres possibles pour stimuler cette demande, mais aussi aux infrastructures nécessaires aux ports pour l’évolution de ce type de tourisme. La demande a été analysée à l’aide d’un sondage créé par l’auteur et inspiré de la littérature. La situation actuelle du tourisme de croisière d’Estavayer- le-Lac ainsi que son port ont été comparés à d’autres destinations et commentés par des experts de différents domaines. Puis grâce à ces différentes observations et analyses, des opportunités de développement du tourisme de croisière ont été proposées et finalement certaines idées ont été sélectionnées pour un approfondissement

Pedagogy of alternation and the role of the social educator (teachers and managers) to the challenges resulting from the implantation of field education at the federal institute of brasilia – campus planaltina

É cada vez mais reconhecida a importância da Pedagogia da Alternância para a realização de uma Educação do Campo que valorize as necessidades e conhecimentos prévios do aluno do campo sem deixar de lado o conhecimento científico necessário ao desenvolvimento do mesmo. Assim, o presente trabalho decorre de um estudo que teve como primordial objetivo identificar e problematizar o papel da Pedagogia da Alternância, da Educação do Campo e da Educação Profissional na execução do Curso Técnico em Agropecuária em Regime de Alternância que foi desenvolvido exclusivamente a assentados da Reforma Agrária na Superintendência Regional – 28 no Brasil. Este estudo analisou a implementação e execução do projeto sob o prisma da prática pedagógica do professor, das experiências dos alunos e da gestão. Esta pesquisa é de cunho essencialmente qualitativo, apresentada com a utilização de questionários semiestruturados aplicados aos professores, gestores e alunos vinculados ao curso. Após analisar os resultados com uma triangulação dos dados, percebemos que a utilização da Pedagogia da Alternância não é unânime entre os professores para sua execução. Dessa maneira, apesar de o Instituto ter planejado uma Pedagogia da Alternância Integrativa ou Formativa acabou executando uma Pedagogia da Alternância Justapositiva, o que não atende, pelo menos por completo, aos anseios do que foi planeado.It’s widely known the importance of the Pedagogy of Alternation to a Rural Education that takes into consideration the needs and previous knowledge from its students without disregarding the scientific knowledge that is necessary to their development. Thus, this research emerges from a study whose main goal was to identify and to analyse the Pedagogy of Alternation, the Rural Education and the Professional Education roles in the Agriculture Technical Course under the alternation regime which was developed exclusively to settlers from the Land Reform in the Regional Superintendence of Education – 28. This study analyzed the implementation and execution of this project regarding teacher’s pedagogical practice, students’ and school’s administration experiences. This is a qualitative research that used semi- structured questionnaires with teachers, school administrators and students from the course. After analyzing the results through data triangulation, we realized that the use of the Pedagogy of Alternation is not unanimous among teachers. So, even though the Institute has planned an integrating or formative Pedagogy of Alternation, it ended up executing a juxtaposed one, which does not meet, at least fully, the needs of what has been planned. Na quadrilha junina eu me divirto, eu sou artista: Sociabilidades e protagonismos juvenis nas quadrilhas juninas em Juazeiro do Norte-CE

Observando a participação juvenil nas quadrilhas e festivais juninos, o objetivo deste artigo é compreender o estabelecimento de redes de relações e sociabilidades entre jovens e como constroem determinados mecanismos de participação nos festivais institucionalizados. Os dados apresentados foram elaborados através de análises etnográficas e entrevistas em grupos de discussão, realizadas entre fevereiro e agosto de 2015 com a Agremiação Junina Cariri, de Juazeiro do Norte-CE. Considera-se que as quadrilhas juninas sejam espaços de relações que se dissipam para além das temporalidades efêmeras dos festejos juninos, abrindo margem para confecção de redes de sociabilidades e de protagonismos que põem distintos jovens em contato entre si na cidade, onde atuam como ‘artistas’. São também grupos que possibilitam relações outras para além de instituições como família e escola.The aim of this article is to understand the establishment of networks of relationships and sociabilities among young people and how they construct certain mechanisms of participation in the institutionalized festivals. The data presented were elaborated through ethnographic analyzes and interviews in groups of discussion, carried out between February and August of the year 2015 with the Junina Cariri Association of Juazeiro do Norte-CE. Galera, a gente vai bombar!: sociabilidades juvenis nas quadrilhas juninas em Juazeiro do Norte - CE.

constituir estilos de vida por eles mediados nos espaços urbanos. Para tanto, especifico a Agremiação Junina Cariri, na cidade de Juazeiro do Norte-CE, como espaço de pesquisa empírica. O referido grupo é constituído por cerca de cinquenta jovens, entre os quais, trinta e dois são brincantes. Residentes em bairros diversos da cidade mencionada, o perfil etário dos sujeitos de pesquisa varia entre 15 e 30 anos de idade. Ofereço uma análise sobre a categoria juventude e a articulação juvenil para fazer com que a quadrilha junina promova suas apresentações e seja socialmente reconhecida. Discuto as festas juninas através dos festivais institucionalizados na cidade e como possibilidade de construção de espaços de visibilidades aos jovens a partir das apresentações. As quadrilhas, por sua vez, são lócus de extremo convívio entre os jovens, ultrapassando os momentos do ciclo junino entre os meses de junho e julho. A pesquisa de caráter qualitativo tem como base metodológica a etnografia, sobretudo, a observação participante, e ainda, entrevistas e questionários. O texto está estruturado em quatro capítulos, nos quais, problematizo os aspectos metodológicos, bem como tenciono as categorias festas juninas na cidade, jovens, juventudes, sujeitos juvenis, sociabilidades e protagonismos.Taking as a case of watching the youthful experiences and practices experienced in the world of parties and bonfire gangs aim of this study develop an understanding of the sociability and protagonisms where young people are the central actors. It is also important to reflect on how such groups are appropriate for young people in terms of belonging modes and means of identification, but who do not constitute lifestyles they mediated in urban areas. A investigação económica, financeira e tributária da criminalidade organizada transnacional na União Europeia

After the repetition of a historic event that endangered the stability and integrity of the nations and societies that constitute the Old Continent, it was recognized that the pathway should be their progressive unification by means of Law. This gradual process culminated with the constitution of a European Union composed by twenty-eight Member States inside twelve specific areas of shared competence In this common territory gradually increasing as long as new countries were included, a set of measures were adopted in order to liberalize their citizens, goods, capital, services and information movments, to partially abolish their internal borders and to unify their monetary and economic markets. However, the ius puniendi and consequent criminal jurisdiction attached to each Member State remained limited to its sovereign territory. In this context allied with the expansion of information, communication and knowledge technologies — where we highlight the internet expansion divided on the superficial, deep and dark net — it submerged a new territorial delimitation devoid of any state or international regulation: the transnational territory and the cyberspace. Criminal organizations as autonomous, structured, rational, polymorphic, flexible and adaptable entities, directed exclusively to the maximization of their own profits, power and legitimacy, awared of this jurisdictional vacuum and the opportunities therein, have shifted into this new space and became a transnational and cybernetic phenomenon that any individual Member State could control. With the growing incapacity feeling, Member States, through the European Union and the previous communities, have built the European Criminal Law, as a branch of Transnational Criminal Law, with a scope for transnational space and phenomena. Despite the proliferation of European legislative acts and political measures, transnational criminal organizations have expanded towards diversification and specialization. Notwithstanding these dynamics, all criminal organizations converge on the crime economy. In this sequence, it is recognized that economic, financial and tax investigation represents the most efficient methodology to neutralize them. Alongside criminal organizations, this research methodology is inevitably transnational and cybernetics, thereby, is based on and is conformed to the only legal order applicable: the European Criminal Law. However, this legal framework is considered inadequate for the full accomplishment of its purposes by ratione auctoritatis, materiae, personae, loci and temporis. It is therefore inferred that there is any single supranational competence, based on a substantive and adjective law, a single institutional structure and information system, for the transnational and cybernetic phenomena control and regulation in the European transnational territory and cyberspace. Economic, financial and tax investigation on transnational organized crime, however, demands from European Criminal Law to provide this legitimating and limiting legal framework in order to pursue this phenomenon where it is increasingly comfortable and in expansion. Este gradual percurso culminou na constituição de uma União Europeia a vinte e oito Estados-Membros com doze áreas específicas de competência partilhada. Neste espaço territorial comum, foram adotadas medidas que liberalizaram a circulação, aboliram parcialmente as suas fronteiras internas e unificaram os mercados monetários e económicos. Contudo, o ius puniendi adstrito a cada Estado-Membro manteve-se circunscrito ao seu território. Neste contexto aliado à globalização, expansão das tecnologias da informação, comunicação e conhecimento — onde se destaca a internet desmaterializada na superficial, deep e dark net — submergiram e amplificaram-se novas delimitações territoriais desprovidas de qualquer controlo estadual ou internacional: o território transnacional e o ciberespaço. As organizações criminosas, enquanto entes autónomos, estruturados, racionais, polimórficos, flexíveis e adaptáveis, dirigidas exclusivamente à maximização dos lucros, poder e legitimidade, cientes deste vazio jurisdicional e das oportunidades nele existente, deslocaram-se para estes novos espaços, passando a tornar-se um fenómeno transnacional e cibernético que nenhuma soberania, individualmente, conseguiria atingir. Com um crescente sentimento de impotência, os Estados-Membros, por via da União Europeia e das demais comunidades que previamente a constituíram, construíram o Direito Penal Europeu, com um âmbito de aplicação para o espaço e fenómeno transnacionais. Apesar da multiplicação de atos legislativos e de medidas políticas europeias, as organizações criminosas transnacionais expandiram-se em direção à diversificação e especialização. Não obstante estas dinâmicas, as mesmas convergem na economia do crime, sendo, assim, reconhecido que a investigação económica, financeira e tributária representa a metodologia mais eficiente de combate. A par das organizações criminosas, esta metodologia de investigação é inevitavelmente transnacional e cibernética, pelo que a mesma se fundamenta e conforma na única ordem jurídica aplicável: o Direito Penal Europeu. No entanto, este bloco jurídico denota-se desadequado para o cabal cumprimento das suas finalidades por ratione auctoritatis, materiae, personae, loci e temporis. Deduz-se, por conseguinte, que inexiste uma competência supranacional para a regulação e controlo do fenómeno transnacional e cibernético no território transnacional e ciberespaço da União Europeia, com base numa lei substantiva e adjetiva, uma estrutura institucional e um sistema de informação únicos. Ora, a investigação económica, financeira e tributária da criminalidade organizada transnacional exige do Direito Penal Europeu este quadro jurídico legitimador e limitador, de modo a perseguir este fenómeno onde crescentemente se sente confortável e se expande

Polyethylene glycol 8000+ citrate salts aqueous two-phase systems: Relative hydrophobicity of the equilibrium phases

The Gibbs free energy of transfer of a methylene group, G*(CH2), is reported as a measure of the relative hydrophobicity of the equilibrium phases. Furthermore, G*(CH2) is a characteristic parameter of each tie-line, and for that reason can be used for comparing different tie-lines of a given aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) or even to establish comparisons among different ATPSs. In this work, the partition coefficients of a series of four dinitrophenylated-amino acids were experimentally determined, at 23 °C, in five different tie-lines of PEG8000(sodium or potassium) citrate ATPSs. G*(CH2) values were calculated from the partition coefficients and used to evaluate the relative hydrophobicity of the equilibrium phases. PEG8000potassium citrate ATPSs presented larger relative hydrophobicity than PEG8000sodium citrate ATPSs. As contribuições do professor para a inclusão de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais nas aulas de educação física do IFB - campus Planaltina

Curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física a Distância.O estudo teve como enfoque uma reflexão das práticas inclusivas no IFB-PLA, para verificar as contribuições que os professores de Educação Física podem oferecer para uma prática pedagógica inclusiva na instituição educacional em questão no curso integrado em agropecuária. Evidenciamos alguns grandes pressupostos, que são: educação e inclusão; LDB, PCN’s e inclusão em foco; práticas inclusivas e as abordagens metodológicas da Educação Física. Devido à relação dialógica existente entre os sujeitos e fenômenos investigados, realizamos uma pesquisa descritiva. Por outro lado, realizamos um estudo de caso para explicar o fenômeno da inclusão nas aulas de Educação Física no IFB-PLA e, por último, utilizamos a pesquisa bibliográfica para verificar as relações entre a teoria e a prática nesse contexto. Vale ressaltar que utilizamos um questionário, com questões abertas e fechadas, aplicado aos três professores de Educação Física, como instrumento de coleta de dados. Após a análise dos dados, pudemos constatar que, apesar de os professores possuírem os conhecimentos necessários à inclusão, não se sentem preparados para atuarem efetivamente nesse sentido. Além disso, os pesquisados apontam questões ligadas à infraestrutura e a postura dos demais profissionais em relação à inclusão. Com a realização do estudo, pudemos comprovar a urgência na necessidade do conhecimento sobre a inclusão, pois por meio dela, os professores de Educação Física do IFB-PLA poderão proporcionar uma melhor inserção/inclusão dos alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais, em uma perspectiva de satisfação em relação ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem, com vista à diversidade humana. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis study had as a main focus a reflection on the inclusive practices at IFB-PLA so as to verify the contributions that Physical Education teachers can offer to an inclusive pedagogical practice in the integrated course in agriculture at this Campus. Some important assumptions were verified: education and inclusion; LDB; PCN’s and inclusion in focus; inclusive practices and methodological practices in Physical Education. Due to the dialogical relationship between the subjects and the phenomena that were investigated a descriptive research was conducted. On the other hand, a study was also carried out to explain the inclusion phenomenon in the Physical Education class at the IFB-PLA and, lastly, the bibliographical research was used to verify the relations between theory and practice in this context. It is worth to highlight that a questionnaire with open and closed questions was applied to three Physical Education teachers as an instrument to collect data. After this stage, it was possible to ascertain that despite having the necessary knowledge to perform inclusive practices, teachers do not feel prepared to implement more effective actions. Besides that, these teachers also point out issues connected to the infrastructure and the other teachers’ attitudes towards inclusion because by means of inclusion the Physical Education teachers from IFB-PLA are going to provide a better integration of the students with special educational needs into a perspective of satisfaction in relation to the teaching/learning process, and aim at a human diversity

Relatório final de Estágio Pedagógico realizado na Escola Básica Eugénio dos Santos

O estágio pedagógico na Escola Básica Eugénio dos Santos apresentou-se como o culminar de um ciclo de estudos, proporcionando a oportunidade de, sob regime de supervisão pedagógica, desenvolver e aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo da minha formação. A adaptação dos conhecimentos teóricos a uma realidade completamente nova, bem mais complexa, dinâmica e volátil, foi um processo marcado por ruturas, desafios e barreiras que exigiram da minha parte uma constante pesquisa pelas soluções mais adequadas à sua superação. O estágio pedagógico não se cinge ao papel do professor enquanto agente de ensino na sala de aula, tendo sido igualmente apreendidas competências em diversas outras áreas, como a Direção de Turma, projetos de investigação, Desporto Escolar e intervenção na escola. O presente relatório realiza uma apreciação na primeira pessoa de todo o processo formativo, destacando métodos, técnicas e estratégias utilizadas na dimensão pedagógica, organizacional, didática e científica. Posto isto, este documento é constituído pela contextualização, descrição e análise reflexiva da prática pedagógica, das aprendizagens realizadas e das dificuldades sentidas. As discussões efetuadas no seio do núcleo de estágio foram importantes no desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional do estagiário, na medida em que permitiram avaliar e regular os efeitos das decisões tomadas. Desta forma, o professor estagiário demonstrou uma evolução no domínio das funções e competências inerentes à gestão do ensino. No entanto, continuam a persistir um conjunto de necessidades profissionais que virão, no futuro e com a prática, a ser ultrapassadas. Deste modo, o relatório projeta ainda linhas orientadoras para o exercício futuro da profissão, fundamentadas na relação estabelecida entre a experiência vivida e o estudo da literatura científica e pedagógica.The pedagogical internship at Escola Básica Eugénio dos Santos presented itself as the culmination of a cycle of studies, providing interns with the opportunity to develop and apply the knowledge acquired throughout their training under the pedagogical supervision regime. The adaptation of theoretical knowledge to a completely new reality, much more complex, dynamic and volatile, was a process marked by ruptures, challenges and barriers that demanded from me a constant search for the most appropriate solutions to overcome it. The pedagogical internship is not limited to the role of the teacher as a teaching agent in the classroom, having also been learned skills in several other areas, such as Class Management, research projects, School Sports and school intervention. This report makes an assessment in the first person of the entire training process, highlighting methods, techniques and strategies used in the pedagogical, organizational, didactic and scientific dimension. That said, this document is constituted by the contextualization, description and reflexive analysis of the pedagogical practice, the learning accomplished and the difficulties felt. The discussions carried out within the internship nucleus were important in the trainee's personal and professional development, insofar as they allowed to evaluate and regulate the effects of the decisions taken. In this way, the trainee teacher demonstrated an evolution in the domain of the functions and skills inherent to teaching management. However, a set of professional needs still persists that will, in the future and with practice, be overcome. Thus, the report also outlines guidelines for the future exercise of the profession, based on the relationship established between the lived experience and the study of scientific and pedagogical literature
