Kesadaran Publik di Indonesia: Survei Respons Publik terhadap Korupsi dan Peran Akuntan

Tujuan penelitian ini menguji kesadaran dan persepsi publik terhadap korupsi di Indonesia, Negara yang dipandang oleh Transparancy International memiliki level korupsi yang menurun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei berbasis kuantitatif. Terdapat 528 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam survei ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa korupsi (83,52) dan ketidakstabilan politik merupakan isu utama di Indonesia. Lebih lanjut, faktor utama yang menyebabkan korupsi adalah lemahnya regulasi dan ketidakefektifan birokrasi. Terakhir, responden lebih percaya pada lembaga pendukung penegak hukum (PPATK, BPK dan BPKP) daripada penegak hukum (KPK, Kejaksaan, Polri dan MA). Temuan yang disajikan dalam studi ini bertolak belakang dengan  hasil Transparansi Internasional yang menunjukkan korupsi di Indonesia semakin berkurang, sedangkan menurut responden mayoritas setuju korupsi justru semakin meningkat di Indonesia

Balance scorecard (BSC) provides objective, measures, targets and initiatives within each perspective to support the achievement of the company’s vision and strategy. Management involvement in strategic initiatives setting in each perspective allows management to keep running the initiative even though the initiative hinders the achievement of goals. This study examined experimentally the effect of management involvement in strategic initiative setting and monitoring on escalation of commitment. We used 2 X 2 between subjects. RESTORATIVE JUSTICE: PARADIGMA BARU PERADILAN PIDANA

Direction of criminal justice in Indonesia is currently experiencing a shift from retributive to restorative-rehabilitative or daad-dader-strafrecht or model of balance of interests. This is confirmed by Laws No. 11 of 2012 on Juvenile Justice System, which states in Article 6 to Article 8 that emphasizes the concept of restorative justice through diversion. Both of these concepts allow the settlement of children out of the criminal justice. However, not all criminal offenses committed by children can be settled out of court (diversion) unless two conditions are met: imprisonment for a criminal offense under seven years and is not a repetition of criminal offenses (recidivism). The essences of restorative justice are: First, in the settlement of children, it is necessary that the offenders and their families and victims and their families can sit together to discuss the settlement of issues including reparations to victims (restitution in integrum). Second, the essence of restorative justice is to give punishment to the offenders but the punishment is didactic, in order to benefit to both of the perpetrator and the victims.  This is in line with an adagio “delinquens per iram provocatus puniri debet mitius”. The Effect of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee's Performance in Commission General Election Bukittinggi

This study aims to see "The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Election Performance of the City of Bukittinggi". The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the effect of the independent variables and dependent variables and the hypothesis test using the T test to test the significance level between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a calculated t value> from t table (4.504> 2.07) and a significance level of 0.000. While Motivation (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count> t table (2.996> 2.07) and a significance value of 0.007. Together, leadership style and work motivation variables contributed 89.3% to employee performance and the remaining 10.7% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Menakar Perlindungan Justice Colaborator

Corruption is one form of systematic organized crimes performed with complicated modus operandi. Disclosing of this crime, in addition to requiring special equipment, also needs a certain method. One of the methods is using actors who collaborate or justice collaborator. The provisions on justice collaboratororiginally referred to Article 10 paragraph (2) of Law No. 13 of 2006 on Protection of Witnesses and Victims –but there are indications that these provisions do not provide protection to the justice collaborator. Because even though he plays as a collaborating actor, it does not result in a loss of authority of the state to prosecute the concerned. This provision is considered violating the principle of lex certain criminal law, for its ambiguity and multiple interpretations. Constitutional Court in its decision No. 42/PUU-VIII/2010states that Article 10 paragraph (2) regarding a quoprovision is not contrary to the 1945 Constitution. Without realizing it, Constitutional Court has come affirming the lack of protection on the collaborating actors. The fate of justice collaboratorthen finds the clarity in Article 10 paragraph (1) of Law No. 31 of 2014 on Protection on Witnesses and Victims. In the future, with reference to a quo provision, there is no guarantee to the justice collaboratorthat he would not be prosecuted either criminal or civil, except for statements or testimony that is not done in good faith. Besides regulated under legislation of Witnesses and Victims Protection, protection of the justice collaboratorhas also been set in UNTOC 2000 and UNCAC 2003

In ius constitutum of Natural Resources, the liability of corporate criminal, in any case, has been set in fve laws. First, fsheries and forestry law have similar formulation that corporations act as makers–undertakers are convicted. Second, plantation law, corporations act as makers –the corporations are convicted. Third, environmental law, corporations as makers –the corporation and the orderer are convicted. Fourth, mineral and coal mining law, corporations as makers –the board and the corporation are convicted. Indeed, there are inconsistencies in the regulation of corporate criminal liability in natural resources sector resulting in legal uncertainty.IntisariDalam ius constitutum SDA, paling tidak pertanggungjawaban pidana korporasi diatur oleh lima undangundang. Pertama UU perikanan dan kehutanan memiliki rumusan yang sama bahwa korporasi sebagai pembuat–pengurus dipidana. Kedua, UU perkebunan, korporasi sebagai pembuat–korporasi dipidana. Ketiga, UU lingkungan hidup, korporasi sebagai pembuat–korporasi dan orang yang memberi perintah dipidana. Keempat, UU minerba, korporasi sebagai pembuat–pengurus dan korporasi yang dipidana. Tegasnya ada inkonsistensi dalam pengaturan pertanggungjawaban pidana korporasi di sektor SDA sehingga menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum

Analisis Pengukuran Derajat Kejenuhan dan Tingkat Pelayanan Ruas Jalan R. Sukamto Kota Palembang

Kota Palembang merupakan ibu kota Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia, sekaligus Kota metropolitan diprovinsi tersebut. Kota Palembang merupakan pusat segala aktivitas perekonomian. Dampaknya lalu lintas yang terdapat di Kota Palembang sangat padat, sehingga sering terjadi kemacetan pada beberapa ruas jalan tertentu. Hal tersebut terjadi karena banyaknya kendaraan yang melalui jalur tersebut yang tidak di imbangi dengan kapasitas jalan tersebut serta tingginya aktivitas hambatan samping. Pada Laporan Tugas Akhir ini, penulis mengangkat topik tentang analisis kinerja tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan R. Sukamto Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian ini berpedoman pada PKJI 2014, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui pengamatan jumlah kendaraan yang melintas, hasil survei bertujuan untuk mengetahui data kapasitas ruas jalan, arus lalu lintas, hambatan samping, derajat kejenuhan. Dengan memiliki kapasitas sebesar (C) = 3492,72 Skr/jam. Dan arus lalu lintas (Q) = 2755,85 Skr/jam, sehingga hasil nilai derajat kejenuhan (DJ) paling tinggi di Ruas Jl. R. Sukamto Kota Palembang adalah pada siang hari pukul 11.00-12.00 WIB dengan DJ = 0,78, ini termasuk kategori tingkat pelayanan C dengan arus masih stabil, kecepatan lalu lintas ≥ 65 Km/jam, volume lalu lintas dapat mencapai 70% dari kapasitas (yaitu 1400 smp/jam, 2 arah) Q/C ratio 0,7-0,8

Klasifikasi Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor Berbasis Particle Swarm optimization Untuk Kelaykan Bantuan Rehabilitasi rumah Tidak Layak Huni Pada Desa Lenek Duren Kecamatan Aikmel Kabupaten Lombok timur

Home is a very basic requirement for all people besides food and clothes. Home can express prosperity level and health level about resident / its dweller. A high quality of home as good shelter can be seen from its building, facility and structure. The local government program to decrease poverty through program of RTLH, have to be supported with data accuration. Besides good data accuration, it is also required data-processing time efficiency of receiver of aid. This research used Data technique of Mining with Algorithm of K-Nearest Neighbor base on Particle Swarm Optimization in classification elegibility of acceptance of aid rehabilitate house improper dwell. By using method of calculation of algorithm of K-Nearest Neighbor base on Particle Swarm Optimization, the accuration value in prediction elegibility of acceptance of aid rehabilitate house improper dwell is calculated. After conducting a test by using algorithm of K-NN and algorithm of K-NN base on Particle Swarm Optimization,  the result is algorithm of K-NN yield accuration value equal to 89,29% and value of AUC 0,786. The algorithm of K-NN base on Particle Swarm Optimization yield accuration value equal to 95,33% and value of AUC 0.970. After conducting the tests to both of the model, the difference is showed with 6,04% percentage and difference of value of AUC 0.184. DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i2.141

Model Berorientasi Objek Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Kinerja Karyawan dengan Metode Elimination Et Choix Traduisant Larealité pada Perusahaan Telekomunikasi

Persaingan dunia bisnis yang makin kompetitif memacu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Dalam pelaksanaannya proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik ini belum bisa optimal. Penilaian untuk memilih karyawan terbaik kemungkinan bisa terjadi secara subjektif dengan hanya memperhatikan beberapa aspek kriteria penilaian karyawan tanpa melihat aspek kriteria lainnya. Penilaian yang belum menggunakan suatu metode yang dapat menangani permasalahan prioritas dengan banyak kriteria. Hal ini menjadi sebuah permasalahan untuk menentukan tepat atau tidaknya seseorang terpilih sebagai karyawan terbaik. Karena itu, pada jurnal ilmiah ini diusulkan perlu dibangunnya sebuah sistem penilian karyawan yang dapat memberikan alternatif solusi optimal untuk pengambilan keputusan berbasis Web dengan menggunakan metode ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant Larealité). Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan pemodelan yang menggunakan pendekataan Berorientasi Objek dengan metodologi menggunakan Prototype. Sedangkan perangkat lunak penunjang menggunakan MySQL sebagai database dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sistem ini akan berjalan pada suatu website yang bisa diakses secara intranet di Local Area Network. Berdasarkan penellitian yang dilakukan penelitian ini akan menghasilkan suatu aplikasi penilaian kinerja dalam pengelolaan nilai aspek kriteria yang dapat memberikan informasi yang tepat terhadap manager dan membantu perusahaan dalam pembuatan laporan penilaian kinerja karyawannya.Persaingan dunia bisnis yang makin kompetitif memacu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia.
