    The main focus of this paper is to look at the role of the open access initiative (OAI) as a channel for knowledge sharing that could be used for the disseminate knowledge and research funding.     VARIASI KONSENTRASI BUBUR BUAH BLACK MULBERRY (Morus nigra L.) DALAM PRODUK CHURROS BERBASIS TEPUNG UMBIUMBIAN

    Maksud dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan jenis tepung umbi-umbian dan variasi konsentrasi bubur buah black mulberry terhadap karakteristik churros. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan jenis tepung umbi-umbian yang paling baik pada produk churros dan mendapatkan konsentrasi bubur buah black mulberry yang paling baik untuk ditambahkan pada produk churros. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (RPT) dengan dua faktor yaitu petak utama (a) dengan menggunakan tepung ubi kayu (a1), tepung ubi jalar putih (a2) dan tepung kentang (a3) dan anak petak (b) yaitu variasi konsentrasi bubur buah black mulberry dengan menggunakan konsentrasi 5% (b1), 10% (b2) dan 15% (b3) sebanyak tiga kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan jenis tepung umbi berpengaruh terhadap rasa, aroma, tekstur, kadar lemak, kadar serat kasar dan kadar karbohidrat total namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap warna, volume pengembangan dan vitamin C. Variasi konsentrasi bubur buah black mulberry berpengaruh terhadap kadar vitamin C, kadar serat kasar dan kadar karbohidrat total, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap organoleptik dan volume pengembangan. Untuk interaksi keduanya berpengaruh terhadap kadar serat kasar dan kadar lemak, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap respon organoleptik, volume pengembangan dan karbohidrat total. Berdasarkan hasil didapatkan bahwa penggunaan tepung ubi jalar putih dan variasi konsentrasi bubur black mulberry 15% memberikan karakteristik churros yang paling baik terhadap respon organoleptik, kadar lemak 25,03%, vitamin C 0,100 mg/100 gram, serat kasar 25,28%, dan karbohidrat total 30,82%. .     Kemampuan berbahasa sangat penting tidak hanya sebagai sarana berkomunikasi dan bersosialisasi, tetapi juga dengan memiliki kemampuan berbahasa yang baik, segala informasi, wawasan, dan ilmu pengetahuan akan terakses dengan mudah. Kenyataan bahwa tidak semua individu terlahir normal, menjadi latar belakang perealisasian penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh mana kemampuan wicara, khususnya kemampuan melafalkan bunyi konsonan nasal bahasa Inggris pada siswa tunarungu di kelas IX SLB-B Negeri Sidakarya, Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar analisis akustik dan fonologis untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas bagaimanakah bunyi-bunyi tersebut terlafalkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pelafalan kosakata bahasa Inggris pada anak tunarungu cenderung dilafalkan sama dengan pelafalan kosakata dalam bahasa Indonesia, khususnya pada pelafalan bunyi konsonan nasal, siswa cenderung lebih mampu melafalkan bunyi konsonan nasal [m] dan [n] daripada [?]. Lebih lanjut, secara akustik, pola bunyi nasal tergambarkan sebagai pola gelombang berkala. Di samping itu, ditemukan pula beberapa pola gelombang yang berbeda sesuai dengan variasi pelafalan yang terjadi yang disebabkan oleh pelemahan, pelesapan, penambahan bunyi vokal, dan Perubahan ciri bunyi. Tentunya, penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi USAha awal bagi pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa anak tunarungu karena bagaimanapun juga anak-anak dengan keterbatasan ini perlu mendapat perhatian lebih untuk dapat ditangani secara lebih konkret pula

    PENGARUH APLIKASI BIONUTRIEN S-367B TERHADAP LAJU PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL PANEN TANAMAN SELADA

    ABSTRAK Selada bokor (Lactuca sativa L.) merupakan tanaman yang memiliki nilai komersial dan prospek yang cukup baik seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah permintaan selada. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman selada adalah dengan mengaplikasikan bionutrien S-367B yang merupakan suplemen untuk tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tanaman selada kelompok treatment dan kontrol positif terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, lebar daun, hasil panen, kandungan vitamin C, dan kandungan protein pada selada. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis NPK pada bionutrien S-367B dengan metode Kjeldahl untuk nitrogen (N) dan metode ICP-OES untuk fosfor (P) dan kalium (K), penentuan kadar air bionutrien S-367B dengan metode pengeringan beku, karakterisasi bionutrien S-367B dengan spetrofotometer FTIR, aplikasi bionutrien S-367B dosis 0,5% (5mL/L), pengamatan pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, lebar daun, dan massa hasil panen selada, serta pengujian kadar vitamin C dengan metode titrasi iodometri dan pengujian kadar protein dengan metode kjeldahl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bionutrien S-367B dapat meningkatkan pertambahan ukuran (P ≥ 0.05) pada tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, lebar daun, dan massa hasil panen selada dibandingkan kelompok kontrol positif. Kadar vitamin C tertinggi diperoleh selada kelompok kontrol positif 14.26 mg/100 g sedangkan pada kelompok treatment sebesar 12.76 mg/100 g. Kadar protein tertinggi diperoleh selada kelompok positif yaitu sebesar 1.08% sedangkan pada kelompok treatment sebesar 0.81%. Berdasarkan penelitian, bionutrien S-367B dapat meningkatkan massa hasil panen selada lebih besar dari kontrol positif tetapi kontrol positif mampu meningkatkan nutrisi pada tanaman selada. Kata kunci: bionutrien S-367B, selada, protein, vitamin C >ABSTRACT Iceberg lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) is a plant that has good commercial value and prospects along with the increasing demand for lettuce. One of the efforts to increase the productivity of lettuce is by applying the bionutrient S-367B which is a supplement for plants. This study aimed to evaluate the lettuce plants in the treatment and positive control groups on the increase in plant height, leaf length, leaf width, yield, vitamin C content, and protein content in lettuce. The research stages included NPK analysis on bionutrient S-367B using the Kjeldahl method for nitrogen (N) and the ICP-OES method for phosphorus (P) and potassium (K), determining the water content of bionutrient S-367B using the freeze drying method, characterization of S-367B bionutrient using an FTIR spectrophotometer, application of 0.5% (5mL/ L) dose of S-367B bionutrient, observation of plant height, leaf length, leaf width, and mass yield of lettuce, and testing of vitamin C levels by titration method iodometry and protein content testing using the Kjeldahl method. The results showed that the bionutrient S-367B could increase the size increase (P ≥ 0.05) in plant height, leaf length, leaf width, and mass yield of lettuce compared to the positive control group. The highest level of vitamin C was obtained from the control group lettuce positive 14.26 mg / 100 g while in the treatment group was 12.76 mg / 100 g. The highest protein content was obtained by the positive group of lettuce, namely 1.08%, while the treatment group was 0.81%. Based on research, bionutrient S-367B can increase the mass yield of lettuce greater than positive control but positive control can increase nutrition in lettuce plants.     Penambahan Zinc pada Pakan terhadap Peningkatan Sistem Imun Udang Vaname (Litopenaeus Vannamei)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan zinc pada pakan terhadap peningkatan sistem imun udang vaname (L. vannamei). Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua perlakuan dengan empat ulangan. Penambahan zinc pada pakan dengan dosis 45 mg/kg pakan (P) dan tanpa penambahan zinc pada pakan (C). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama lima minggu. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah penambahan zinc pada pakan memberikan pengaruh dalam meningkatkan LPH dan THC udang vaname. Namun tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap sintasan udang tersebut

    This study describes about management audit of human resource function that conducted in human resource development department at PT.XXX include organizational development function, recruitment-selection-orientation function, training and developing of human resource function, and performance appraisal function. Research method that used for this study is the descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection methods that been used for this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature review. The findings of this study showing that overall activities of the human resource function accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP) that applied in this company.Yet there are some items that need to be noted which mainly related with training and development of human resource is not optimal yet. Some recommendations that can be provided based on audit are socialization of the program as well as an evaluation of the socialization of the program itself, procurement, recruitment, partnership whit third-party organization, oversight and monitoring of the program execution, improvement of form that used for training and development function of human resource, and last but not least by using online platform as main platform for training and development function of human resource department

    Aplikasi sinbiotik dengan sumber prebiotic berbeda pada udang windu

    Prebiotics are functional food fibers that have the potential to provide nutrients for gut microbes. The source of origin of prebiotics is one component of a material that can be claimed to be a prebiotic, and it affects the oligosaccharide content in it. This study will use synbiotics on tiger prawns with prebiotics from different sources. Synbiotics are a balanced combination of probiotics and prebiotics. The probiotic used was Lactobacillus sp bacteria, the prebiotic used was derived from coconut and sweet potato pulp, and the synbiotic used was dose 1 which consisted of 1%/kg probiotic feed and 2%/kg prebiotic feed. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design. This study consisted of three treatments with three replications. Treatment A (maintenance of tiger shrimp without the addition of synbiotic/control), Treatment B (maintenance of tiger shrimp with the addition of synbiotic with prebiotic source from coconut pulp powder), and Treatment C (maintenance of tiger shrimp with the addition of synbiotic with prebiotic source from sweet potato powder). Parameters observed were daily growth rate (DGR), feed convertion ratio (FCR), Total Haemocytes Count (THC), survival rate (SR) and water quality. The result from this study showed that B treatment give the highest growth and health parameters

    The Use of Synbiotics to Prevent IMNV and Vibrio harveyi Co-Infection in Litopenaeus vannamei

    This study evaluated the effects on viral immune responses and bacterial co-infection, of different feeding frequencies of a synbiotic supplemented diet given to Pacific white shrimp (L. vannamei). A synbiotic-supplemented diet was formulated from probiotic Vibrio alginolitycus SKT-bR and prebiotics from sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) oligosaccharide. Pacific white shrimp were fed the synbiotic diet at different frequencies, i.e. daily (P1), twice a week (P2), and once a week (P3) for a 30 day pre-challenge test. After the 30 day feeding period, the shrimps were challenged by intramuscular injection of Infectious Myonecrosis Virus (IMNV) and Vibrio harveyi. The results showed that shrimp treated with a synbiotic-supplemented diet showed  significantly higher growth performance than control groups (P<0.05). Shrimp treated under regime P1 showed the highest values for phenoloxidase (PO) and respiratory burst (RB) parameters compared to shrimp given the other treatments. Following the challenge test, higher survival rate were seen in the P1 treatment group, in comparison to the positive control, and the P1 treatment group showed the highest values in total haemocyte count (THC), PO, and RB

    The purpose of this research is to know the influence of profitability, solvency, and commodity prices on the stock price of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2008-2018. Some aspects used in research include financial ratios such as ROE (Return of Equity), EPS (Earning per share of common stock) for variable profitability and DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) for solvency as well as the addition of external factors Like commodity prices to see how it affects the price of the stock. This research is conducted by the documentation method using data from the financial report of the mining company obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical methods used in the research are the classical assumption test analysis and the data regression panel. This research uses a data mining company registered in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2008 – 2018 as 5 companies from 27 registered companies. The results of the Common-Constant estimation method (Pooled Ordinary Least Square/PLS) found that DER and EPS influence the stock price of the mining company partially, While commodity prices do not have a significant effect against the stock price of mining companies. ROE, DER, EPS and commodity prices do not have a significant effect on the stock price of mining companies, it can be demonstrated by the R-Squared 0.150565 value which means the above variables affect only 15.05% and the remaining 84.95% is determined by other variables not researched in this study
