    ENERGY CONSUMPTION PROJECTION IN YOGYAKARTA CITY

    Availability of energy is an important aspect for the success of regional development. Yogyakarta city does not have any non-renewable energy sources such as liquid fossil fuels, coal and natural gas. Consequently,these energy must be supplied from other provinces. The renewable energy potential in Yogyakarta city is not being utilized yet. Final energy consumption continues to rise along with population and economic growth.Energy planning and development need be done carefully in order to ensure the energy sustainability. This study aim to provide long-term projections in 2012-2025 periods on energy balance, energy demand andsupply based on energy reserves and current condition in order to meet energy elasticity to less than 1. Energy demand projection is calculated based on trend forecasting analysis by LEAP (Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning System).This result shows that the highest energy user sector in Yogyakarta city period 2012-2025 is transportation sector and the highest of energy demand by type is electricity and gasoline. Renewable energypotential such as biogas, solar energy, biomass and biodiesel (from using vegetable oil waste) could be developed in Yogyakarta city. Using biodiesel and solar energy could decrease diesel fuel and electricity.According to the baseline scenario, CO2 emission reached 2,176,182 tons, the first alternative scenario reached 1,925,089 tons and the second alternative scenario reached 1,877,839. Investment cost to build renewable energy in the baseline scenario reached USD 42,045 – USD 546,585. Investment cost to build renewable energy in the first alternative scenario reached USD 10,470,775 – USD 31,002,775. Investment cost to build renewable energy in the second alternative scenario reached USD 31,641,925 - USD 52,173,925

    PENGARUH PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA DAN PENGUASAAN GRAMATIK TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA BAHASA JERMAN PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 1 MINGGIR SLEMAN

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh tingkat penguasaan kosakata bahasa Jerman terhadap keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 1 Minggir Sleman, (2) pengaruh tingkat penguasaan gramatik bahasa Jerman terhadap keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 1 Minggir Sleman, (3) pengaruh tingkat penguasaan kosakata dan penguasaan gramatik bahasa Jerman terhadap keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 1 Minggir Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 1 Minggir Sleman. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari satu kelas, yaitu kelas XI IPA 2 yang seluruhnya berjumlah 31 peserta didik. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel bebas, yakni penguasaan kosakata (X1) dan penguasaan gramatik (X2) serta satu variabel terikat, yaitu keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman (Y). Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan tes. Untuk mengetahui reliabilitas instrumen digunakan rumus KR-20. Uji validitas masing-masing instrumen adalah dengan validitas isi, validitas konstruk dan validitas butir soal. Setelah uji coba diketahui bahwa 40 soal (dari 50 soal) untuk penguasaan kosakata dinyatakan sahih, 37 soal (dari 50 soal) untuk penguasaan gramatik dinyatakan ahih dan 4 soal (dari 4 soal) keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman dinyatakan sahih. Hasil uji reliabilitas penguasaan kosakata sebesar 0,939, reliabilitas penguasaan gramatik sebesar 0,937 dan reliabilitas tes keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman sebesar 0,893. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dan Regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa garis regresi yaitu Ŷ = 0,291 + 0,104 X1 + 0,438 X2. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penguasaan kosakata terhadap keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman (thitung = 6,323 > ttabel =2,042), (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penguasaan gramatik terhadap keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman (thitung =9,877 > t tabel =2,042), dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penguasaan kosakata dan penguasaan gramatik terhadap keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jerman (f hitung =57,716 > f tabel =3,340) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 80,5%

    GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN USAHA KESEHATAN SEKOLAH DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI KALIAGUNG SENTOLO KULON PROGO

    Latar Belakang: Salah satu permasalahan serius yang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia adalah masalah kesehatan khususnya masalah kesehatan anak usia sekolah. Untuk mewujudkan generasi yang cerdas dibutuhkan upaya upaya pemeliharaan dan peningkatan kesehatan sacara terus menerus, salah satunya adalah melalui Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS). Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, didapatkan data dari guru kelas bahwa 18 siswa SDN Kaliagungn mengalami wabah mumps/ parotitis karena tertular dari temannya. Masih terlihat juga pada jam istirahat banyak anakanak yang membeli makanan diluar kantin sekolah yang belum tentu terjamin kebersihan dan gizinya. Selain itu ketika dilakukan pemeriksaan dan diberikan rujukan, siswa tidak datang ke puskesmas dengan alasan tidak sakit gigi, takut, bahkan ada yang berbohong. Tujan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pelaksanaan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kaliagung Sentolo Kulon Progo. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 172 siswa. Sampel berjumlah 63 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas 3, 4 dan 5. Pengambilan sampel secara proportion strativied random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil: Pendidikan kesehatan dalam kategori cukup (69.84%). Pelayanan kesehatan dalam kategori cukup (71.43%).Pelaksanaan pembinaan lingkungan sekolah sehat dalam kategori cukup (61.90%). Pelaksanaan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah dalam kategori cukup (69.84%). Kesimpulan pelaksanaan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kaliagung Sentolo Kulon Progo sebagian besar dalam kategori cukup.     This study aims to determine the influence of Korean dramas on lifestyle and consumption. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through a questionnaire (questionnaire) and data analysis using the method of determination (R). The results showed that there was an influence of Korean drama on the lifestyle and consumption of North Sumatra State Islamic University students by 36% (coefficient of determination).     The aim of this research was to determine effectiveness of guided inquiry learning model in salt hydrolysis material in improving the skills in giving a simple explanation and implementing acceptable concept. Samples were 32 students in classroom XI science three as experiment and 31 students in classroom XI science four as control that have equal academic abilities. This was a quasi experiment research using non equivalent control group design.  Data analysis used a t-test of the n-Gain significant. The results showed that average value of n-Gain of skills in giving a simple explanation in experiment and control classrooms were 0.44 and 0.12 respectively; and average value of n-Gain for implementing acceptable concepts in experiment and control classrooms were 0.42 and 0.20 respectively with tcount (2.23) > ttable (1.67). The conclusion is that the guided inquiry learning model in salt hydrolysis was effective in improving skills in giving simple explanations and implementing acceptable concepts by students

    Efektivitas Pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Pair Share ditinjau dari Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa

    This quasi experimental research aimed to find out the effectiveness of cooperative learning of think pair share in terms of students mathematical communication skill. The population of this research was all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2016/2017 that were distributed into 12 classes. The samples of this research were students of VIII-B and VIII-C classes which were chosen by purposive random sampling. This research used posttest only control group design. Analysis data of this research used t-test. Based on the result of this research, it was concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning of think pair share wasnt effective in terms of students mathematical communication skill but it was better than conventional learning.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share ditinjau dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 yang terdistribusi dalam 12 kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-B dan VIII-C yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain posttest only control group design. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t. J310 121 008 THE CORRELATION OF MOTHERS’ EDUCATION DEGREE AND OCCUPATION STATUS WITH MOTHERS’ ANEMIA KNOWLEDGE TO CHILDREN UNDER-FIVE IN KELURAHAN NAMBANGAN KIDUL KECAMATAN MANGUNHARJO MADIUN CITY Introduction:The result of introduction survey, there are 15, 6% children under-five are malnutrition in Kelurahan Nambangan Kidul and as much as 35, 3% from 17 children under-five anemia. Social-economic factors can also influence it, like: education, dietary habit, health facilities, and culture factors. The result of the research indicated parents’ occupation and education are very influential for anemia case at children under-five. The objective:Know the relationship of mothers’ education degree and occupation status with mothers’ anemia knowledge to children under-five in Kelurahan Nambangan Kidul Kecamatan Mangunharjo Madiun city. Research method: the type of research is observational using crossectional design. The total samples are 85 participants. The collecting data is participants’ characteristic including mothers’ name, last education, job, the number of family members, the average family income, knowledge data and the location image of research data. The research used chi square test to know the correlation of mothers’ education degree and occupation status with mothers’ anemia knowledge to children under-five The result:68, 2% the participants of higher education degree, 65, 9% mothers’ occupation status, who do not work, and 56, 5% the good participants’ anemia knowledge. 44, 71% the participant of higher education degree, who are good anemia knowledge.34, 12% the participants who do not work at occupation status and less anemia knowledge. There is meaningful correlation between mothers’ education and mothers’ anemia knowledge (x=6,079, p=0,014<0,05). There is meaningful correlation between mothers’ occupation status and mothers’ anemia knowledge (x=4,552, p=0,033<0,05). Conclusion: There is correlation between education degree and mothers’ anemia knowledge, and there is relationship between occupation status and mothers’ anemia knowledge.
