    Reward System for Implementing Knowledge Sharing

    Historically, labor, capital and raw materials have been considered more valuable than creating and applying knowledge. Nowadays, knowledge has been valued as the most powerful asset that organizations can use to obtain the competitive advantage and its role also become more pivotal in almost organizations throughout the world. Due to this fact, many large firms or organizations throughout the world start to come out with their own Knowledge Management unit or division as a strategy to preserve the knowledge. There are four main processes in Knowledge Management and one of the process is Knowledge sharing. It is the contributions by individuals to the collective knowledge of an organizations. Most of the employee in the companies have their own experience, lesson learnt, best practices, and specific technical skills for solving the problem. However, these people are reluctant to share their knowledge because of several factors and they also do not been triggered by the motivation or rewards to share their knowledge with the fellow workers. Therefore, the reward system could be the one of the best mechanism to implement the knowledge sharing within the organization. This paper shares a viewpoint of relationship between reward system and knowledge sharing in current the knowledge management application and system

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hasil belajar murid melalui survei hasil belajar Kelas VI SD Negeri 26 Taraweang Ka’Ba. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 26 Taraweang Ka’Ba yang berjumlah 30 orang dari 1 kelas dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang pada kelas VI. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 1 kali pertemuan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan survei hasil belajar menggunakan tes servis bawah permainan bola voli. Data yang disurvei dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa hasil survei hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli memperoleh skor predikat rata-rata cukup, dibuktikan dengan sampel yang memperoleh predikat sangat baik dan baik masing-masing hanya 1 dengan persentase 5% sedangkan didominasi oleh predikat cukup dengan skor 18 sampel presentase 90%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil belajar servis bawah permainan bola voli murid kelas VI SD Negeri 26 Taraweang Ka’Ba mendapatkan predikat cukup dengan persentase 90

    PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH PESISIR PANTAI UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN PROGRAM SDGS DESA PEDULI LINGKUNGAN LAUT

    Desa Ujung Labuang, Kabupaten Pinrang, dihadapkan pada tantangan serius terkait pengelolaan ekosistem pantai dan laut, terutama dampak pencemaran sampah plastik yang mengancam keberlanjutan lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan ekosistem pantai yang berkelanjutan, serta mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya tujuan 14 mengenai kehidupan di bawah air. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyelenggaraan seminar oleh tim pengabdian dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare, diikuti dengan workshop pembuatan ekobrik. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari 40 ibu rumah tangga yang merupakan anggota tim penggerak PKK di Desa Ujung Labuang, Kabupaten Pinrang. Workshop ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ujung Labuang dan melibatkan praktik langsung dalam mengumpulkan, mencuci, memotong, dan memadatkan sampah plastik ke dalam botol untuk dijadikan bahan ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, dilakukan juga pendampingan dalam merangkai ekobrik menjadi produk yang berguna berupa perabot rumah tangga. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini mencakup monitoring dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program, serta pengembangan lanjutan dalam penerapan ekobrik dan pelatihan lanjutan bagi masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan holistik ini, diharapkan program ini tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif dalam menjaga lingkungan pantai dan laut, tetapi juga dalam memperkuat ekonomi lokal melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal yang berkelanjutan dan inovatif

    The circulation of ilegal cigarettes in the working are of the Parepare Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office KPPBC) is a problem that has an impact on state revenue and healthy business competition. Illegal cigarettes, both those without excise and those using counterfeit excise tapes, harm the state in terms of tax revenue and have the potential to endanger public health. This study aims to analyze law conferment efforts carried out by customs in tackling the circulation of illegal cigarettes in Parepare, including supervision strategies, prosecution and obstacles faced in policy implementation. The method used is a qualitative approach with data analysis from official customs reports, interviews with relevant parties and documentation. The results showed that Parepare Customs has taken various preventive and repressive measures suchs as market operations, land and sea patrol and cooperation with other agencies to suppress the circulation of illegal cigarettes. Howover, there are still several challanges such as limited resources and increasingly complex illegal distribution networks. Therefore, further synergy between the government, law enforcement officials and the community is needed in combating the circulation of illegal cigarettes in order to create a fair trading environment and increase state revenue from the excise sector.   Abstrak Peredaran rokok ilegal di wilayah kerja Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Parepare menjadi permasalahan yang berdampak pada penerimaan negara serta persaingan usaha yang sehat. Rokok ilegal, baik yang tidak bercukai maupun menggunakn pita cukai palsu, merugikan negara dari sisi penerimaan pajak serta berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Bea Cukai dalam menanggulangi peredaran rokok ilegal di wilayah kerja KPPBC Parepare, termasuk strategi pengawasan, penindakan serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kebijakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data dari laporan resmi Bea Cukai, wawancara dengan pihak terkait serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Bea Cukai Parepare telah melakukan berbagai langkah preventif dan represif seperti operasi pasar, patroli darat dan laut serta kerja sama dengan instansi lain untuk menekan peredaran rokok ilegal. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan jaringan distribusi ilegal yang semakin kompleks. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi lebih lanjut antara pemerintah, aparat penegak hukum dan masyarakat dalam memberantas rokok ilegal guna menciptakan lingkungan perdagangan yang adil dan meningkatkan penerimaan negara dari sketor cukai

    Effectiveness of Pinrang Regency Regional Regulation on Entertainment Tax in an Effort to Increase Regional Original Revenue

    This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of Pinrang Regency Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2018 which amends Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2011 concerning Entertainment Tax, with a focus on efforts to increase local original income. Apart from that, this research also aims to understand the factors that influence the effectiveness of implementing these Regional Regulations. This study applies a normative-empirical research approach. This study applies data analysis through a qualitative descriptive approach, which aims to describe or photograph an issue related to existing patterns and challenges. Then, the researcher presents information that has been collected from literature research and interviews, which can be used as a reference in solving problems. The findings from this research indicate that the implementation of Pinrang Regency Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2018 regarding Entertainment Tax in order to increase Regional Original Income (PAD) is still not optimal. Several factors that influence the effectiveness of implementing these regulations consist of internal, external, regulatory and legal culture factors. Internal factors include limited human resource capabilities and infrastructure, such as a lack of training for officers and a lack of technology that supports the tax system. External factors include low awareness and involvement of business actors in the entertainment sector, the economic situation at the local level, and geographical constraints that complicate the monitoring process

    The Correlation of Knowledge Level on Stress Management with Mental Health of Hasanuddin University Students

    University students lie in the age range of 19 to 25 years old. These students tend to face various psychological pressures which affect their mental health. One of the daily hassles that can cause stress to them is the thesis. Effective stress management may avoid students suffer from the pressures; thus, they can acclimatize to the stress itself. 54% out of 100 students at Hasanuddin University showed symptoms of stress to the initial data surveyed by the researcher. This research aims to find out whether there is a correlation between the knowledge level of stress management and the mental health of Hasanuddin University students in Makassar. This research is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all students of Hasanuddin University class of 2018 (6,303 people in total) with a sample of 376 respondents. This research was held at Hasanuddin University. The data analysis technique used was the Chi-Square Test. The results showed that the knowledge level of stress management of students was mostly at the high level, which was 205 students (54.5%). The mental health state of the students was also in a good state with 203 students (54%) out of 376 students. The chi-square test showed that there was a significant association between the knowledge level of stress management and mental health of Hasanuddin University Makassar students with a p-value = 0.000 (<0.05). There is a relationship between the knowledge level of stress management with the mental health of students at Hasanuddin University

    An assay of antimicrobial activities of the aethanolic extract of Ocimum basillicum Linn. leaves on several Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria,and on molds by using disc agar diffusion method have been done. The result of experiment indicated that the tested extract inhibits only the growth ofBacillus sereus (MiC : 10 mgldisc), Bacillus zubtilis (MIC : 10 mgldisc),Micrococcus luteus (MIC = 5 mgldisc), and Staphylococcus aureus (MIC : 20 mgldisc) all of the bacteria belong to the Gram positive group
