Este trabalho, meramente exploratório, tem como objetivo propor uma discussão acerca da criatividade baseada nas percepções dos alunos do segundo ano de licenciatura em Ciências da Comunicação da Universidade Fernando Pessoa, e sua relação com a cidade do Porto. Este tema é pertinente porque propõe uma reflexão sobre a temática da criatividade, além da sua implicação nos habitantes e visitantes da cidade do Porto, visando um futuro mais criativo e inovador, tanto a nível individual como coletivo

Styl przywództwa Jarosława Kaczyńskiego.: Analiza retrospektywna

This article is an attempt to analyze the leadership style of Jaroslaw Kaczynski. The author reveals the mechanisms that have been used by the leader of Law and Justice during 2005-2007 period in order to authenticate „project IV RP” by discrediting all the historical, ideological and party politics which run through the society. The analysis shows effective ways in getting electorate, the party management, building self-image and power base. Particular attention was given to strategical aims which meant using different tactics in order to discredit the Republic and the entire political system. In summary the article shows how the leader of Law and Justice party had a profound impact on all socio-political aspects in the society.Artykuł niniejszy stanowi próbę analizy stylu przywództwa Jarosława Kaczyńskiego. Autor ukazuje mechanizmy, które były stosowane – przez lidera PiS w latach 2005-2007, w celu uwierzytelnienia „projektu IV RP” poprzez zastosowanie dyskredytacji ideologicznej, grupowej oraz historycznej. W analizie pokazano skuteczne sposoby w pozyskiwaniu elektoratu, zarządzaniu partią, budowy własnego wizerunku oraz pozycji. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na kwestię strategicznej konsekwencji oraz taktycznej elastyczności w celu dyskredytacji ustrojowo-systemowej PRL, III RP oraz akredytacji partii i nowego projektu ustrojowego. Ta skrócona synteza pokazuje, w jaki sposób – lider PiS-u – wywierał wpływ na poszczególne środowiska społeczno-polityczne oraz w jaki sposób buduje i niszczy więzi

Virtual ou não: eis a questão! – conceitos fundamentais para a (des) construção de um museu dito “virtual”

Cadernos de SociomuseologiaEste estudo aborda algumas das ideias desenvolvidas na dissertação de Mestrado intituladaMuseu do Alto Sertão da Bahia: diálogos entre museu de território e culturas digitais na qual defende-se que a museologia comporta uma abordagem multidisciplinar sobre a memória e o patrimônio. Sendo assim, o museu, que é também e principalmente o objeto de estudo da Museologia, por tudo o que é, deve atentar no discurso crescente e sem precedente das culturas digitais. Neste cenário, a internet, modo de comunicação profícuo e abundante, tem remodelado as bases estruturais da cultura dita digital expressa em uma grande rede de conexões em "nós" que se interligam no que pode ser chamado de ciberespaço. Em razão de transformações sociais e tecnológicas, propõe-se o diálogo entre as novas Tecnologias e Informação e Comunicação (TICs) e os museus, destacando as semelhanças e intercessões que possam contribuir ou refletir positivamente para possíveis mudanças na sociedade. Sabe-se que o senso comum limita ou associa falsa e equivocadamente o modo de fazer virtual, a algo eminentemente vinculado à internet ou à falta de materialidade. Entretanto, o termo "virtual" como "potência" quase nada tem a ver com o viés de que trata o senso comum.This study addresses some of the ideas developed in the Master's dissertation entitled "Museum of the High Sertão of Bahia: dialogues between museum of territory and digital cultures" in which it is argued that Museology entails a multidisciplinary approach on memory and heritage. Therefore, the museum, which is also and especially the object of study of Museology, for all that it is, must attend to the growing discourse of digital cultures. In this scenario, the Internet, a fruitful mode of communication, has reshaped the structural bases of the so-called digital culture expressed in a large network of connections in "nodes" that intertwine in what can be called cyberspace. And due to social and technological changes, it is proposed the dialogue between new ICTs and museums, highlighting the similarities and intercessions that may contribute or reflect positively to possible changes in society. It is known that common sense that limits or falsely and mistakenly associates the virtual way of doing something eminently linked to the Internet or lack of materiality. Percepção de estudantes universitários portugueses relativamente à estimulação da criatividade em sala de aula

O presente trabalho constitui um estudo exploratório que visa abordar o tema da criatividade em contexto educacional. O seu objetivo geral consiste em identificar como estudantes do ensino superior português percebem a estimulação da criatividade em sala de aula. O estudo é constituído por uma primeira parte, teórica, sustentada numa investigação bibliográfica. O estudo empírico baseia-se numa metodologia quantitativa, com recurso a um questionário online, desenvolvido especialmente para esta investigação e aplicado a estudantes do ensino superior português. Os dados sugerem que ainda há lacunas no que se compreende como potencial criativo, uma vez que se observam contradições na percepção de criatividade por parte dos estudantes. Além disso, é importante enfatizar a relação entre o estudante e o contexto educacional, nomeadamente a sala de aula, onde se identificou que o professor exerce grande influência no desenvolvimento criativo.This dissertation consists of an exploratory research about creativity in an educational context. The general aim of the research is to identify how Portuguese university students perceive the stimulation of creativity in the classroom. The first part of the study presents a theoretical approach to the topic based on a bibliographic research. The empirical part, is based on a quantitative methodology. The researcher developed an online questionnaire. This questionnaire was sent to universities. Students answered to them online. The data suggest that there are still gaps in what is understood as creative potential, since it seems to exist contradictions in students' perception of creativity. In addition, it is important to emphasize the relationship between the student and the educational context, namely the classroom, since teachers have a great influence in the creative development of their students

Analiza krytyczna wybranych pozostałości nazizmu w systemie społeczno-politycznym i prawnym Republiki Federalnej Niemiec

The aim of this article is to present a critical analysis of selected remnants of Nazism in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG). For years, the remains of the Nazi system have been tolerated and even protected by the German state apparatus in almost all areas of life. This raises the question of the effectiveness of the post-World War II denazification and mentality of a large part of German society. It should be noted that with certain residues The Federal Republic of Germany did not bid farewell to the Nazi system until the 21st century and thus has not been able to compensate all its victims to this day. The authors will also show the fact that it is very difficult to find so-called “impeccable CVs” in a post-totalitarian country, taking into account the number of former NSDAP members who have held high offices in Germany for years.Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie krytycznej analizy wybranych pozostałości nazizmu w Republice Federalnej Niemiec (RFN). Pozostałości nazistowskiego systemu przez lata były tolerowane, a nawet chronione przez aparat państwowy RFN w niemal wszystkich dziedzinach życia. Zachodzi zatem pytanie o skuteczność przeprowadzonej po II wojnie światowej denazyfikacji i zmiany mentalności znacznej części niemieckiego społeczeństwa. Należy bowiem zauważyć, że z niektórymi pozostałościami hitlerowskiego systemu Republika Federalna Niemiec pożegnała się dopiero w XXI wieku i tym samym nie zdołała do chwili obecnej zadośćuczynić wszystkim jego ofiarom. Autorzy ukażą również fakt, że w posttotalitarnym państwie bardzo trudno jest znaleźć tak zwane „nieskazitelne życiorysy” biorąc pod uwagę ilość byłych członków NSDAP, którzy przez lata sprawowali wysokie urzędy w RFN

A Suécia no Novo Milênio: os Direitos Humanos sob a Nova Ordem Mundial

Este artigo busca apontar informações sobre o fenômeno migratório na Suécia envolvendo as violações de direitos humanos no país. Trata-se de uma pesquisa explicativa, realizada através de uma abordagem qualitativa-quantitativa, englobando elementos bibliográficos, documentais e estatísticos à análise. Utiliza-se também o método indutivo, com o intuito de contrapor o discurso instituído pela mídia e orientar o leitor a um viés divergente do abordado pela agenda política do Primeiro Mundo, atribuindo, juntamente das informações coletadas, um caráter humanitário ao contexto em foco. Os resultados apontam para a ausência de comprovação científica envolvendo a correlação entre as comunidades de imigrantes e o aumento da criminalidade ou o desequilíbrio econômico que ameaça o Estado de bem-estar social sueco. Ademais, evidencia-se uma série de graves ameaças aos direitos dos grupos minoritários no país, envolvendo inclusive as comunidades tradicionais Sami.   Palavras-chave: Direitos Humanos; Imigração; Sociedade; Suécia

Cultura Digital: novas perspectivas, novos patrimônios

Este artigo trata de museus e culturas digitais abordando conexões com a Museologia e a ideia de virtual, dialogando com a Internet como meio que qualifica ou legitima os chamados "museus virtuais". Ressalte-se o significado filosófico do termo “virtual” abrangente a toda e qualquer instituição ou processos de salvaguarda buscando interseções entre os patrimônios (re)criados na cultura digital. São apresentadas maneiras pelas quais o ambiente sociocultural influencia as percepções existentes sobre o patrimônio, assim como surgem novos sentidos do patrimônio a partir de diferentes grupos sociais, incluindo o universo simbólico digital. São maneiras de (re)significação de patrimônios advindos de processos virtuais em sistemas simbólicos e representacionais. A delimitação teórica deve muito à autores como, por exemplo, Deloche, Lévy, Castells, Scheiner e contribuiu na percepção do patrimônio como fenômeno e processo em fluxos e redes comunicacionais, favorecendo o entendimento sobre o lugar das novas tecnologias da comunicação sobre o patrimônio
