THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN CLASS VIII MADRASA TSANAWIYAH ISLAMIYAH (MTS) YPI BATANGKUIS
The objectives of this study are (1) Knowing the planning of learning in Class VIII Madrasa Tsanawiyah Islamiyah YPI Batangkuis (2) Knowing the application of learning programs in Class VIII of the Madrasa Tsanawiyah Islamiyah YPI Batangkuis (3) Knowing the evaluation of learning in Class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamiyah YPI Batangkuis. This study applied case study method. The result of the research showed that in planning the learning, MTs Islamiyah Batangkuis educators have prepared learning tools such as RPP and Syllabus which is prepared to support the expected learning. In carrying out the implementation of learning that needs attention are as follows: (1) compiling learning objectives in an operational form; (2) formulating learning objectives in the form of learning products, not learning processes; (3) formulating learning objectives in student behavior, not teacher behavior; (4) formulating standards of behavior to be achieved; (5) containing only one learning goal, and; (6) formulating learning objectives in the conditions under which the behavior occurs.Keyword: Formulating, Human Environment, Operational
THE STRATEGY IMPLEMENTED BY THE MADRASA’S PRINCIPAL IN IMPROVING QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN MAN 3 MEDAN
The background of this research is the strategy implemented by the madrasa’s principal in improving educational policy in State Islamic High School (MAN) 3 Medan. Due to this background, this research aims to outline, (1) the design of strategy, (2) the implementation of the strategy, (3) the evaluation of the strategy implied by the MAN 3 Medan’s principal. This research applied case study approach. The researchers developed the informan’s responses which were obtained through raising questions. The next step was that the researchers aim to describe and analyze the strategy implemented by the madrasa’s principal in improving the quality of education in MAN 3 Medan. The result of this research shows that the school principal is in charge to strategically control all activities in the madrasa. These activities are implemented under the supervision of the principal ranging from design, implementation, to evaluation process. In designing the activities, the principal is managed to conduct both internal and external analysis. By the analysis, it would give support to draw conclusion to make decision and establish policy. The evaluation could be conducted by many regards such as direct observation, setting forward discussion, and consultation among madrasa’s society.Keyword: Design, evaluation, implementation, quality of education, strateg

The focus of research to describe the purpose of this study are: 1. To find out how Madrasa
Head Leadership is in decision making, 2. To find out how Madrasa Head's efforts are in
developing a quality culture in student learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan.
The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Then the
results of the study showed that 1. Madrasah Head Leadership in decision making. The
head of Madrasah at MTs Negeri 2 Medan is Transformational Leadership. namely making
decisions by discussing Sarah with subordinates then building communication with
subordinates and giving examples to subordinates.The efforts made by the head of
Madrasah in developing a quality culture. The Principal of Madrasah MTs N 2 Medan

INDIGENOUS PARENTS’ PERCEPTION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FORMAL EDUCATION IN MALAYSIA
Background and Purpose: Parents play a crucial role in children's educational attainment. Their perception influences their action in giving better formal education to their children. However, the scenario is different for the Indigenous community in Malaysia where formal education is deemed least important and there is a huge gap for Indigenous education attainment compared to the stream population. This paper aims to elucidate the parent perception of formal education effectiveness among the Indigenous community or Orang Asli (in the Malay language) in Terengganu, Malaysia.
Methodology: The research using qualitative methods involved three Indigenous villages in the state of Terengganu. Data were collected through interviews, focus group discussions and observation. The informants consisted of Indigenous parents, teachers and the officers of the Department of Orang Asli Development (JAKOA).
Findings: Results showed that parents' perceptions are generally stereotyped and unable to stimulate students’ interest. The common problem in teaching and learning is related to parents’ educational background, socioeconomic background, expectations, marital age, surrounding condition and awareness.
Contributions: This study has given the real picture of Indigenous parents' perceptions toward formal education. The implications of Indigenous parents’ education problems are significantly associated with degrading interest among students in education, issues of attendance and students' academic performance.

The Leadership Behavior of Madrasah Principals in Improving the Quality of Education in MAN 3 Medan
This article aimed to determine the existing leadership behavior in the
school as an effort to improve the quality of education by implementing
programs, communication, and motivation. This research used qualitative
methods in case study. The researchers used triangulation, observation,
interviews, and documentation in data collecting methods. The results
showed that the implementation of activity programs such as training can
improve the quality and professionalism of teachers. Coaching
extracurricular activities can add insight and soft skills to students. The
implementation of the Adiwiyata Dimadrasah program aimed at creating
awareness of loving the environment and as a place for learning. The
communication applied by the principal was interpersonal
communication, two-way, and feedback. The form of motivation towards
madrasah citizens was exemplified by performance, professional,
procedural and agents of change
Implementasi Microcontroller Arduino Dalam Rancang Bangun Pendeteksi Naiknya Darah Pada Selang Infus
Sistem yang dibangun merupakan sebuah rancang bangun dari pendeteksi naiknya darah pada selang infus yang diaplikasikan terhadap semua bidang yang berkaitan dengan microncontroller dan sensor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi naiknya darah pada selang infus dalam kondisi tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan batasan variabel mendeteksi naiknya darah pada selang infus dan memberikan sinyal analog LED dan BUZZER sebagai penanda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif ekspirement dengan pendekatan penelitian research dan development. Pada penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan sensor warna TCS3200 sebagai input data yang digunakan pada acuan-acuan yang beredar mengenai sensor microcontrolle. Sebagai pengatur sistem menggunakan Microcontroller arduino uno yang menerima datam mengolah data, dan melakukan instruksi terhadap sinyal output analog berupa LED dan Buzzer ketika terdeteksi ada objek tertangkap sensor warna TCS3200. Dari hasil percobaan 10 kali yang dilakukan menghasilkan angka prosentasi keberhasilan (99,5%) sedangkan prosentasi tingkat kegagalan (0,5%). Dari data-data hasil percobaan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendeteksi naiknya darah pada selang infus dapat berfungsi dengan baik
