    MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF UNYUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA

    This research aims to increase the activity of mathematic by minimize the manner of mathematic difficulty on  the  sub-material of integers and multiplication. This research has done at SMPN 2 Pejagoan Kebumen and at SMPN 8 Purworejo. In the class 7A of SMPN 2 Pejagoan Kebumen there are forty students are given “the pair checking” learning model and in the class 7A of SMPN 8 Purworejo there are thirty students given “the pair searching” learning model. There is an improvement on the implementation of “the pair searching” learning model on the sub-material of multiplication to the class 7A student of SMPN 8 Purworejo in the academic year of 2011/2012, it is marked by the first result of observation of study activity in the ask’s braveness and the give a piece of mind to the first cycle is twelve students and after the implementation of “the pair searching” learning model is twenty-two students. The result of motivation and farvor to follow of learning (to finish for the self assignment and active for doing assignment be given by teacher to the first cycle get eighteen students and the second cycle get twenty-five students. The student interaction in follow the learning activity of group for the first cycle get twelve students and the second cycle twenty-five students. The student’s relationship with the teacher during the process learning (in the team work) to the first cycle get twenty-two students and the second cycle get twnty-five students and the student participation during the learning process get twenty-five students and the second cycle get twenty-eight students. This is supported by result of satisfaction’s average 77,66 at the score distance very well, where as the first cycle get average 60,17 at the less score distance. From the result of the class measure research could be conclude that pair cheks learning model could be increase the student activity for the student seven A grade class SMPN 2 Pejagoan at the integer subject from the result get twenty-three students at the early learning become twenty-nine students at the first cycle and thirty-five students at the second cycle. The increase of the result study from 51,13 at the early learning become 61,33 the first cycle and the second cycle could be increase become 75,48 with the completeness 82,50

    Enhancing Problem-Solving Skills in Mathematics: Applying LDMAT and SRL for Students with Learning Difficulties

    This study examines the effectiveness of the LDMAT and SRL models in improving problem-solving skills in students with learning difficulties in mathematics. The research involved 18 junior high school students and employed a mixed research design. The assessment of problem-solving skills was conducted through pre-test and post-test measurements, consisting of 10 essay-based tests and weekly assignments. Furthermore, problem-solving understanding was assessed based on the strategies utilized by students in the post-test. Data analysis involved using paired t-tests to compare pre-test and post-test results. The findings indicate that applying the LDMAT and SRL models significantly enhanced problem-solving skills in students with learning difficulties in mathematics, particularly among female students. Moreover, the students exhibited an improved understanding of problem-solving procedures. This study underscores the efficacy of the LDMAT and SRL models in enhancing problem-solving abilities and promoting deeper comprehension of problem-solving strategies among students with learning difficulties in mathematics.Pemecahan masalah merupakan inti dari pembelajaran matematika sehingga harus diajarkan kepada semua siswa, termasuk siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar. Kesulitan belajar matematika merujuk pada kondisi dimana siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep, menghitung, atau menentukan strategi pemecahan masalah yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu, guru harus memberikan bantuan dan dukungan kepada siswa tersebut dengan pembelajaran yang tepat. Secara konseptual model LDMAT dan Self-Regulated Learner (SRL) dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengatasi kesulitan belajar. Hasil penelitian ini secara khusus menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model LDMAT dan SRL dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar. Siswa secara bertahap dapat menerapkan strategi pemecahan masalah yang tepat sehingga model pembelajaran ini dapat menjadi alternatif yang baik untuk diterapkan di kelas

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan level kemampuan berpikir matematis berdasarkan Shafer dan Foster dalam penyelesaian masalah materi pecahan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan cara menafsikan data yang ada dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang level kemampuan berpikir matematis  berdasarkan shafer dan foster dalam penyelesaian masalah materi pecahan. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 3 siswa SMP yang telah menempuh materi pecahan dan siswa pintar yang dapat menunjukkan level tertingginya sehingga diharapkan dapat mendeskripsikan hasil pekerjaannya. Teknik pemilihan subjek yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive. Pemilihan subjek dilakukan menggunakan tes kemampuan berpikir matematis. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan berpikir matematis dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pada penyelesaian soal  level reproduksi siswa dapat menyelesaikan masalah sesuai langkah-langkah, mengetahui aturan dasar operasi pembagian bilangan dan dapat menerapkan materi aljabar untuk menyelesaikan soal pecahan (2) Pada penyelesaian soal level koneksi siswa dapat memahami informasi pada soal, menyusun penyelesaian tidak rutin, mengeterkaitkan masalah antara penyelesaian, dan dapat membuat rumus nilai pecahan yang terdapat pada soal (3) Pada penyelesaian soal level analisis siswa dapat mengubah masalah nyata menjadi bentuk matematika dan mengkomunikasikan hasil penyelesaianny

    PENGGUNAAN THREE TIER TEST UNTUK MENDIAGNOSA MISKONSEPSI SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH EKSPONENSIAL

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendiagnosa miskonsepsi pada siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah eksponensial dan (2) mengetahui penyebab terjadinya miskonsepsi pada siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 siswa yang merupakan siswa berkemampuan rendah kelas X MIA 2 MA Negeri Purworejo. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu siswa berkemampuan rendah mengalami miskonsepsi dalam menyelesaikan masalah eksponensial. Beberapa miskonsepsi yang dialami yaitu: (1) Tidak benar dalam membedakan mana yang merupakan contoh konsep dan yang bukan contoh konsep. (2) Tidak benar dalam menyajikan konsep dalam bentuk lain yang lebih sederhana atau dalam bentuk simbol-simbol matematika. (3) Kesalahan penarikan kesimpulan. Selain itu siswa juga mengalami kurang teliti dalam mengerjakan soal, kecerobohan siswa, serta salah dalam mengomunikasikan soal matematika, hal ini termasuk penyebab miskonsepsi karena diri sendiri.     Development of Open-Ended-Based Mathematics E-Module on Quadrilateral Material of Junior High School

    The purpose of this research was to develop an open-ended-based mathematics e-module that is feasible in terms of being valid, practical, and effective. This product used the quadrilateral material of Junior High Schoo l. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Based on the results of the study, the assessment by material experts and media experts was in the valid category, then the practicality assessment in terms of the results of the questionnaire response analysis of students and teachers met the practical category, and the effective product was seen from the student's test results and analyzed using one-sample t-test the conclusions of the research hypothesis were the average student learning outcomes of the experimental class are greater than minimum completeness 75. With that, the open-ended mathematics e-module product on the quadrilateral material of grade 7 Junior High School can be said to be valid, practical, and effective

    Pengembangan Media Mobile Learning Berbasis Etnomatematika pada Rumah Adat Jawa Tengah

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis etnomatematika pada rumah adat Jawa Tengah dalam bentuk aplikasi dengan materi bangun ruang sisi datar untuk siswa SMP kelas VIII. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mencari produk dari segi valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 5 Kebumen tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 32 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah validasi, angket respon dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektivan. Setelah dilakukan analisis, penilaian kevalidan produk memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,6 memenuhi kriteria sangat valid, uji kepraktisan memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,5 memenuhi persyaratan sangat praktis, sedangkan uji keefektivan memperoleh persentase ketuntasan sebesar 81% sehingga dikatakan efektif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa media yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran matematika.

    Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning Terhadap Motivasi dan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah pada Materi Peluang

    The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out whether the motivation of students who use the Blended Learning model is better than the motivation of students who use conventional learning models and (2) To determine whether students' problem-solving abilities of those who use the Blended Learning model are better than the problem-solving abilities of students who use the conventional learning model. This research method uses quantitative research with the type of experimental research. The population in this study was all class IX SMP Negeri 33 Purworejo school year 2021/2022 totaling 214 students. The sampling technique used random cluster sampling so that class IX D was chosen as the experimental class and class IX F as the control class. The results of the hypothesis test of the difference in the mean of the two groups were obtained, and H0 was accepted. This means that the motivation and problem-solving ability in the experimental class is the same as the motivation and problem-solving ability in the control class. Therefore, it can be concluded that (1) the learning motivation of students who use the Blended Learning learning model is not better than the learning motivation of students who use the conventional learning model (2) the problem-solving ability of students who use the Blended Learning learning model is not better than the motivation and ability of students who use the Blended Learning model student problem solving using conventional learning models

    Pengembangan E-modul Berbasis Etnomatematika yang Mengeksplorasi Nilai dan Budaya Islam untuk Siswa SMP

    This study aims to determine the appropriateness of ethnomatematics-based e-modules that explore Islamic values and culture in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This type of research is a research and development method using the Borg and Gall model. Through these stages of development, a major product is produced in the form of e-modules based on ethnomatematics that explore Islamic values and culture. Subjects in this study were students of SMP Negeri 4 Purworejo 2019/2020 Academic Year. The instrument used in this study was an assessment sheet by material experts, media experts, cultural experts, atomathematics experts, student questionnaires and evaluation test questions. The results obtained were a feasibility test through a questionnaire conducted by material experts, media experts, cultural experts and ethnomatematics experts meeting valid criteria with an average of 3.63. Ethnomatematics-based e-Modules that explore Islamic values and culture meet practical criteria with an average of 3.11 and show the level of practicality with good criteria. Ethnomatematics-based e-modules that explore the values and culture of Islam meet the effectiveness criteria by giving a very positive response with a percentage of 91% of the learning process and showing the completeness of student learning reaches 92% complete. These data indicate that the e-modules developed in this study are categorized as feasible to use reaching 92% complete.     This study aims to describe the level of the national high school science exam questions for the 2018/2019 school year, which is defined based on the SOLO taxonomy and examines what operational verbs are in the subject. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The source of this research is the text of the National High School science Mathematics national examination for 2018/2019 academic year. The data collection technique used is the data analysis technique, according to Milles and Huberman. The object retrieval technique used is using a comparative method. The question used in this study were 20 odd number questions on the text of the Mathematics science high school national exam. The results of this study are as follows. The level questions on the national mathematics high school mathematics national exam 2018/2019 includes four levels in the SOLO taxonomy with uni structural breakdown of 5%, multi structural 10%, relational by 75%, and extended abstracts by 10%
