Application of the system analysis for fragmentation and correlation of jurassic terrigenous sections on hydrocarbon deposits of Tomsk oblast

The results of interpretation of a complex of logging diagrams for lithologic characteristics of a terrigenous section and allocation of marking horizons (reference points) are examined. Post-War Tourism in Ukraine: Should We Go Dark or Phoenix?

The Russian Federation invaded Ukraine on 24 February 2022. Now there are active hostilities, but despite this, the government of Ukraine is already thinking ahead by creating various recovery funds for restoration in the post-war period. This article examines the tourism sector and how it can be adjusted to post-war realities. Moreover, planning in this area is viewed through the prism of city marketing, which is characterised by a clear segmentation of the audience, analysis of the resources available and a study of the target audiences’ needs. This work answers the following question: what are the main tasks of post-war tourism in the framework of city marketing after the war in Ukrainian cities considering visiting motives of the potential tourists? In the process of analysing international and domestic tourism experience in post-conflict and post-disaster territories, we can argue that it is necessary to determine the concept of a touristic campaign (the author recommends the Phoenix Tourism concept), attract volunteers, maintain communication through telegram channels, conserve war-damaged buildings as a touristic site, conduct guides training with an emphasis on their mentor functions, etc. At the end of the article, the author raises questions in the field of post-war city marketing that require further attention from researchers

Теоретичні і методичні засади формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів

У дисертації здійснено теоретичне узагальнення і запропоновано розв’язання наукової проблеми формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів, що виявляється в обґрунтуванні теоретичних засад процесу формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнівської молоді та розробленні й експериментальній перевірці педагогічної системи формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів. Визначено сутність і зміст поняття “здоров’яспрямована діяльність” як сукупність планомірних освітніх дій та заходів, зосереджених на збереженні й зміцненні здоров’я учнів шляхом формування в них ціннісного ставлення до власного здоров’я та здоров’я інших. Обґрунтовано концепцію формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів; педагогічну систему формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнів ПТНЗ. Розроблено структурну модель педагогічної системи формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнів ПТНЗ; охарактеризовано критерії, показники й рівні ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнів ПТНЗ (високий, середній, базовий та низький, які визначаються на базі інтегральної оцінки). Визначено педагогічні умови формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я; розроблено науково-методичне забезпечення процесу формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнів ПТНЗ. Дослідно-експериментальним шляхом перевірено ефективність впровадженої педагогічної системи формування ціннісного ставлення до здоров’я в учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів.В диссертации предложен новый подход к решению научной проблемы формирования ценностного отношения к здоровью у учащихся профессионально-технических учебных учреждений (ПТУУ), суть которого состоит в выяснении, обосновании и воплощении теоретических и методических основ формирования ценностного отношения к здоровью. На основе анализа теории и практики деятельности, направленной на сохранение, укрепление и формирование здоровья учащихся, предложено и обосновано понятие “здоровьенаправленная деятельность”. Под “здоровьенаправленной деятельностю” понимается совокупность планомерных образовательных действий и мероприятий, сосредоточенных на сохранении и укреплении здоровья учащихся путем формирования у них ценностного отношения к собственному здоровью и здоровью других. Концепция формирования ценностного отношения к здоровью у учащихся профессионально-технических учебных учреждений предполагает применение личностно ориентированного, системного, компетентностного и средоориентированого подходов; использование совокупности общих (гуманизма, природосообразности, культуросообразности, непрерывного общего и профессионального развития личности) и специфических (связь воспитания с жизнью и производственной практикой, превентивности, свободного выбора) принципов. Разработана педагогическая система формирования ценностного отношения к здоровью у учащихся ПТУУ. Все элементы педагогической системы формирования ценностного отношения к здоровью связаны между собой в целостный комплекс, структура которого отвечает представлениям теории функциональных систем. Структурная модель педагогической системы содержит концептуальный, диагностический и содержательно-процессуальный блоки. В ней отражены связи между целью, задачами, содержанием, научно-методическим обеспечением, условиями и результатом процесса формирования ценностного отношения к здоровью у учащихся ПТУУ. Уровни сформированности ценностного отношения к здоровью определяются на основе расчета интегральной оценки. В процессе работы были определены педагогические условия формирования ценностного отношения к здоровью у учащихся профессионально-технических учебных учреждений: 1) создание благоприятной для здоровья образовательной среды, которая предполагает соответствие материально-технической базы и санитарно-гигиенических условий государственным нормативным документам; обеспечение условий для проведения тренинговой работы и организованного внеучебного времяпровождения; организацию учебно-воспитательного процесса соответственно комбинированной модели обучения; 2) организация здоровьенаправленной деятельности педагогического коллектива, которая заключается в поддержке преподавателями профессионально-технического учебного учреждения этой деятельности, психологической готовности демонстрировать преимущества здорового образа жизни в процессе здоровьенаправленной деятельности, в их соответствующей научно-методической подготовке; 3) организация здоровьенаправленной деятельности ученического самоуправления, основанная на инициативности и активности в проведении такой деятельности как в профессионально-техническом учебном учреждении, так и за его пределами; на участии большинства учащихся в здоровьенаправленных мероприятиях учебной группы или учреждения; на проектной деятельности учащихся; на соблюдении традиций и правил учреждения и зарождении новых, связанных с сохранением и укреплением здоровья учащихся, формированием у них ценностного отношения к здоровью. Экспериментально доказана эффективность разработанной педагогической системы формирования ценностного отношения к здоровью у учащихся ПТУУ.In the thesis the theoretical and methodical bases of the formation of value attitude to health in students of vocational educational establishments (VEE) are defined and substantiated. The essence and contents of the notion “health-oriented activities” are defined as a number of planned educational actions and measures aimed at the maintaining, strengthening, and formation of students’ health via creation of a formation of value attitude to students’ own health and the health of others. The conception of formation of value attitude to health in students of vocational educational establishments is substantiated; the pedagogical system of formation of value attitude to health in students of VEE is elaborated that secure the goal-directed management of this process in order to raise the levels of formation of value attitude to health in students. The structural model of the pedagogical system is developed; the criteria, indices and levels of value attitude to health (high, average, basic, and low that are defined on the basis of integral evaluation) in students of VEE are characterized. The pedagogical conditions of formation of value attitude to health and the methodical aspects of formation of value attitude to health in students of VEE are determined. The efficiency of the introduced pedagogical system of formation of value attitude to health in students of vocational educational establishments is experimentally tested
