Professional Competency of the Teacher of Physics as a Personal Level of Formation of its Competencies

Розглянуто сутність понять компетенція / компетентність під кутом зору, що компетенції – це замовлення суспільства на необхідну підготовку людини до життєдіяльності в ньому, а компетентність – це ступінь сформованості компетенцій у конкретної особистості. Вчителеві, так же як і представникові будь-якої іншої професії, притаманні певні групи відповідних базових і спеціальних компетенцій, які мають доповнювати й посилювати ключові. Список професійних компетенцій вчителя фізики має визначатись виходячи з притаманних йому способів діяльності і складатись із цілком певних обмежених груп компетенцій: ключових компетенцій; базових (психологопедагогічних, загальнонаукових та ІКТ) компетенцій і спеціальних компетенцій з фізики та методики її викладання. Ступінь сформованості цих груп компетенцій у конкретного вчителя є віддзеркаленням його рівня професійної (педагогічної) компетентності. Виокремлюючи ступені сформованості кожної зі складових груп професійної компетенції вчителя, можна розглядати певні рівні відповідних компетентностей, які є компонентами професійної компетентності вчителя. Для вчителя фізики, це компетентності: психолого-педагогічна; загальнонаукова; ІКТ і з фізики та методики її викладання. Різні підходи до класифікації видів професійної компетентності вчителя фізики породжують велике різноманіття її складових компетентностей, що зустрічаються в публікаціях.The essence of the concepts of competence / competence point of view that competence is the order of society necessary for the preparation of man for life in it, and competence is the degree of competence in a particular individual. The teacher, as the representative of any other profession, has certain group, the relevant core and specific competencies that should complement and reinforce the key. The list of professional competences of teachers of physics should be determined on the basis of his inherent activity and consist of certain limited groups of competences: key competences; basic (psychological and pedagogical, General scientific and ICT) competencies and specific competencies in physics and its teaching methods. The degree of formation of these groups of competencies with a specific teacher is a reflection of his level of professional (pedagogical) competence. Highlighting the extent of formation of each of the constituent groups of the professional competence of teachers, it is possible to consider certain levels of competence that are components of professional competence of teachers. For teacher's competence: psychological and educational; scientific; ICT and physics and methods of teaching. Different approaches to the classification of the types of professional competence of teacher of physics give rise to the great variety of its constituent competences, which are found in the literature

ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИХ СТРАТЕГІЙ НАВЧАННЯ СІМЕЙНИХ ЛІКАРІВ НА КАФЕДРІ СІМЕЙНОЇ МЕДИЦИНИ І ТЕРАПІЇ

The article presents the experience of using the Body Interact – clinical education program, which enables the real time mode to recreate a certain clinical situation with all the necessary modern set of objective, laboratory and instrumental methods of examination and to conduct treatment in accordance with modern Protocols of European and American Medical Associations. For the development of the technology of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for intern we use the mannequin system GD/ALS10 750+ALS, which provides training for livelihoods and adheres to the recommendations for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency care for cardiovascular diseases. Thus, the use of simulation technologies focuses a doctor on teamwork, on the ability to take into account the point of view of another specialist, promotes the development of communicative skills and the formation of intellectual autonomy and professionalism.У статті представлено досвід застосування системи Body Interact – clinical reasoning education, освітньої програми віртуальних клінічних сценаріїв, яка дає можливість у реальному режимі часу відтворити певну клінічну ситуацію з усім необхідним сучасним набором об’єктивних, лабораторних та інструментальних методів обстеження і провести лікування відповідно до сучасних протоколів європейських та американських медичних асоціацій. Для відпрацювання техніки серцево-легеневої реанімації лікарями-інтернами ми використовуємо манекен-систему GD/ALS10 750+ALS, яка забезпечує навчання щодо підтримки життєдіяльності і дотримується рекомендацій стосовно серцево-легеневої реанімації  та невідкладної допомоги при серцево-судинних захворюваннях. Використання симуляційних технологій орієнтує лікаря на командну працю, вміння враховувати точку зору іншого спеціаліста, сприяє розвитку комунікативних навичок, формуванню інтелектуальної самостійності та професіоналізму

Comparative characteristics of quality of life in patients, suffering locally-spread mammary gland cancer after conduction of regional and intravenous chemotherapy

Objective. Investigation of quality of life (QL) in patients, suffering inoperable forms (locally-spread) of mammary gland cancer (MGC), before and after conduction of neoadjuvant courses of systemic polychemotherapy (SPCHTH) and selective intraarterial polychemotherapy (SIAPCHTH) in combination with SPCHTH. Маterials and methods. Complex treatment was conducted in 154 patients, suffering locally-spread MGC T4A-DN0-3M0 in a period 2000 -2017 yrs, on base of Donetsk Regional Antitumoral Centre and The University Clinic of Odessa National Medical University. All the patients were divided into two groups. Tо Group I (control) were included 65 patients, suffering inoperable forms of a locally-spread MGC, to whom as a neoadjuvant course a SPCHTH was conducted; and to the Group II (investigating) - 89 patients, suffering inoperable forms of locally-spread MGC, to whom a SIAPCHTH was conducted as a neoadjuvant course. Results. Through the period of treatment a wave-like dynamics of the quality of life index was observed, which indicated a definite advantage of SIAPCHTH over SPCHTH. A limited statistically trustworthy difference in favor of regional polychemotherapy was formed between the Groups of patients in accordance to the quality of life index. Conclusion. Investigation of quality of life constitutes a secure, informative and economic method of estimation of a patient state of health on the groupings and the individuals levels. In oncological investigations the QL assessment constitutes an important criterion of the treatment efficacy estimation and has a prognostic significance. Estimation of quality of life in clinical investigations improves the investigation quality itself

The effect of estrogen deficiency and its combination with chronic stress on the condition of periodontal in old rats

The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of ovariectomy and its combination with stress (femoral fracture) on the periodontal condition in old rats. Materials and methods. A total of 24 white female rats were used in the experiment. The first group consisted of intact rats. Rats of the second group were subjected to an ovariectomy (OE) at the age of 2 months. Rats of the third group underwent a fracture of the one femur 1 month before they were euthanized. The animals were sacrificed at 15 months of age. Results. The level of LPO was increased in the liver, salivary glands and alveolar bone process after experimental ovariectomy; the recession defects on molars were significantly increased. Stress (femoral fracture) aggravated the intensification of peroxidation processes in the salivary glands and liver of rats. The levels of nucleic and higher polyene fatty acids in the liver lipids were decreased in the combination of ovariectomy and stress. The level of LPO in the alveolar bone process was not changed significantly. Histomorphometric study of periodontium in rats revealed a decrease in the upper margin of epithelial attachment. Conclusions. Experimental estrogen deficiency caused the most significant pathogenic effect on the periodontium in old rats. The obtained data demonstrate that female sex hormone deficiency is one of the mechanisms in periodontitis pathogenesis

Today, students of higher education study in Ukraine; it is not easy to imagine without information technologies, which are necessary for modern education. Creating a global information space, such technologies penetrate all spheres of human activity, thus becoming an integral part of the educational process. In today's challenges, pandemics, and wars, modern education relies on the informatization of the educational space and distance learning, drawing society's attention to distance learning technologies. During martial law, remote course training in schools and universities makes it possible to receive and continue learning, gain knowledge, and increase training. Using remote platforms to learn educational components is an integral part of the educational process. Training specialists, training, and counseling of higher education seekers in the existing conditions is only possible with modern educational online platforms. The main task is the correct organization of the educational process and for those seeking higher education to successfully acquire the necessary knowledge in specialized disciplines to prepare competent, competitive specialists. Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University applies a distance form of education, which is regulated by regulations (“Regulations on the system of internal quality assurance of education and educational activities at Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University”, “Regulations on the organization of current, semester control and attestation of applicants of professional pre-higher and higher education with the use of distance learning technologies in the regional university center of Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University”, “Regulations on the Moodle learning management system at Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University”). Distance learning in recent years has shown a sufficiently high-quality success rate of higher education applicants and the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel to ensure the educational program Water bioresources and aquaculture at the Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. Students are provided with electronic versions of manuals, textbooks, lecture courses, and presentations on the Moodle platform and other services. The use of Google digital tools and the Moodle platform, the Zoom service help students of higher education acquire knowledge in their field in an accessible form and comfortable conditions.Сьогодення важко уявити без інформаційних технологій, які необхідні в сучасній освіті. Створюючи інформаційний глобальний простір, такі технології проникають у всі сфери людської діяльності, відтак стають і невіддільною частиною освітнього процесу. Сучасна освіта в умовах викликів сьогодення: пандемії, війни опирається на інформатизацію освітнього простору та дистанційне навчання, а це привернуло увагу суспільства до технологій дистанційного навчання. Під час воєнного стану дистанційні курси, навчання у закладах вищої освіти, дають змогу отримувати та продовжувати навчатися, здобувати знання, підвищувати рівень підготовки. Використання дистанційних платформ за засвоєння освітніх компонентів є невід’ємною частиною навчально-виховного процесу. Підготовка фахівців, навчання, консультування здобувачів вищої освіти в існуючих умовах неможливе без застосування сучасних освітніх онлайн платформ. Основне завдання ‒ правильна організація освітнього процесу, а здобувачам вищої освіти ‒ успішно засвоїти необхідні знання з профільних дисциплін, підготувати компетентних, конкурентоспроможних фахівців. Current state of cadets’ physical training system at technical higher military educational institutions

En el artículo se examina el nivel de aptitud física de los cadetes que son los futuros expertos en los tipos técnicos de inteligencia. Las cualidades físicas profesionalmente importantes de los futuros expertos de los tipos técnicos de inteligencia están fundamentadas. Los cadetes de 1os 5 años de estudios participaron en la investigación. Se determina que las cualidades físicas profesionalmente importantes de los futuros expertos de los tipos técnicos de inteligencia son resistencia general, potencia, resistencia muscular estática y habilidades de coordinación. Los resultados de los cadetes en los ejercicios físicos mejoran en el cuarto año y disminuyen en el quinto año de estudio. La investigación demostró la necesidad de mejorar el actual sistema de entrenamiento físico de los cadetes.The physical fitness level of the cadets who are the future experts in the technical types of intelligence are examined in the article. The professionally important physical qualities of the future experts of the technical types of intelligence are grounded. Cadets of the 1st – 5th years of study (n=395) took part in the research. It is determined that the professionally important physical qualities of the future experts of the technical types of intelligence are general endurance, power, static muscle endurance and coordination abilities. The cadets’ results in physical exercises are improved in the 4th year and decreased in the 5th year of study. The investigation proved the necessity of improvement of the cadets’ current physical training system
