    Penelitian ini membahas tentang Interaksi Simbolik Tradisi Marosok Dalam Transaksi Jual Beli Ternak Di Nagari Cubadak Kabupaten Tanah Datar Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Metode ini dipergunakan untuk menjelaskan permasalahan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori interaksi simbolik dalam pemikiran Blummer. Adapun penemuan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya keunikan dalam transaksi jual beli hewan ternak yang dilakukan didalam kain.Tradisi ini dilakukan oleh pedagang ternak, pembeli, dan calo dengan menggunakan simbol- simbol yang terdapat pada jari-jari yang ditutupi oleh kain sarung, topi, handuk kecil dan baju. Tradisi ini sudah ada sejak dahulunya dan masih dipertahankan sampai saat ini. Dalam jual beli hewan ternak seorang penjual dan pembeli memasukan tangan kedalam kain dan disanalah tawar menawar dalam pembelian terjadi. Kelima jari-jari tersebut merupakan simbol harga yang terdapat dalam tradisi ini dan memiliki makna yang berbeda. Makna yang terkandung didalam tradisi marosok yaitu adanya rasa saling menghargai satu sama lain, rasa toleransi dan solidaritas antar sesama. Marosok ini harus dipertahankan karena merupakan warisan budaya leluhur yang harus dilestarikan. Dengan keunikan dan nilai budaya yang terdapat tradisi marosok ini banyak orang-orang tertarik ingin mengetahui dan mempelajari tradisi ini

    Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data di lapangan seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis secara interaktif dan berlansung secara terus pada tahap penelitian hingga sampai tuntas. Aktifitas dalam analisis data reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana eksistensi kesenian Gondang Oguang yang ada di Desa Lubuk Bendahara, bagaimana fungsi Gondang Oguang di Desa Lubuk Bendahara, serta untuk mengetahui pandangan masyarakat Desa Lubuk Bendahara tentang kesenian Gondang Oguang. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Gondang Oguang di Desa Lubuk Bedahara masih tetap eksis sampai sekarang. Eksistensi Gondang Oguang yang ada di Desa Lubuk Bendahara disebabkan oleh kehadiran Gondang Oguang tidak dapat digantikan oleh kesenian lain dalam upacara adat yang ada di Desa Lubuk Bendahara. Dalam sebuah perhelatan, bagi masyarakat pribumi Desa Lubuk Bendahara jika tidak ditampilkan Gondang Oguang, perhelatan tersebut dianggap tidak meriah.

    In today's business competition, it is very tight, caused by advances in human knowledge about the use of technology in business activities which greatly helps speed in doing business. Of course, in this case, business people or business people really need human resources who have the ability to use the current digital era, to launch the business he runs. Apart from human resources, of course, a businessman needs other resources such as capital, materials and other supporting tools such as machines to support the smooth operation of a business or business. In this study, he conducted research related to human resources. owned to analyze theeffect of occupational health, work environment and discipline on employee productivity at PT Cipta Adil Industries Batam, a company engaged in the manufacture of plastic ore. Researchers conducted an analysis of 130 respondents who were employees of PT Ci PTA Adil Industries Batam by using quantitative research methods. Researchers use simple saturation techniques in determining the sample. Variables are measured using a Likert scale and translated into research indicators. On a Likert scale, the answers in the form of statements have been determined by researchers ranging from positive to negative. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results showed that occupational health had a significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by a significance value of 0.007> 0.05. And discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000> 0.05. The test results show an R Squer value of 697 or 69.7 % employee productivity can be explained by occupational health, work environment and discipline. The remaining 31.3% is not explained in this study. So the researcher concludes that occupational health has no effect on employee productivity and two other variables, namely the work environment and variables affect productivity

    Pada tahap perencanaan proyek yang memakai metode konvensional sering kali terjadi kesalahan, seperti kurang telitinya dalam perhitungan volume dan perhitungan yang memerlukan waktu yang lama. Kesalahan perhitungan pada tahap perencanaan mengakibatkan banyak kerugian dari pihak kontraktor. Untuk itu diperlukannya sebuah metode yang dapat membantu mengurangi masalah yang sering terjadi saat menggunakan metode konvensional (perhitungan manual).  Salah satu metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan Building Information Modeling (BIM). Pemodelan menggunakan BIM adalah salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk saat ini. BIM membantu memodelkan bentuk dari bangunan yang akan dibangun mulai dari bentuk 2D seperti tampak, potongan , dan denah hingga pemodelan dengan bentuk tiga dimensi (3D) dari bangunan 2 tersebut. Selain itu BIM juga membantu dalam masalah penjadwalan proyek serta masalah estimasi harga. Metoda yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah survey lansung ke lapangan, memberikan penyuluhan / pelatihan melalui presentasi dan praktek membuat pemodelan menggunakan program BIM. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini, adalah dapat mentransfer ilmu berupa memberikan pelatihan pada guru-guru SMK tentang Building Information Modeling  yang selanjutnya akan menstransfer ilmu tersebut ke masyarakat dan murid-murid SM

    Analisis Kapasitas Banjir Kanal Maransi Dalam Upaya Pengendalian Banjir Kota Padang

    One of the problems Padang City currently is the threat of floods. Maransi flood canal is a one of drainage building which can accommodate and drain the flood discharge. Maransi region and Aie Pacah is one of the flood-prone areas in the Padang City. Maransi regional flood control, Aie Pacah and surrounding area are being made with the construction of the vast maransi flood canal with catchman area 17,13 km2. This needs to be analyzed to determine the ability of the Maransi flood canal to accommodate maximum flood discharge. The data obtained from the local rainfall stations, agencies, field observations, literature and consultation with relevant parties. Rainfall estimates using rainfall data at last 10 years and using the method of Gumbel, Hasper, Wedwen. The calculation of flood discharge plan using the Rational method with 5 year annual return period for discharge is obtained 383 m3/sec. From maximum flood discharge plan, flood canal dimensions are obtained with wet sectional area 88m2, wet circumference 29,31m, Fingers Hydraulic 3,00m, speed 4,60m/sec. From dimensional analysis results are then compared with the dimensions of the existing flood canal known to percentage of discharge that can be accommodated is 81%. To reach the 100% capability to accommodate the maximum flood discharge the flood canal banks must be added height 55cm.     Abstract This study investigates the effect on leadership, Professionalism Apparatus, and availability of Information Technology and Budgeting fairly on Directorate General of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry in accordance with the need to improve the effectiveness of program development and growth of SMEs. To determine whether these independent variables influencing dependent variables Program Effectiveness either partially or simultaneously. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study, data collected were tabulated and analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) devices and computer aids. The data analysis focused on the validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity, double correlation F test and t test. The Result of research showed that 69% Leadership influences the apparatus professionalism and 75.20% there are significant Information Technology 17.70%, and there are significant budgeting to Program effectiveness of 8.20%. The results of this study are expected to provide an indication that respondents tend to think positively to the statement which is designed in the form of a questionnaire, it shows the programs that are presented for the development and growth of Small and medium enterprise effectively.     Perencanaan Struktur Beton Bertulang Bangunan Hotel Menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen

    Padang is considered as earthquake-prone areas. This is proven by the latest powerful quake that struck in the areas of Padang as happened in 2007, 2009, and 2013. Therefore, earthquake resistant building need to be planned well in order to avoid life and materials losses by planning maximum earthquake-resistant structure. The purpose of this paper is to plan reinforced concrete structure of hotel buildings in Padang by using bearers moment frame system. The building structure includes structural slab, beams, columns, sloof and foundations. Structure calculations were based on SNI 03-2847 -2013, SNI 03-1726 - 2012, PBI 1983 and other structural design supporting literatures. The structure planning performed by using ETABS application to obtain internal forces that occurs. From those internal forces, it's obtained reinforcement plate with 10 cm thick, reinforcement pedestal with 10 cm in diameter, distance 15 cm, and for diameter of field 10 cm distance 20 cm, 25cm /45 cm beam with three pull reinforcement with 22 mm in diameters, and two press with 22 mm in diameter. Reinforcement column 12, 16 in diameter, sloop 35cm / 60cm with reinforcement press 4 with 22 mm in diameter and pull 3 with 22 mm in diameter. pile cap with 60cm thick and 40cm x 40cm piles with 4 reinforcement 16 mm in diameter with 26m depth

    Behavior of Shear Link of WFSection with Diagonal Web Stiffener of Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) of Steel Structure

    This paper presents results of numerical and experimental study of shear link behavior, utilizing diagonal stiffener on web of steel profile to increase shear link performance in an eccentric braced frame (EBF) of a steel structure system. The specimen is to examine the behavior of shear link by using diagonal stiffener on web part under static monotonic and cyclic load. The cyclic loading pattern conducted in the experiment is adjusted according to AISC loading standards 2005. Analysis was carried out using non-linear finite element method using MSC/NASTRAN software. Link was modeled as CQUAD shell element. Along the boundary of the loading area the nodal are constraint to produce only one direction loading. The length of the link in this analysis is 400mm of the steel profile of WF 200.100. Important parameters considered to effect significantly to the performance of shear link have been analyzed, namely flange and web thicknesses, thickness and length of web stiffener, thickness of diagonal stiffener and geometric of diagonal stiffener. The behavior of shear link with diagonal web stiffener was compared with the behavior of standard link designed based on AISC 2005 criteria. Analysis results show that diagonal web stiffener is capable to increase shear link performance in terms of stiffness, strength and energy dissipation in supporting lateral load. However, differences in displacement ductility's between shear links with diagonal stiffener and shear links based on AISC standards have not shown to be significant. Analysis results also show thickness of diagonal stiffener and geometric model of stiffener to have a significant influence on the performance of shear links. To perform validation of the numerical study, the research is followed by experimental work conducted in Structural Mechanic Laboratory Center for Industrial Engineering ITB. The Structures and Mechanics Lab rotary PAU-ITB. The experiments were carried out using three test specimens with model and dimension identical to the model in the numerical study. Experimental testing apparently has shown results of the same behavior as predicted in the numerical study. However, when it is compared to the shape of the hysterical curve, a slight difference is apparent. This is due to the influence of stiffness of bolt joints and the supports which is difficult to model precisely in the numerical studies.
