Results of marketing studies of consumption motivations and preferences at choosing bread for special dietary consumption are presented. It has been established, that 18 % of questioned give advantage to bread with a decreased amount of carbohydrates; 17 % of respondents consume bread without gluten; 13 % give preference to products, including nutrients; 10 % by iodine-containing bread; 7 % and 6 % of questioned give preference to bread with a content of soya and entersorbents. It has been established, that bread with a content of carotene and lecithin is not widely demanded among respondents as 3 % for each one. Studies of % of preferences by flour types in the bread composition allowed to make conclusions that 19 and 17 % of respondents give preference to corn and buckwheat flour due to a higher content of healthy substances, it is also an important advantage that these flour types don't contain cellulose complexes, present in the composition of wheat and barley flour, preferred by 14 and 11 % of questioned, respectively. It has been established by the experimental way, that 20 % of questioned persons feel a lack of bread with an increased content of protein at the market. 15, 12 and 10 % of respondents want widening the assortment of bread with an increased content of macroelements, vitamins and microelements. 13 and 10 % of questioned feel a lack at the market in such physiological-functional ingredients as polyunsaturated fatty acids and products of gluten-free flour. 8 % of respondents want to see in the retail network products with a content of dietary fiber and antioxidants. 9 % feel a lack of bread with a content of probiotics, 3 % of oligosaccharides. Based on the obtained results, there have been determined consumption advantages: a modern consumer gives preference to products with the improved content, usual organoleptic parameters, long storage term, low price. He/she is guided by the following criteria at buying bread: food value, caloric value, prophylactic properties

    Massey products in symplectic manifolds

The paper is devoted to study of Massey products in symplectic manifolds. Theory of generalized and classical Massey products and a general construction of symplectic manifolds with nontrivial Massey products of arbitrary large order are exposed. The construction uses the symplectic blow-up and is based on the author results, which describe conditions under which the blow-up of a symplectic manifold X along its submanifold Y inherits nontrivial Massey products from X ot Y. This gives a general construction of nonformal symplectic manifolds.Comment: LaTeX, 48 pages, 2 figure

Cross-dimensional Weighting for Aggregated Deep Convolutional Features

We propose a simple and straightforward way of creating powerful image representations via cross-dimensional weighting and aggregation of deep convolutional neural network layer outputs. We first present a generalized framework that encompasses a broad family of approaches and includes cross-dimensional pooling and weighting steps. We then propose specific non-parametric schemes for both spatial- and channel-wise weighting that boost the effect of highly active spatial responses and at the same time regulate burstiness effects. We experiment on different public datasets for image search and show that our approach outperforms the current state-of-the-art for approaches based on pre-trained networks. We also provide an easy-to-use, open source implementation that reproduces our results.Comment: Accepted for publications at the 4th Workshop on Web-scale Vision and Social Media (VSM), ECCV 201

Special Moduli of Continuity and the Constant in the Jackson-Stechkin Theorem

We consider a special 2k-order modulus of continuity W 2k(f,h) of 2π-periodic continuous functions and prove an analog of the Bernstein-Nikolsky-Stechkin inequality for trigonometric polynomials in terms of W 2k. We simplify the main construction from the paper by Foucart et al. (Constr. Approx. 29(2), 157-179, 2009) and give new upper estimates of the Jackson-Stechkin constants. The inequality W2k(f,h)≤3∥f∥∞ and the Bernstein-Nikolsky-Stechkin type estimate imply the Jackson-Stechkin theorem with nearly optimal constant for approximation by periodic splines. © 2013 The Author(s)

Received: July 28th, 2022 ; Accepted: September 26th, 2022 ; Published: October 20th, 2022 ; Correspondence: [email protected] blue honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea L.) is a relatively new crop in Ukraine, its industrial cultivation is only 100 hectares. The main constraints are the lack of varieties with high yield and nutritional value of berries. Therefore, a study of the yield and quality of introduced varieties is necessary and relevant, both for producers and breeders. With our research, we determined the potential of the early stage of blue honeysuckle berries under the conditions of their cultivation in the Forest Steppe of Ukraine and the weather conditions of the year of the specified region. We assessed how early we can get a crop and set what quality and what it will be. To clearly understand the quality of the grown fruits, their average weight, size and uniformity were studied. From nutritional indicators of fruit quality, the content of dry matter, soluble solids, sugars and titrated acids was studied, from biologically active substances, the content of vitamin C and total phenolic was determined. It was found that in the zone of the Forest Steppe of Ukraine from the studied group of varieties, the highest yield potential, 3.13 kg from a bush for the second year of fruiting and fruit mass 2.4 g, had a variety of Canadian breeding ‘Boreal Beauty’. The fruits of the cultivars ‘Duet’ (4.3) and ‘Boreal Blizzard’ (4.5) were distinguished by the balance of taste according to the sugar-acid index, and the maximum amount of total phenolics for the studied group of varieties was accumulated by the fruits of ‘Boreal Beast’ (1,000 mg 100 g-1 )

Meta-Tracker: Fast and Robust Online Adaptation for Visual Object Trackers

This paper improves state-of-the-art visual object trackers that use online adaptation. Our core contribution is an offline meta-learning-based method to adjust the initial deep networks used in online adaptation-based tracking. The meta learning is driven by the goal of deep networks that can quickly be adapted to robustly model a particular target in future frames. Ideally the resulting models focus on features that are useful for future frames, and avoid overfitting to background clutter, small parts of the target, or noise. By enforcing a small number of update iterations during meta-learning, the resulting networks train significantly faster. We demonstrate this approach on top of the high performance tracking approaches: tracking-by-detection based MDNet and the correlation based CREST. Experimental results on standard benchmarks, OTB2015 and VOT2016, show that our meta-learned versions of both trackers improve speed, accuracy, and robustness.Comment: Code: https://github.com/silverbottlep/meta_tracker

    Long-Term Visual Object Tracking Benchmark

We propose a new long video dataset (called Track Long and Prosper - TLP) and benchmark for single object tracking. The dataset consists of 50 HD videos from real world scenarios, encompassing a duration of over 400 minutes (676K frames), making it more than 20 folds larger in average duration per sequence and more than 8 folds larger in terms of total covered duration, as compared to existing generic datasets for visual tracking. The proposed dataset paves a way to suitably assess long term tracking performance and train better deep learning architectures (avoiding/reducing augmentation, which may not reflect real world behaviour). We benchmark the dataset on 17 state of the art trackers and rank them according to tracking accuracy and run time speeds. We further present thorough qualitative and quantitative evaluation highlighting the importance of long term aspect of tracking. Our most interesting observations are (a) existing short sequence benchmarks fail to bring out the inherent differences in tracking algorithms which widen up while tracking on long sequences and (b) the accuracy of trackers abruptly drops on challenging long sequences, suggesting the potential need of research efforts in the direction of long-term tracking.Comment: ACCV 2018 (Oral

Background: Blended learning (BL) is defined as the combination of both traditional face-to-face learning and synchronous or asynchronous e-learning approaches. The aim of this scoping review was to explore the literature to obtain a broad understanding of the use of BLin nursing and midwifery education in general, in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), and in particular Rwanda. Methods: The literature published between 2010 and 2019 were reviewed from six electronic databases using keywords including blended learning, nursing education, midwifery education, higher education, SSA, and Rwanda. Arksey and O'Malley's framework was used in this review. Results: The initial search identified 1,283 records. Eleven articles were selected for this review after the application of predetermined inclusion criteria. Almost all reviewed articles indicated that the integration of BLmethods improved the quality of nursing and midwifery education in general, and in SSAcountries including Rwanda. Conclusions: Initial research in this area highlights that moving from traditional classroom-delivered programs to the BLapproach is feasible and can promote the quality of nursing and midwifery standards of education. This scoping review highlights a paucity of research on BL in nursing and midwifery education, particularly in SSAcountries. Keywords: Blended learning, nursing and midwifery education, SSA, Rwand
