    The development of the business world is currently growing rapidly from time to time. This can be seen from the emergence of various business sectors. Thus business actors who have long needed a special strategy to be able to maintain their business. One of the staple food stalls that has been around for 12 years is Kios owned by Mrs. Puji at Berbek Market, Berbek District, Nganjuk Regency. The kios requires a specific strategy in order to maintain customer satisfaction and create customer loyalty. This research tries to analyze customer satisfaction factors that can create customer loyalty at Bu Puji's basic food stall. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data sources obtained from interviews, observation, and literature study. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that Bu Puji's basic food stalls have succeeded in providing customer satisfaction so as to create consumer loyalty. The factors that cause customer satisfaction are product quality, price, service quality, emotional factors, and convenience

    A Randomized, Double-Blind, Multicenter Clinical Study Comparing the Efficacy and Safety of a Drug Combination of Lopinavir/Ritonavir-Azithromycin, Lopinavir/Ritonavir-Doxycycline, and Azithromycin-Hydroxychloroquine for Patients Diagnosed with Mild to Moderate COVID-19 Infections

    At the present time, COVID-19 vaccines are at the testing stage, and an effective treatment for COVID-19 incorporating appropriate safety measures remains the most significant obstacle to be overcome. A strategic countermeasure is, therefore, urgently required. Aim. +is study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a combination of lopinavir/ritonavirazithromycin, lopinavir/ritonavir-doxycycline, and azithromycin-hydroxychloroquine used to treat patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 infections. Setting and Design. +is study was conducted at four different clinical study sites in Indonesia. +e subjects gave informed consent for their participation and were confirmed as being COVID-19-positive by means of an RTPCR test. +e present study constituted a randomized, double-blind, and multicenter clinical study of patients diagnosed with mild to moderate COVID-19 infection. Materials and Methods. Six treatment groups participated in this study: a Control group Madministered with a 500 mg dose of azithromycin; Group A which received a 200/50 mg dose of lopinavir/ritonavir and 500 mg of azithromycin; Group B treated with a 200/50 mg dose of lopinavir/ritonavir and 200 mg of doxycycline; Group C administered with 200 mg of hydroxychloroquine and 500 mg of azithromycin; Group D which received a 400/100 mg dose of lopinavir/ritonavir and 500 mg of azithromycin; and Group E treated with a 400/100 mg dose of lopinavir/ritonavir and 200 mg of doxycycline. Results. 754 subjects participated in this study: 694 patients (92.4%) who presented mild symptoms and 57 patients (7.6%) classified as suffering from a moderate case of COVID-19. On the third day after treatment, 91.7%–99.2% of the subjects in Groups A–E were confirmed negative by a PCR swab test compared to 26.9% in the Control group. Observation of all groups which experienced a significant decrease in virus load between day 1 and day 7 was undertaken. Other markers, such as CRP and IL-6, were significantly lower in all treatment groups (p< 0.05 and p< 0.0001) than in the Control group. Furthermore, IL-10 and TNF-α levels were significantly elevated in all treatment groups (p< 0.0001). +e administration of azithromycin to the Control group increased CRP and IL-6 levels, while reduced IL-10 and TNF-α on day 7 (p< 0.0001) compared with day 1. Decreases in ALTand AST levels were observed in all groups (p< 0.0001). +ere was an increase in creatinine in the serum level of the Control, C, D, and E groups (p< 0.05), whereas the BUN level was elevated in all groups (p< 0.0001). Conclusions. +e study findings suggest that the administration of lopinavir/ritonavir-doxycycline, lopinavir/ritonavir-azithromycin, and azithromycinhydroxychloroquine as a dual drug combination produced a significantly rapid PCR conversion rate to negative in three-day treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19 cases. Further studies should involve observation of older patients with severe clinical symptoms in order to collate significant amounts of demographic data

    This study to find out and analyze companies that experience financial distress and non-financial distress. The financial distress analysis in this study used four predictive models, namely Springate, Ohlson, Altman Z-Score, and Grover Score models. The sample in the study is data from manufacturing companies registered with IDX during COVID-19 pandemic precisely in the third quarter of 2020 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2020. The analysis method used is the equation of the four financial distress prediction models. The results of the analysis using the Springate Model equation there are 45 manufacturing companies predicted to experience financial distress and 28 manufacturing companies are predicted to experience non-financial distress. The Ohlson Model Equation shows that there are 24 manufacturing companies predicted to experience financial distress and 49 manufacturing companies are predicted to experience non-financial distress. The Altman Z-Score Model Equation shows that there are 12 manufacturing companies predicted to experience financial distress, 15 manufacturing companies are predicted to experience grey areas and 46 manufacturing companies are predicted to experience non-financial distress.     Konsumsi produk tembakau di Indonesia yang tinggi dan terus meningkat di kalangan masyarakat dapat mengancam kesehatan. Kebiasaan merokok terbukti menjadi faktor resiko penyebab penyakit Diabetes Melitus. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui Perbedaan Kadar Gula Darah Pada Tingkatan Perokok Dan Lama Merokok Pada Pria Dewasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tehnik sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penghuni pria Pondok Pesantren “X” sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebesar 96 yang terdiri dari 32 responden pada masing-masing tingkatan perokok. Instrumen penelitian adalah wawancara dan alat ukur gula darah atau glukosemeter, variabel independen penelitian ini adalah tingkatan perokok dan lama merokok dan variabel dependent adalah kadar gula darah. Dengan menggunakan uji statistik Kruskal WillisTest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kadar gula darah pada tingkatan merokok dan lama merokok masing-masing menunjukan nilai p<0.05 sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan kadar gula darah puasa dan 2 jam PP pada tingkatan perokok dan lama merokok Pada Pria Dewasa. Pada dasarnya dosis nikotin yang masuk dan keterpaparan tubuh atas nikotin mempengaruhi regulasi kadar gula darah pada tubuh. Perokok berat dengan konsumsi rokok labih dari10 batang per hari akan memiliki kadar gula darah puasa dan 2 jam PP cenderung tinggi. Sama halnya dengan perokok dengan lama merokok lebih dari 10 tahu

    Labako Batik is a typical batik Jember, derived from the term "La Bako" is the language of Madura that describes the activities of farmers to plant and process the leaves of tobacco. The resulting motives are inspired by the potential of natural resources in Jember such as tobacco, cocoa, dragon fruit, coffee, bamboo, birds and butterflies. The selection of tobacco leaf pattern because Jember Regency as one of the best tobacco producing cities in Indonesia, so that the form of tobacco leaf becomes the most dominant characteristic in making Batako Labako. In recent years the application of fractal forms in batik began to be popularly known as fractal batik. Fractal batik is batik whose design is made with mathematical formulas done with computer technology. Development of Labako batik motif by generating the pattern of tobacco leaves using L-System and then combining with the fractal geometry of dragon curve that has been modeled, using techniques of geometry transformation in Matlab software.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak pemahaman siswa SMP kelas VIII terhadap pembelajaran matematika yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang menuntut penggunaan banyak angka, mulai dari pengumpulan data, penafsiran terhadap data tersebut serta penampilan hasilnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk bahan meneliti dengan responden mengisi angket yang sudah disiapkan oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berupa angket, yaitu peneliti memberikan pertanyaan secara tertulis kepada siswa yang dituju. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas SMP kelas VIII yang berjumlah 12 orang dan objek penelitian ini adalah penerapan dan pemahaman siswa SMP kelas VIII terhadap materi pembelajaran matematika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode Kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematikan yang dilaksanakan sehari-hari sangatlah bermanfaat. Namun pemahaman siswa menegnai pembelajaran matematika yang sangat diperlukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masih sangat minim
