ANALISIS PENYAJIAN LATIHAN ONLINE BAHASA JERMAN DALAM DAF LEICHT A1 MELALUI SITUS WWW.KLETT-SPRACHEN.DE

Ein Ding, das man auf jeder Website fürs Deutschlernen im Algemeinen findet, ist eine Evaluationsfitur, nämlich Deutschübung. Doch, es gibt Übungen zum Deutschlernen auf einigen Internetseiten, die bei den Präsentationaspekten noch nicht so deutlich überprüft werden sind. In Bezug darauf interessiert sich die Verpasserin dafür die Präsentationaspekte des Online-Deutschlernens vom Klett Verlag zu analysieren. Die Verpasserin setzte ein paar Ziele für diese Untersuchung, nämlich 1) Die Feststellung der Eignung von der deutschen Onlineübungen in der DaF Leicht A1 auf der Website www.klett-sprachen.de; 2) Die Erklärung der Eignung von der deutschen Onlineübungen in der DaF Leicht A1 auf der Website www.klett-sprachen.de mit Gutachtenkriterien; 3) Die Nachteile und Vorteile von der Onlineübungen DaF Leicht A1 auf der Website www.klett-sprachen.de. Diese Untersuchung wurde durch zwei Phasen durchgeführt, unter anderem, die Versammlung der Deutschübung aus der Datenquelle und die Analyse der Daten nach den Gutachtenkriterien von DietmarRösler Kriterienkatalog für Internet-Lernmaterial Deutsch als Fremdsprache. Aus den oben gennanten Untersuchungsresultaten sollten Deutschlernende die Onlineübungen in der DaF Leicht A1 als Mittel für die Selbstevaluation beim Deutschlernen verwenden. ---- Satu hal yang umum ditemukan dalam setiap situs pembelajaran bahasa Jerman online ialah adanya fitur evaluasi berupa latihan bahasa Jerman. Namun, latihan dalam berbagai situs pembelajaran bahasa Jerman tersebut belum secara jelas teranalisis aspek penyajiannya. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji aspek penyajian pembelajaran bahasa Jerman online yang dimiliki Klett Verlag. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Memaparkan penyajian latihan online bahasa Jerman dalam DaF Leicht A1 melalui situs www.klett-sprachen.de; (2) Menjelaskan kesesuaian latihan online bahasa Jerman dalam DaF Leicht A1 melalui situs www.klett-sprachen.de dengan kriteria sumber belajar yang baik; dan (3) Mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan latihan online DaF Leicht A1 dalam situs www.klett-sprachen.de. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu mengumpulkan latihan bahasa Jerman yang terdapat dalam sumber data dan menganalisis berdasarkan kriteria penilaian menurut Dietmar Rösler yaitu Kriterienkatalog für Internet-Lernmaterial Deutsch als Fremdsprache. Sebagian besar kriteria telah terpenuhi dari situs ini, sehingga penyajian latihannya telah sesuai dengan kriteria sumber belajar yang baik di internet (1) latihan dalam DaF Leicht A1 dapat diakses tanpa harus melakukan log-in dan tanpa berbayar; (2) latihan dalam DaF Leicht A1 dapat dijalankan dalam Firefox 27, Firefox 29, Safari 7.03, Chrome 35, Internet Explorer 8-1; dan (3) Penyajian latihan dalam DaF Leicht A1 melalui situs www.klett-sprachen.de memenuhi 23 dari 27 kriteria Dietmar Rösler yaitu Kriterienkatalog für Internet-Lernmaterial Deutsch als Fremdsprache bagian latihan dan tugas, umpan balik, dan aspek teknis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, penulis menyarankan agar pembelajar bahasa Jerman menggunakan latihan online dalam DaF Leicht A1 untuk sarana evaluasi mandiri dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jerman.----One thing that is commonly found in every German language online learning site is the evaluation feature in the form of German exercises. The aims of this research are: (1) Presenting the presentation of German online exercises in DaF Leicht A1 in the website www.klett-sprachen.de; (2) Describing the suitability of the German online exercises in DaF Leicht A1 in the www.klett-sprachen.de website trough good learning criteria; And (3) Knowing the shortcomings and advantages of online exercises DaF Leicht A1 in the www.klett-sprachen.de website. The research was conducted in two stages: collecting German exercises contained in the data sources and analyzing based on assessment criteria according to Dietmar Rösler namely Kriterienkatalog für Internet-Lernmaterial Deutsch als Fremdsprache. Pengaruh Disiplin terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI IPS di SMA

The title of this study is Effect Of Discipline On Students Learning Result In Economics Class XI IPS In SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The study aims to determine the influence of discipline on students' learning outcomes on economic subjects in class XI IPS SMA 9 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method. The amount of sample is 48 students of class XI IPS in SMA 9 Pontianak. Using SPSS 16 results showed that discipline affects learning outcomes by 8% (R squrae = 0.080). This means that discipline is not a major influence on learning outcomes. However, other factors that affect the learning outcomes by 92% of students are affected by the level of intelligence, attention, interest, aptitude and environment. The results of this study recommended for students to obey the schools rules better

THE EFFECTS OF AGE ON BIOCHEMISTRY PROFILES OF ACEH CATTLE BLOOD

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of age on the biochemistry profiles of aceh cattle, which  included examinations of: total protein (TP), albumin, globulin, albumin/globulin ratio (A/G), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), creatine kinase (CK), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) and magnesium (Mg) . Sixteen clinically healthy aceh cattle aged 2-4 years old, and 16 aceh cattle aged 4-6 years old were purposively selected for the study. Blood samples were drawn from the jugular vein and subjected to blood biochemistry measurements using commercial kits. The results showed that serum concentrations of TP, globulin, AST and Ca of aceh cattle were significantly (P0.05) higher in age group 4-6 years old, while ALP activity was significantly (P0.05) higher in age group 2-4 years old. In conclusion, age must be considered as a factor when interpreting the blood biochemistry profiles of aceh cattle

The aims of this study are: To find out how the influence of CSRD, institutional ownership, leverage and asset growth on firm value in construction, property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This research design includes the type of associative research, namely research that seeks the influence or relationship of two or more variables. Based on the type of data, this research is classified as quantitative research, namely research that uses numbers. Simultaneously or simultaneously (the results of statistical F test) show that there is no influence between CSRD, Institutional Ownership, Leverage, and Asset Growth on Firm Value in Construction, Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Studi Reseptor Virus Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD) pada Organ Limfoid Ayam Pasca Vaksinasi dengan Metode Imunohistokimia

Infectious bursal disease (IBD) affects economical impact for breeders due to it can cause damage lymphoid organ, especially bursa of Fabricius and causing failure the vaccination program. Infectious bursal disease virus receptors on lymphoid organs suspected contribute to subclinical and clinical IBD incidence in the chickens. The aim of this study was to determine and compare the distribution of IBDvirus receptors on lymphoid organ of the chicken which obtained different IBD vaccination program. The presence of virus receptors in bursa of Fabricius, spleen, and thymus were observed microscopically using immunohistochemical method and evaluated with Image J® software. Monoclonal anti LSCC-BK3 (Gifu University, Japan) antibodies as primary antibody was used in this study. The result showed that IBDvirus receptors found abudantly in the bursa of Fabricius, afterwards in the spleen and thymus. No significant differences of IBD virus receptor distribution within lymphoid organs between chicken which obtained once and twice IBD vaccination. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh disiplin terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel nya sebanyak 48 siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16 hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin mempengaruhi hasil belajar sebesar 8% (R squrae =0,080). Artinya disiplin tidak memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap hasil belajar. Namun faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar sebanyak 92% dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kecerdasan siswa, perhatian, minat, bakat dan lingkungan. Apakah Disiplin dan Motivasi Mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang Unit Keuangan

ABSTRAK   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji apakah disiplin dan motivasi kerja akan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai PT. KAI (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang pada unit keuangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dalam penelitian dijadikan sampel dengan jumlah 28 orang. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah disiplin, motivasi kerja dan variabel independennya adalah kinerja pegawai, dengan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi menunjukkan Y = 5.953 + 0.258X1 + 0.773X2. Dimana terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan untuk disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Fhitung 19.975 > F tabel 3.369 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0,05. Sedangakan tidak ada pengaruh secara parsial displin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung 0.897 < ttabel 2.060 dan ada terdapat pengaruh secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung 4.143 > ttabel 2.060. Nilai R2 sebesar 0.615 yang artinya disiplin dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebanyak 61.5% terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. KAI (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang Unit Keuangan.   Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai     ABSTRACT   The purpose of this research is to test whether discipline and work motivation will affect the performance of PT. KAI (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang in the financial unit. The sampling technique in this study was to use a saturated sample, where all of the population in the study were sampled with a total of 28 people. The dependent variable in this study is discipline, work motivation and the independent variable is employee performance, with a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The regression results show Y = 5.953 + 0.258X1 + 0.773X2. Where there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously for discipline and work motivation on employee performance with a Fcount of 19,975 > F table of 3,369 with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. Meanwhile, there is no partial effect of work discipline on employee performance with a tcount of 0.897 < ttable of 2.060 and there is a partial effect of work motivation on employee performance with a tcount of 4.143 > ttable of 2.060. The R2 value is 0.615 which means that discipline and work motivation have an effect of 61.5% on the performance of employees of PT. Perubahan patologis dan gambaran lekosit pada itik yang diinfeksi Pasteurella multocida

Enam puluh ekor itik yang berumur lima minggu dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini. ltik dibagi secara acak menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok infeksi dan kontrol.Kelompok pertama diinfeksi dengan Pasteurelhz multocida (Isolat lapangan) secara intramuskular. Itik diambil darahnya dan dinekropsi 1, 2, 4 dan 8 jam setelah infeksi untuk pemeriksaan diferensial lekosit dan perubahan makroskopik.Itik yang diinfeksi mulai menunjukkan lesio empat jam setelah infeksi. Itik yang diinfeksi dan mati menunjukkan gejala septikemi dengan hiperemi umum. Pemeriksaan gambaran lekosit menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah heterofil dan penurunan jumlah limfosit dan monosit 2,4 dan 8 jam setelah infeksi

Kasus Kolera Pada Itik

Telah ditemukan kasus kolera pada itik yang diperiksa di Laboratorium Patologi Unggas, Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan, lnstitut Pertanian Bogor antara tahun 1992 hingga 1994.Kebanyakan itik terserang kolera yang akut, tanpa gejala klinis dan kematian mendadak. Beberapa itik terserang secara kronis dengan gejala klinis sesak nafas dan kebengkakan pada gejala kepala.Gambaran patologi anatonli yang tampak berupa titik perdarahan pada epikardium enteritis kartarhalis, hepatitis nekrotikan rqilier, linlpa membengkak, peradangan pada kantung udara, pecah kuning telur, serta peradangan pada ovariurn dan sinus. Dari darah jantung dan sumsum tulang itik dapat diisolasi bakteri Pasteureulla multocrda. Kelinci yang disuntik dengan suspensi bakteri mati dengan gejala septikemia yang ditandai dengan perdarahan padaepikardium dan selaput serosa. hiperemi dan pembengkakan umum serta enteritis
