    ABSTRAK Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh penerapan total quality management dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriftif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Teknik sampling yang digunaka adalah Probability sampling dengan metode proportionate stratified random sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, korelsi, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F serta analisis koefisien determinasi. Banyaknya populasi penelitian adalah 199 orang, sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 67 orang dengan sumber data yang diperoleh melalui pengisian kueisioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapa diketahui bahwa secara parsial penerapan total quality management dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dimana besarya pengaruh total quality management sebesar 45,1%, komitmen organisasi 14,3% terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Secara simultan penerapan total quality management dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan senesar 59,4%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 40,6% merupakan pengaruh faktor lain di luar kedua variable independen yang sedang diteliti, seperti sistem pengendalian management, pengendalian intern dan budaya organisasi.     Distribution System Analysis of PT AGRICON in Oil Palm Plantation Sector

    Indonesia is an agrarian nation, which means that agriculture is the main activity and job for the citizen in this nation, this fact making pesticide a common product to be used by the farmers. Agricon has been largely known as a producer of high quality pesticide products for food and horticulture crops, while the plantation market side has not been seriously handled. Currently Agricon is aiming new sector of market, palm oil plantations. In the past, mainly independent distributors handled the marketing and distribution of Agricon’s pesticide products in the plantation sector market. Agricon now wants to directly deal with plantation companies. This report will discuss about the distribution system of Agricon’s pesticide products in the plantation sector, analyzing its current system and finally making a conclusion about which is the best distribution system regarding the marketing in the oil palm plantation sector.By using direct selling and channeling strategy theory in conducting in depth interview to analyze the system. Therefore, PT. Agricon is suitable and should conduct direct selling and distribution to the big buyer but still utilize distributor as assistant and using distributor and wholesaler for medium and small buyer.Purpose:To Analyze PT. Agricon current distribution system and improving it by making the suitable distribution system.Design/methodology/approach:By analyzing current condition and distribution system of PT. Agricon as base of the research then analyzing the system suitability by using direct selling by manufacturing and channeling strategy theory. Conducting in depth interview to PT. Agricon executives as primary data and distributor and competitor as supporting data as comparison.Findings:The researcher discover that PT. Agricon is still in the state of preparing the employees; direct selling should be conducted to big buyer to avoid price war, PT. Agricon should still use distributor for assistance and in dealing with medium and small buyer because distributor can be a competitor also so they still must be used. PT. Agricon should improve their method in the agreement with distributor.Research limitations/implications:The research only to choose the best distribution system of PT. Agricon and only in the oil palm plantation sector.Practical implications:The outcome and output of this research is the suitable and probably the best distribution system of PT.     PREVALENSI PREEKLAMPSIA DAN BAYI BERAT LAHIR RENDAH DI RUMAH SAKIT X JAKARTA TAHUN 2019-2020

    Preeklampsia adalah kondisi hipertensi pada ibu hamil dengan usia gestasional lebih dari 20 minggu diikuti disfungsi organ. Disertai proteinuria. Preeklampsia merupakan salah satu predisposisi bayi berat lahir rendah yang lahir dengan berat kurang dari 2500 gram. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui prevalensi preeklampsia dan bayi berat lahir rendah (BBLR). Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan desain deskriptif menggunakan cross-sectional (potong lintang), dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari – Juni 2022. Pengumpulan data sekunder berupa rekam medis dari Rumah Sakit X Jakarta. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Dari 190 data ibu hamil yang dikumpulkan terdapat 37 (19,5%) kasus preeklampsia. Dari 37 ibu hamil dengan preeklampsia, 32 ibu mengalami preeklampsia murni (86,5%) dan 5 ibu mengalami preeklampsia dengan penyerta (13,5%). Sebanyak 64 (33,7%) dari 190 bayi lahir dengan berat rendah. Sedangkan, dari 37 bayi dari ibu yang terdiagnosis preeklampsia, terdata 25 (67,6%) bayi berat lahir rendah, dan sebanyak 12 (32,4%) bayi dengan berat lahir yang normal. Bagi ibu hamil untuk rutin melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan, ibu hamil dengan preeklampsia dapat menjaga tekanan darahnya dengan beristirahat, mengurangi konsumsi garam, dan mengkonsumsi antioksidan seperti vitamin C dan E. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian mengenai faktor lain yang dapat menyebabkan BBLR dan mengenai komplikasi lain dari preeklampsia

    Breast cancer is one of the most threatening diseases for women. It is found that BRCA2 gene plays a significant role in breast cancer, provided that mutations occurred. The objective of this study is to determine whether the bioinformatics approach could provide the gene networking, molecular simulation, and computational metabolomics information to shed the relation between BRCA2 gene mutation with breast cancer progression. The methods are utilizing molecular simulation tools to comprehend the biochemical interaction of BRCA2 gene with other oncogenic genes. Lastly, the molecular docking tool is devised to provide the molecular interactions information. It could be implied that the Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD)-based in silico transcriptomics tools could provide the fine-grained information on the exact role of BRCA2 gene in the progression of breast cancer. The clinical impact of this study could only be measured after the wet laboratory experiment is conducted to validate the computational approach result

    PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, KEPERCAYAAN DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH PT. BANK SUMUT KCP COKROAMINOTO KISARAN BARAT

    Nasabah PT. Bank Sumut KCP Cokroaminoto Kisaran Barat merasakan ketidakpuasan berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis data regresi linear berganda. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode slovin yang berjumlah 99 responden. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan, pada uji-F, secara simultan kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan nilai Fhitung (40,768) > Ftabel (2,70). Hasil uji-t, secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan nilai thitung (4,403) > ttabel (1,984), secara parsial kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan nilai thitung (3,607) > ttabel (1,984) serta secara parsial fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan nilai thitung (2,293) > ttabel (1,984). Hasil uji-R2, nilai adjusted r square adalah 0,549, artinya kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan dan fasilitas mampu menjelaskan kepuasan nasabah sebesar 54,9%, sedangkan selebihnya dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepercayaan, Fasilitas, Kepuasan Nasaba
