The cause of slow development of physiotherapy in after stroke patients is caused by muscle contraction was not optimal again. In previous research, have successfully designed and tested a non-clinical electrical stimulator in order to maintain the ability of lower limb muscle contractions. This research design a four channel electrical stimulator in order to maintain the ability for muscle contractions of the upper limb of stroke patients so they do not experience muscle degeneration. Electrical stimulator used in previous studies should be retested if all the parameters used in upper limb muscles in accordance with the amount required by upper limb muscles. After being tested on normal subjects, obtained voltage parameters should be adjusted and has a maximum stimulation of 70 V

Examining Inter-organizational Network During Emergency Response of Gunungkidul Drought 2019

Drought is a disaster that often occurs in Gunungkidul Regency, where the condition was exacerbated by the occurrence of a long drought in 2019 (BMKG, 2019). Beside climatic and geological factors, drought is also caused by the involvement of multi-stakeholders, including local governments in managing drought emergency conditions. This research presented a case study on drought disaster management in Gunungkidul in 2019, where qualitative and social network analysis research methods were applied. Social network analysis was used to examine the central actors of the organizations involved in drought management and the role of networks in these levels of government. Meanwhile, qualitative methods were used to explore the factors influencing the network. The results show that the central actors during the emergency response were BPBD, PMI, and PDAM of Gunungkidul Regency. Meanwhile, the role of inter-organizational networks at the district level had been optimized by performing command and control over developments in the situation, involving community organizations and business institutions. Furthermore, on the factors affecting the network, everything had been maximized except two factors that were still lacking, including partnerships and the use of sophisticated information technology

The Problematic of Waqf Representatives and The Settlement of Disputes

The problems in this research are how the problems of Waqf that often occur, the settlement of Waqf land disputes that are asked for back by the heirs, the obstacles faced in resolving the Waqf land disputes that are asked back by the heirs at the Semarang Religious Court. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the Waqf dispute that arose was triggered by, among others, the denial of the Waqf pledge, the desire to withdraw the assets that had been donated. Waqf dispute resolution is pursued in several stages which are carried out stratifically, namely deliberation, mediation, arbitration and the High Religious Court. The obstacle in the process of resolving Waqf disputes is the absence of orderly administration in the practice of Waqf, especially based on authentic evidence such as Waqf pledges and evidence of records at the local KUA District

Kerjasama Indonesia Belanda dalam Pencegahan Penyelundupan Narkotika Periode 2010-2016

Indonesia has become the destination country for narcotics trafficking from transnational crime syndicates because of its consumptive community pattern. It is realized by the Police as a law enforcement agency responsible for eradicating narcotics to prevent the entry of narcotics distribution to the Indonesian territory from the produce country of Narcotics Europe’s Manufacturers like the Netherlands. Cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands has been established officially since June 16, 2010 through a Memorandum of Understanding. The purpose of this research is to understand the cooperation done by Indonesia and the Netherlands in the effort of preventing narcotics smuggling and narcotics distribution to Indonesia by transnational crime syndicate. The research method used in this research is qualitative method, descriptive research type of analysis, and through library data collection techniques. Analysis of cooperation was also conducted to test the follow -up of cooperation between the two parties, namely Indonesia and the Netherlands. Cooperation in this research is analyzed by using achievement approach and interest which can be elaborated with the framework of thinking that is realism paradigm, concept of bilateral cooperation, and interest concept. The results of this analysis then prove that the cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands implemented in the relationship JCLEC - CILC - Interpol, is not really effective because there are still many interests between the two parties. This is because the absence of an Indoneisa-Dutch extradition treaty is due to prosecute the defend Narcotics Crimes who escaped to the Netherlands can not be done even though there has been communication to both parties up to Interpol

PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, PENILAIAN KINERJA, KOMPENSASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PRATAMA PURWOKERTO

Sumber Daya Manusia memiliki peranan penting dalam suatu organisasi. Organisasi adalah alat untuk mencapai tujuan yang harus mampu memberikan kejelasan status kepada seseorang dalam organisasi tersebut, baik dalam hal ikatan, kedudukan dan peranan. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai adalah memperhatikan komitmen organisasi, penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto, (3) Untuk mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah teknik sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto sebanyak 76 orang pegawai. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Ada pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto, (2) Ada pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto, (3) Ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto, (4) Ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto, dan (5) Variabel kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di KPP Pratama Purwokerto

Sifat Fisis Dan Mekanis Roda Gigi Reducer Sebelum Dan Sesudah Proses Heat Treatment

Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pada roda gigi reducer ini dilakukan proses heat treatment. Tujuan dari peneliltian pada roda gigi reducer dengan merk TKB, CEA, CCM adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas roda gigi reducer, mengetahui komposisi bahan, struktur mikro, kekerasan, sebelum dan sesudah heat treatment. Bahan yang dipakai pada penelitian ini berupa roda gigi reducer merk TKB, CEA, CCM. Pada spesimen dilakukan proses heat treatment berupa pemanasan pada suhu 950 ºC selama kurang lebih 1 jam, heat treatment ini berupa quenching, aging, annealing. Pengujian yang dilakukan antara lain uji komposisi kimia dengan standar ASTM E 415, struktur mikro dengan standar ASTM E 3, dan uji kekerasan Vickers dengan standar ASTM E 92. Dari uji komposisi kimia, roda gigi cacing silindris merk TKB, CEA, CCM, unsur paduan paling dominan adalah karbon (C), merk TKB: 4.4182%, CEA: 4.9736%, CCM: 3.7225%, untuk batang cacing dengan merk TKB, CEA, CCM, unsur paduan paling dominan mangan (Mn), merk TKB: 0.9640%, CEA: 0.9225%, CCM: 0.7100%. Untuk uji struktur mikro roda gigi cacing silindris merk TKB, CEA, CCM di temukan fasa grafit, ferit,sebelum dan sesudah proses heat treatment berupa quenching untuk aging dan annealing tambah fasa perlit, pada batang cacing merk TKB, CEA, CCM di dapat fasa ferit dan perlit sebelum dan sesudah proses heat treatment. Hanya untuk quenchig merk TKB muncul fasa martensit, Jadi tidak ada perubahan fasa pada roda gigi cacing silindris dan batang cacing. Pada uji kekerasan roda gigi cacing silindris dan batang cacing merk TKB, CEA, dan CCM mempunyai peningkatan kekerasan setelah proses heat treatment berupa quenching, sehingga proses ini cocok untuk meningkatkan kekerasan bahan tersebut. Sedangkan untuk proses aging dan annealing mengalami penurunan kekerasan
