    The Capacity Efficiency Of Production Machinery And Raw Material Supply Control : Production Process In "Galvanized Steel" Company, Bekasi City

    To produce a product that is of good quality with a smooth production process, it is necessary to establish a system of Machine Efficiency Capacity and Raw Material Supplies appropriately, this is intended to make it easier for companies to meet the required quantity of production and efficiency efficiently and certainly affect the smooth production. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Effect of Capacity of Machine Efficiency in Production and Inventory Control of Raw Materials on the Smooth Production Process in Bekasi Branch "Galvanized Steel" Company. The type of research used is observation with a multiple linear regression analysis model with 32 samples. The regression test results show that 58.5%, the smoothness of the production process can be explained by the capacity of machine efficiency, and control of inventory of raw materials, while the remaining 41.5% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. F test results show that simultaneously the efficiency of production machinery and raw material inventory control have a significant effect on the smooth production process. The results of the t test show partially the capacity of machine efficiency has a significant effect on the smoothness of the production process while the control variables for raw material inventory have no significant effect on the smooth production process in the branch company "GALVANIZED STEEL" Bekas

    Kopi adalah minuman segar yang terbuat dari olahan biji kopi. Kopi merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman perkebunan yang sudah lama dibudidayakan dan memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Kebanyakan para pecinta kopi tidak tahu bagaimana cara membuat kopi dengan menggunakan alat French Press, maka dari itu  penulis membuat animasi penyedehan kopi dengan alat French Press agar dapat menambah pengetahuan bagi seseorang yang ingin membuat kopi sendiri dirumah atau hanya ingin mengetahui cara penyeduhan kopi mengguanakan teknik French Press. Informasi mengenai penyeduhan kopi dengan teknik French Press dikemas dengan animasi 3D serta dibuat menggunakan sofware 3DS Max dan Wandershare Filmora. Software 3DS Max berfungsi untuk membuat objek, memberi texture dan pembuatan animasi, sedangkan Software Wandershare Filmora berfungsi untuk proses pengeditan dari animasi yang sudaah menjadi video serta diberi penambhan sound, dan text sehingga tampilannya menjadi lebih menarik

    Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada kompensasi (X1), komitmen organisasional (X2) dan kinerja guru (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 35 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru tidak tetap non-pns di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap kompensasi berada pada kategori sedang, komitmen organisasional berada pada kategori tinggi, dan kinerja guru tidak tetap non-pns di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur, diperoleh hasil bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasional.; This research was conducted at SMK Bina Tourism Lembang. The problem studied in this research is teacher performace who didn’t optimal. Focus of this research is compensation (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and teacher performance (Y). The method used is survey explanatory. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires that were distributed to 35 respondents. Respondents in this study are all non-civil servant teachers are not full time at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The result showed that the perception of teachers to compensation in middle category, organizational commitment at the high category, and the performance of non-civil servant teachers at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang in the middle category. Based on the results of path analysis, the result that compensation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment

    Penelitian ini merupakan kuasi eksperimen, dengan populasi penelitian siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Subang tahun pelajaran 2013-2014. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas meliputi kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi perbedaan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan proses sains antara siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis praktikum melalui inkuiri terbimbing dengan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran praktikum verifikasi. Rancangan penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah the static group pretest-postest design. Instrumen pengumpul data adalah tes penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Analisis data menggunakan t-test dan uji korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan penguasaan konsep siswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol (Sig.= 0,000; p < 0,05), demikian pula pada keterampilan proses sains siswa (Sig =0,017; p < 0,05). Korelasi penguasaan konsep dengan keterampilan proses menunjukan hubungan linier signifikan (Sig=0,00; p < 0,05) yang tergolong kategori sedang (r=0,594). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis praktikum melalui inkuiri terbimbing lebih efektif daripada pembelajaran praktikum verifikasi dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan proses sains siswa, Antara peningkatan penguasaan konsep dengan keterampilan proses sains terdapat korelasi linier. The study sample consisted of two classes include experimental class and control class. The purpose of this study was to obtain information differences mastery of concepts and science process skills among students who use the lab-based learning through guided inquiry with students who use the learning lab verification. The research design in this study is the static group pretest-posttest design. Data collection instrument is a test mastery of concepts and science process skills of students. Data analysis using a t-test and correlation test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there were significant differences in students 'mastery of concepts between the experimental class and control class (Sig. = 0.000, p <0.05), as well as the students' science process skills (Sig = 0.017, p <0.05) . Correlation mastery of concepts with process skills showed a significant linear relationship (Sig = 0.00, p <0.05) were classified as medium category (r = 0.594). It shows that lab-based learning through guided inquiry learning is more effective than lab verification to improve the mastery of concepts and science process skills of students, between the increase in the mastery of concepts with science process skills there is a linear correlation.     Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) may cause positive and negative impacts in developing countries, such as in Indonesia. The positive impact of FDI may enhance economic growth in developing countries, on the other hand, negative impacts of FDI may cause environmental pollution and environmental degradation. FDI in Indonesia has already increased economic growth, however, the environmental degradation and environmental pollution cannot be avoided. In certain extent, in order to gain a great profit, FDI can be used by the foreign investor to violate human rights and the environment in the host states. Unfortunately, the government in developing countries often sacrifice the interest of environment to booast economic growth. Hence, it is crucial to have a good policy in FDI as well as environmental protection. State needs to balance the interest of environment and economic growth, since both of them are interdependence. The existence of FDI shall not hinder the political will of the house state to protect the environment. However, it is essential to enhance the role of the host state government to have a good policy of FDI in order to protect the environment. The paper undertakes a critical examination of the issues relating to the impacts of FDI to the protection of environment in Indonesia. Furthermore, it also analizes the challenges and opportunities to enhance environmental protection. The research method of this article is qualitative and the approach of the research is normative. The research finds that the role of the host sate to have agood policy in FDI as well as protection of the environment is paramount

    This study aims to describe the contribution of research-based learning methods to the development of independent spaces in Taman Anak Salam Yogyakarta. A particular education system can choose ways, techniques, and approaches to deliver lessons and describe difficult experiences that can be made accessible so that children understand. Simple research practices will teach children to think factually, objectively, and verifiable from an early age. Research is the process of proving something independently and opening up free spaces for children. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation, with facilitator research subjects and research objects contributing research-based learning methods in developing independent spaces at TA Salam Yogyakarta. The results of this study are that research-based learning methods can contribute to separate areas for children in Taman Anak Salam Yogyakarta

    Common but Differentiated responsibility is one of the principles which has been adopted in the Kyoto Protocol. Common but differentiated responsibility requires us to recognize that because of historical circumstances, countries at different stages of development have different capacities, and consequently different levels of kind of responsibility for dealing with International environmental issues. Implicit in this dichotomization is the notion that developing countries lack sufficient technical expertise, regulatory and administrative efficacy, and economic capability to reduce green house gases. The Implementaion of common but differentiated responsibility principle under the Kyoto Protocol embodys in three flexible mechanisms. These mechanism include emission trading, joint implementation, and clean development mechanism. To maintain the broader participation from develop and developing countries the Implementaion of common but differentiated responsibility principle should be based on equity principle. However, without the participation of the United States to the Kyoto Protocol mechanisms cause the implementation of the protocol less effective because the United States is the biggest emitter in the world

It focuses on the cross functioning of right and left brains by showing the connection between the two as well as uncovering the functions of the brain elements for the early early childhood learning. It argues that in education, the brains have three different functions, i.e. the rational (IQ), the emotional (EQ), and and the spiritual (SQ). Tunarungu merupakan kelainan secara fisik dimana seseorang tersebut mengalami kelainan dalam pendengarannya, salah satu dampak dari ketunarunguan tersebut adalah anak mengalami hambatan dalam perkembangan bahasa. Bahasa merupakan suatu keterampilan yang terdiri dari keretampilan berbahasa ekpresif (berbicara dan menulis) dan keterampilan berbahasa reseptif (menyimak dan membaca).Awal pemerolehan bahasa adalah melalui menyimak. Menyimak diakui sebagai suatu keahlian komunikasi verbal yang sulit dan unik dibandingkan dengan komunikasi verbal lainnya, karena menyimak tidak sekedar merupakan aktivitas mendengar tetapi merupakan sebuah proses memperoleh berbagai fakta, bukti atau informasi tertentu yang didasarkan pada penilaian dan penetapan sebuah reaksi individual yang memerlukan ketajaman perhatian, konsentrasi, sikap mental yang aktif dan kecerdasan dalam mengasimilasi serta menerapkan setiap gagasan. Pada umumnya pembelajaran menyimak pada anak tunarungu terbatas hanya dengan menggunakan indera penglihatan (visual), yaitu dengan menangkap ucapan orang lain (melalui gerak bibir pembicara), sehingga bila pembicara kurang jelas atau terlalu cepat melafalkannya secara otomatis anak akan kesulitan atau bahkan tidak akan mengerti maksud si pembicara.Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu metode yang dapat lebih membantu anak tunarungu dalam proses pembelajaran menyimak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan menyimak anak tunarungu dengan menerapkan metode multisensori. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka disusunlah rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: “apakah penerapan metode multisensori dapat mengembangkan keterampilan menyimak pada anak tunarungu kelas1”?. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut maka penulis melaksanakan penelitian di SLB B-C YGP BL. Limbangan Garut dengan subjek penelitian adalah seorang siswa kelas 1 SDLB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen melalui pendekatan Single Subject Research dengan desain A-B-A. Hasil penelitian pada subjek “SL” menunjukkan adanya peningkatan persentase keterampilan menyimak setelah diberikan intervensi. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil mean levelpada baseline-1 (A-1) diperoleh persentase 0%, pada fase intervensi (B)menjadi 56,25%, dan 90% pada baseline-2 (A-2).Oleh sebab itu, peneliti merekomendasikan penerapan metode multisensori dalam proses pembelajaran pengembanganketerampilan menyimak pada anak tunarungu, karena dengan memanfaatkan seluruh kemampuan indera yang dimiliki anak, anak mendapatkan pengalaman yang lebih mendalam sehingga tujuan peneliti dapat tercapai
