Islam regulates economic life for the benefit of all. Waqf can be a solution in creating mutual benefit in society. This study aims to analyze the comparison between the practice of waqf for both Muslims and non-Muslims. This study uses qualitative methods. Samples in this study are the Islamic Hospital of endowments and the Gates Foundation. Data were analyzed using descriptive-analytical methods. The results show that the Gates Foundation and UNISMA use funds from their business management to distribute to the public. If UNISMA distributes waqf funds for business development and to achieve goodness, the gates foundation is entirely donated to the public. JANJI (WA’AD) SEBAGAI JARING PENGAMAN PADA TRANSAKSI KEUANGAN DAN BISNIS SYARIAH

Islam mempunyai sistem yang adil dalam mengatur aktivitas perekonomian. Wa’ad atau janji merupakan praktek yang lazim digunakan pada transaksi. MUI melalui mengeluarkan fatwa untuk melindungi praktek wa’ad secara islam. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengobservasi apakah fatwa MUI mengenai wa’ad benar benar bertujuan positif bagi transaksi secara syariat. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan dalam mengumpulkan data. Studi ini merupakan review dari penetapan fatwa MUI tentang salah satu hukum islam yang digunakan pada akad jual beli. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa akad wa’ad seperti transaksi produk makanan harus diawasi oleh pihak berwenang seperti BPPOM. Hal ini untuk menghindari kerugian bagi pihak konsumen perihal penyalahgunaan akad wa’ad, seperti janji bahwa produk yang dijual adalah halal atau tidak kadaluarsa. Selain itu, wa’ad dalam tarnsaksi keuangan juga harus disertai dengan perjanjian tertulis sebagai pengaman. Wa’ad pada keuangan syariah memang belum mempunyai ketetapan hukum yang jelas, baik pada undang undang, maupun pada Al qur’an. Introduction. Library repositories are indispensable for academics during a pandemic. This study aims to analyze citation trends during a pandemic.Methodology. This study uses bibliometric methods to analyze metadata of publications on the Web of Science page. The samples collected were around 481 in the range of 2020-2022. Data were analyzed using Biblioshiny in R Studio.Results and discussion. The results found that the most citation trends were in journals with a medical scope. The journals with the most manuscripts are journals with a library scope. Meanwhile, the keywords with the most citations relate to the research methodology. Meanwhile, the number of citations during the pandemic is actually high, and even in journals with a medical scope, it can reach thousands every year.Conclusion. The citations related to repository publications in libraries are not only focused on journals with a library scope, but also focused on journals with non-libraries.

Impact of Agricultural Land and the Output of Agricultural Products Moderated with Internet Users toward the Total export of Agricultural Product in Three Islamic South East Asian Countries

Agriculture was the key to preserving the main supply of food. Internet users could moderate the output of agricultural product. This study aims to explore and indepth analysis on the   agricultural land and its products moderated with internet users could affect the total exports of agricultural materials in. This study used secondary data collected from sesric.org and fao.org from three OIC countries, Idonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei. This study used the number of internet users as a moderating variable on the effect of agricultural production which was divided into several types toward exports. The endogenous variable was total export, a moderating variable was the total of internet users, while the agricultural products were exogenous variables. The data were analyzed using moderated regression analysis to observe if the moderating variable affected exogenous variables. The result found that before the variables such as width of agricultural land, total output of cow’s meat, chicken’s meat, and freshwater fish were being moderated by number of internet users, all of them had no significant effect to total export

"Trends of research topics related to Halal meat as a commodity between Scopus and Web of Science: A systematic review "

Background: People are more aware of halal products in commodity markets. Halal meat is an essential commodity for society in the Islamic commodity market in particular. The objective of this study was to analyze differences in research trends related to halal meat in published papers indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. The objective is to observe how was halal meat as commodity become the trend of research written by Indonesian authors, as well as what was the novelty of the research trend related to such tiopic. Methods: This study used purposive sampling with a bibliometric approach in collecting the samples. The samples were published papers from the Scopus and Web of Science (SCI) databases from 2006 to 25th October 2021. The were 154 samples found from cSopus and 50 samples in Web of Science (SCI). Analysis was performed by VOSviewer and biblioshiny. Results: Overall, 154 papers from Scopus and 50 from SCI were analyzed. Scopus and SCI exhibited different research trends. Moreover, papers from Scopus were dominated by Indonesian authors; those from SCI were not. The source growth of published papers in SCI was more dynamic than that in Scopus. The research trends in papers from SCI were more focused on the types of meat and the source itself. This was different to papers in Scopus, which placed greater emphasis on the supply chain. Conclusions: This paper can act as a reference for continued research into halal meat in commodity markets, especially in Islamic countries. Effect of industrial digitalization on total halal meat production in Java

The demand for halal meat in Indonesia is very large. Java Island is an area with a large production of halal meat in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of digital equipment, Human Development Index levels, and digital payment modes on the productivity level of halal meat in the three largest provinces on the island of Java. This study uses panel data on the number of digital device usage, Human Development Index, number of digital payments, and total production of halal meat in East Java, West Java, and Central Java in 2015-2022. Data were analyzed using Eviews 10 software. The results show that digital devices used in the halal meat industry do not necessarily affect halal meat production in the provinces of East Java, Central Java, and West Java. Research trends of Moringa oleifera Lam as Remedy toward Cattle's embryo according to the frequently used words in content of papers and citations

Moringa oleifera is an herb that has the potential to reduce the mortality rate of an embryo. Research about Moringa oleifera treatment toward an embryo of livestock was quite a number. However, there were still very few previous studies that explain the trend of research related to that topic in this decade, 2010–2023. This study tried to observe the research trend related to Moringa oleifera treatment to embryos of livestock in terms of frequently used words inside papers along with their citations. This study gathered 132 data samples from Scopus and 41 data from PubMed and processed them using the bibliometric method. The bibliometric software used was Vosviewer to produce the image of the author's keyword connection and trend and biblioshiny for depicting frequently words used as a title and inside content and mean of total citation/year. This study also used R Studio to complement Vosviewer in conducting the bibliometric method. The result showed that there was no author's keyword that depicted ruminant-type animals instead of cow, and no name of the animal as livestock that was being used as a title of the sample papers. There were also no papers that observed Moringa oleifera to treat sick embryos of livestock and the previous studies used as samples also had a low mean of total citation/year
