This research intends to obtain objective information about theinfluence of the principals achievement motivation and social intelligence towardthe effectiveness of Madrasah Tsanawiyah principals in Pontianak Regency. Thisstudy uses a quantitative approach, the type of causal study (study the influence).This study is a population The amount of population in this research consist ofstate and private Madrasah Tsanawiyah, in the amount of the teachers are 75persons. The research instrument is a questionnaire, analytical techniques used isLinear Regression. The result of analysis shows: (1) Achievement motivationsignificantly influence the effectiveness of the leadership of MadrasahTsanawiyah Principals in Pontianak Regency with sig 0,004, (2) Socialintelligence and significantly influence the effectiveness of the leadership ofMadrasah Tsanawiyah in Pontianak Regency with sig of 0,000, (3) SocialIntelligence and achievement motivation significantly effect on leadershipeffectiveness in of Madrasah Tsanawiyah principals Pontianak Regency in theamount of 0,589 The rest of 0,411 are the influences that come from otherfactors outside of the research

Gambaran Pengetahuan dan Sikap Pasien Fraktur Tentang Tehnik Relaksasi Nafas dalam di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi Tahun 2014

Hampir semua orang dengan nyeri kronis mendapatkan manfaat dari metode-metode relaksasi.Periode relaksasi yang teratur dapat membantu untuk melawan keletihan dan ketegangan ototyang dengan nyeri kronis dan yang meningkatkan nyeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan dan Sikap Pasien Fraktur Tentang Tehnik RelaksasiNafas Dalam Di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi Tahun 2014.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif yaitu suatu penelitian yang berfungsimenggambarkan kondisi yang ditemukan di lapangan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulanSeptember 2014. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien fraktur yang dirawat diRSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi Tahun 2014 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 respondendengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakaninstrument berupa kuessioner yang kemudian diolah secara univariat.Hasil penelitian dari 52 responden, sebagian besar berpengetahuan cukup yaitu 23 (44,2%)responden, dan sebagian kecil berpengetahuan baik yaitu 9 (17,3%) responden. Bersikappositif yaitu 38 (73,1%) responden, dan bersikap negatif yaitu 14 (26,9%) responden.Berdasarkan hasil peneltian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa pengetahuan pasien yang tinggiberbanding lurus dengan sikap pasien fraktur tentang tehnik relaksasi nafas dalam di RSUDRaden Mattaher Jambi Tahun 2014. Diharapkan kepada seluruh perawat yang ada di RSUDRaden Mattaher Jambi agar dapat memberikan informasi yang lebih banyak kepada pasiendan keluarga, bahkan menerapkan tehnik ini kepada pasien yang mengalami nyeri terutamapada pasien fraktur, karena diketahui bahwa tehnik ini sangatlah mudah dan murah untukdilaksanaka

Farmers\u27 Perception to the Role of Extension Workers on Kaligesing Goat Farm Management in Kaligesing, Purworejo

. The aims of this research were to describe the characteristics of Kaligesing goat farmers; to analyze the farmers\u27 perceptions on the role of extension workers as conduit of information, as mentors, organizers and dynamic factor, technicians and liaisons; to discover the relationship between the farmers\u27 characteristics with farmers\u27 perceptions; and to investigate the relationship between farmers\u27 perceptions to goat maintenance management. The respondents were goat farmers in Kaligesing, Purworejo, Central Java Province. Data were obtained from questionnaire survey method. Determining location, the research applied combination of stratified sampling method with purposive random sampling. Total respondents were 159 farmers with nine farmer groups as samples. Analysis was subject to Spearman Rank, resulting that age, education level and farming experience were not significant to the farmers\u27 perceptions to the role of extension workers, but the ownership of livestock had a very significant relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.240, group classes had also very significant relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.414, and frequency of meeting with extension workers have a significant relationships with a correlation coefficient of 0.202. Farmers\u27 perceptions to the role of extension workers had very significant relationships to the maintenance management with a correlation coefficient of 0.393

In this research method used is quantitative method, the type of comparative studies, to compare existing organizational culture in school achievement. Data used primary data. The results showed that (1) There is no significant difference between organizational culture at SMA Negeri 3 with SMA Ignatius with a significance level of 0.984. (2) There is no significant difference between Cultural Organization in SMA Negeri 3 with MA Model with a significance level of 0.208. (3) There is no significant difference between organizational culture at SMA Negeri 3 with MA YPPU with a significance level of 0.778. (4) There is no significant difference between Cultural Organization in State MA Model with MA YPPU with a significance level of 0.768. (5) There is no significant difference between Cultural Organization in State MA Model with Ignatius High School with a significance level of 0.097. (6) There is no significant difference between Cultural Organization in Ignatius High School with MA YPPU with a significance level of 0.562

The Cashew Cluster Industry Development in East Java

Industrial cluster approach as an development strategy has been adopted nationally and continues to be strengthened in recent years. National Development Programme of 2003 mandated the cluster approach in the development of small and medium industries. Presidential Regulation No. 07 of 2005 states that national industrial development focused on strengthening and growth of the ten priority industrial clusters. The research is aimed to formulated strategy of cashew ind ustry cluster development in East Java. The data used are primary and secondary data, analyzed using Porter's Diamond. The research was conducted in S umenep, Sampang, and Bangkalan, using the survey in March - April 2011. Data analysis was conducted descriptively using Porter's Diamond Model. The results showed that the cashew industry cluster in East Java has not been going well as expected. The linkage between upstream and downstream industries are still weak, so is the quality of the products produced. Classical problems which have obstructed the development of the cashew industry in this region are crop productivity, product quality, regulatory and policy difficult to implement, still can not fully overcome. Determinant factor is the key to successful development of industrial clusters is the availability of raw cashew nuts, infrastructure, government policy, the interaction between players in the industry, the availability of supporting institutions, upstream and downstream industries, product demand conditions and the availability of foreign investors. Therefore, the handling can not be done spatially, must be supported by all sides and done in an integrated way. Cashew cluster industry development strategy needs to be done by improving government policy (regulation of markets for industrial products cashew, cashew export tax implementation, mandatory SNI nut products, improvement of the domestic market); strengthening the upstream and downstream industries (productivity and quality of cashew, increase the ability of the cashew processing industry); and optimization of the interaction between the core industry by supporting industry and other related institutions (farmers' cashew, cashew industry, food industry and beverage, industrial equipment & machinery, exporters, traders, government agencies, research and development institutes, associations industry, transportation and financial services/banking)
