Pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi dan Kecerdasan Sosial Kepala Madrasah terhadap Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Pontianak

Abstract

This research intends to obtain objective information about theinfluence of the principals achievement motivation and social intelligence towardthe effectiveness of Madrasah Tsanawiyah principals in Pontianak Regency. Thisstudy uses a quantitative approach, the type of causal study (study the influence).This study is a population The amount of population in this research consist ofstate and private Madrasah Tsanawiyah, in the amount of the teachers are 75persons. The research instrument is a questionnaire, analytical techniques used isLinear Regression. The result of analysis shows: (1) Achievement motivationsignificantly influence the effectiveness of the leadership of MadrasahTsanawiyah Principals in Pontianak Regency with sig 0,004, (2) Socialintelligence and significantly influence the effectiveness of the leadership ofMadrasah Tsanawiyah in Pontianak Regency with sig of 0,000, (3) SocialIntelligence and achievement motivation significantly effect on leadershipeffectiveness in of Madrasah Tsanawiyah principals Pontianak Regency in theamount of 0,589 The rest of 0,411 are the influences that come from otherfactors outside of the research
