Testing Device for Testing of Bevel Gears

Tato práce pojednává o návrhu elektricky uzavřeného zkušebního okruhu pro testování kuželových ozubených kol. Jedná se o experimentální stanoviště, na kterém je možné testovat kuželová kola různého materiálu, převodového poměru a modulu. Zařízení umožňuje vnášet nerovnoměrný záběr a sledovat různé typy mazání. Práce dále pojednává o návrhu vlastních čidel pro měření krouticího momentu a následném experimentálním měření na těchto čidlech. V této práci je provedena MKP analýza vybraných dílů stanoviště.This thesis deals with design of an electrically closed test circuit for testing bevel gear wheels. It is an experimental stand which allows to test bevel gears of various materials gear ratio and modulus. The device allows to enter uneven engagement and track different types of lubrication. The thesis also deals with the design of sensors for measuring the torque and experimental measurements on these sensors. In this work is performed FEM analysis of selected parts of the stand

Processing of Historical And Modern results of the Survey Activities Decision

Cílem této práce je praktické přepracování historických a novodobých výsledků zeměměřických činností na části k.ú. Leština u Světlé (680541), v rozsahu parcel KN č. 138/41 – 44, č. 138/49 – 50, č. 138/64 – 65, č. 138/72 a č. 138/81 – 96. Práce obsahuje popis zaměření situace v terénu, zpracování naměřených dat a popis výpočtů. Dále obsahuje popis vyhledání potřebných podkladů a jejich praktické přepracování. Výstupem této práce je protokol o vytyčení hranic pozemků.The objective of this thesis is practical processing of historical and modern results of the survey activities decision in part of k.ú. Leština u Světlé (680541) in the range parcel KN no. 138/41 - 44, no. 138/49 - 50, no. 138/64 - 65, no. 138/72 and no. 138/81 - 96. Thesis contains description of the measurement situation in the field, data processing and description of calculations. It also contains a description for finding necessary documents and their practical processing. This thesis output is a record of setting – out the lot boundaries.

The proteome of the heterocyst cell wall in Anabaena sp. PCC 7120

Anabaena sp. PCC 7120 is a filamentous cyanobacterium that serves as a model to analyze prokaryotic cell differentiation, evolutionary development of plastids, and the regulation of nitrogen fixation. The cell wall is the cellular structure in contact with the surrounding medium. To understand the dynamics of the cell wall proteome during cell differentiation, the cell wall from Anabaena heterocysts was enriched and analyzed. In line with the recently proposed continuity of the outer membrane along the Anabaena filament, most of the proteins identified in the heterocyst cell-wall fraction are also present in the cell wall of vegetative cells, even though the lipid content of both membranes is different

Synthesis of pyrazole containing α-amino acids via a highly regioselective condensation/aza-Michael reaction of β-aryl α,β-unsaturated ketones

A synthetic approach for the preparation of a new class of highly conjugated unnatural α-amino acids bearing a 5-arylpyrazole side-chain has been developed. Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reaction of an aspartic acid derived β-keto phosphonate ester with a range of aromatic aldehydes gave β-aryl α,β-unsaturated ketones. Treatment of these with phenyl hydrazine followed by oxidation allowed the regioselective synthesis of pyrazole derived α-amino acids. As well as evaluating the fluorescent properties of the α-amino acids, their synthetic utility was also explored with the preparation of a sulfonyl fluoride derivative, a potential probe for serine proteases

Import 23/08/2017Cílem práce je geodetické zaměření vodního toku Městeckého potoka v intravilánu obce Krucemburk a následné vyhotovení geometrického plánu pro rozdělení pozemků kolem zaměřeného toku. Práce popisuje vyhledání a připravení potřebných dat, zaměření situace v terénu, zpracování těchto naměřených dat v geodetickém programu GEUS, vyhotovení záznamu podrobného měření změn a geometrického plánu včetně vytyčení a předání vytyčených vlastnických hranic parcel v terénu vlastníkům. Výstupem práce je kompletní dokumentace záznamu podrobného měření změn a geometrický plán pro rozdělení pozemků v k. ú. Krucemburk. Vše provedeno v souladu s platnými předpisy.The objectives of this thesis is the geodetic surveying the watercourse of Městeckého brook in the built-up area of village Krucemburk and work out the survey sketch for the dividing of the lands. This thesis describes of finding and preparing the necessary data, measurement of the situation, data processing in geodetic program GEUS, work out documentation of detailed survey of changes and survey sketch including setting-out of the lot boundary and handover setting-out boundary their owners. Output of this thesis is complete documentation of detailed survey of changes and survey sketch for dividing of the lands in c. u. Krucemburk. katedra: KPE; rozsah: 133 s., 14 s. obr. přílohThis diploma thesis addresses the issue of management of value stream and production optimization of a selected product within a manufacturing company. The chosen methodics lead to production lead time shortening, increase of machinery productivity in a manufacturing plant and reduction of the number of operations performed on a product, while maintaining production volumes. In order to analyse and optimize the value stream the methodics are processed by Microsoft Visio. Microsoft Excel is used to create an algorithm for production lead time shortening, increase of machinery productivity and reduction of the number of operations. The above mentioned methodics were used in practice of a manufacturing company and their effectiveness is presented in this thesis.Předložená diplomová práce řeší problematiku managementu toku hodnot a jeho optimalizaci při výrobě zvoleného produktu uvnitř výrobní společnosti. Zvolené metodiky vedou ke zkrácení průběžné doby výroby produktu, ke zvýšení produktivity práce na výrobním zařízení a k snížení počtu prováděných činností na produktu, při zachování objemu výroby. Pro analýzu a optimalizaci hodnotového toku jsou metodiky zpracovány pomocí nástroje Microsoft Visio. Pro zkrácení průběžné doby výroby produktu, zvýšení produktivity práce a snížení počtu prováděných operací je vytvořen algoritmus pomocí nástroje Microsoft Excel. Uváděné metodiky byly použity v praxi výrobní společnosti a jejich účinnost je prezentována v této diplomové práci
