    The article explores the problem of understanding the essence of aesthetic emotions and their connection with artistic and expressive means in musical art by junior pupils. The main objectives of the process of modeling aesthetic emotions by junior pupils in music class are determined. The paper cites parts of junior school music classes in which the pupils got acquainted with a matrix that allows identifying the moods and feelings expressed by different kinds of music, analyzes the means of musical expressiveness, and creates a model of the aesthetic emotions of the sublime and the comic. The rationale for using the methods of plastic and color modeling of music in the process of comprehending the content is explained.El artículo explora el problema de comprender la esencia de las emociones estéticas y su conexión con los medios artísticos y expresivos en el arte musical de los alumnos menores. Se determinan los objetivos principales del proceso de modelado de emociones estéticas por parte de los alumnos menores en la clase de música.     Universality and correlations in individuals wandering through an online extremist space

    The 'out of the blue' nature of recent terror attacks and the diversity of apparent motives, highlight the importance of understanding the online trajectories that individuals follow prior to developing high levels of extremist support. Here we show that the physics of stochastic walks, with and without temporal correlation, provides a unifying description of these online trajectories. Our unique dataset comprising all users of a global social media site, reveals universal characteristics in individuals' online lifetimes. Our accompanying theory generates analytical and numerical solutions that describe the characteristics shown by individuals that go on to develop high levels of extremist support, and those that do not. The existence of these temporal and also many-body correlations suggests that existing physics machinery can be used to quantify and perhaps mitigate the risk of future events

    6p.[EN] The genus Rhaponticum in East Asia has always been a taxon for discussion. Rhaponticum carthamoides from East Siberia comprises three subspecies: carthamoides, chamarensis and orientale. Even though they differ in morphology, they do not have isolated areas. Rhaponticum satzyperovii was recently described and its author pointed out its affinity with Rh. uniflorum. Plant height, stem indumentum, and radical and stem leaf dissection were signaled as the diagnostic characters. Our present study on living and herbarium specimens of Rh. satzyperovii shows that the diagnostic characters are not consistent. The species area was also claimed to be an argument for considering Rh. satzyperovii a distinct species. This area covers the south of the Primorye Province in the Far East of Russia with some locations in the adjacent Jewish Autonomous Region and in China. In our study, the area of Rh. satzyperovii is found to be within the area of Rh. uniflorum and thereafter they turned out to have no disjunction. In East Asia, Rh. uniflorum is characterized by a wide range of morphological variability. We suggest that Rh. satzyperovii should be included within Rh. uniflorum without any taxonomic rank.[ES] discutido. Rhaponticum satzyperovii fue descrito recientemente y su autor señaló su afinidad con Rh. uniflorum. Los caracteres diagnósticos fueron la altura de la planta, el indumento del tallo y las divisiones de las hojas basales y caulinares. Nuestro estudio de plantas vivas y muestras de herbario de Rh. satzyperovii muestra que los caracteres diagnósticos no son consistentes. El área de distribución también se argumentó para considerar Rh. satzyperovii una especie diferente. El área cubre el sur de la provincia de Primorye en el extremo Este de Russia con algunas localidades en la adyacente región Autónoma Judía y en China. En nuestro estudio hemos visto que el área de Rh. satzyperovii está dentro del área de Rh. uniflorum y por lo tanto no cabe hablar de disyunción. En el Este de Asia, Rh. uniflorum se caracteriza por un amplio rango de variabilidad morfológica.     Connection of the emotional intellect and the emotional burnout of students

    The aim of the publication is to present the research results of the connection between the emotional intellect and the emotional burnout among the students of pedagogical college; and disclose the peculiarities of this conection.Methods. Theoretical and methodological bases of work are concepts of «Emotional Intelligence» by D. V. Lyusin and «MBI» (Ch. Maslach and S. Jackson, adaptation by N. E. Vodopyanova), ideas by D. Goulman, R. Cooper; and also approaches to research of emotional intelligence by P. Sulloway and J. Meyer.Results. Data on correlation of emotional intelligence and emotional burnout of students of pedagogical specialties are obtained and described. Phases of manifestation of burnout and levels of formation of intelligence are revealed. The stated research makes a contribution to further studying of the emotional and strong-willed sphere of young men and girls, expands ideas of the nature of emotional intelligence and a syndrome of burning out and gives the chance to plan the further directions of prevention and correction of this syndrome at students through development of their emotional intelligence. These actions will allow to include internal resources for resistance to stress increase that will promote success and competitiveness of the personality in the modern world.Scientific novelty. The connection of emotional intelligence and a syndrome of emotional burnout among young people of student's age is considered for the first time. Results of empirical part of work prove existence of inverse relation of emotional burnout and emotional intelligence that allows to conduct further more in-depth studies in this sphere.Practical significance. Results of the presented research can be used in practical activities of psychologists for development of the correctional developing programs of an emotional condition of students.Цель статьи – представить результаты исследования связи эмоционального интеллекта с эмоциональным выгоранием у студентов педагогического вуза и раскрыть особенности этой связи. Методология исследования. Теоретико-методологическими основами работы явились концепции «ЭмИн» Д. В. Люсина и «MBI» (К. Маслач и С. Джексон, адаптация Н. Е. Водопьяновой), идеи Д. Гоулмана, Р. Купера, а также подходы к исследованию эмоционального интеллекта П. Салоуэя и Дж. Мэйера. Результаты. Получены и описаны данные о корреляции эмоционального интеллекта и эмоционального выгорания у студентов педагогических специальностей. Выявлены фазы проявления выгорания и уровни сформированности интеллекта. Изложенное исследование вносит вклад в дальнейшее изучение эмоционально-волевой сферы юношей и девушек, расширяет представления о природе эмоционального интеллекта и синдрома выгорания и дает возможность наметить дальнейшие направления профилактики и коррекции данного синдрома у студентов через развитие их эмоционального интеллекта. Эти мероприятия позволят включить внутренние ресурсы для повышения стрессоустойчивости, что будет способствовать успешности и конкурентоспособности личности в современном мире. Научная новизна работы состоит в том, что впервые рассматривается связь эмоционального интеллекта и синдрома эмоционального выгорания у молодых людей студенческого возраста. Результаты эмпирической части работы доказывают наличие обратной зависимости эмоционального выгорания и эмоционального интеллекта, что позволяет в дальнейшем проводить более глубокие исследования в данной сфере. Практическая значимость. Представленные материалы можно использовать в практической деятельности психологов для разработки коррекционно-развивающих программ эмоционального состояния студенто

    The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that the economic welfare of the society depends not only on commercial but also public budget activities. Citizens with different income levels are interested in the stable public social safety net. It is important to understand the nature and efficiency of the public welfare system aimed at protecting social and economic welfare for different categories of citizens. The study uses the benchmark method to understand the key trends. The analytical method of research is used to understand the common problems of the public welfare system. In Russia, the public social safety net has been established in order to protect social and economic welfare of those citizens who are unable to do it themselves. This system includes legal, financial, and organizational components. The laws specify the categories of people who are eligible to receive aid from public authorities. The system provides for welfare payments in cash and social services to citizens. Payments in cash are sourced from budgets of different levels. Social institutions are divided into several groups depending on sources of funding. The pension and health care systems in Vietnam have in common with those in Russia. However, citizens in Vietnam are more involved in funding these systems. The accounting and public contracting system allows social organizations to use public funds in an efficient and targeted manner. There are some problems of funding the social sector in remote areas. These problems can be solved through differential funding
