Es relacionen diverses especies de coleòpters de la família Carabidae, capturats a Catalunya, que els autors consideren de cert interès, tant per ser la primera vegada que es capturen al Principat com perquè les seves captures són sempre rares o esporàdiques en territori català.Note about Carabidae (Coleoptera) of Catalonia. Un duet per a flauta i fagot de Jaume Roura

The authors of this article present their edition of the duet by J.Roure. Their work starts with the biographical details currently known concerning the composer. Amongst these there is the fact that Roure was the choirmaster in Santa Maria de Mataró, Catalonia, unti1 his death in 1853. Vives and Martinez point out that the fact of the duet being the composer's only surviving work known to date, of it having been commissioned by the academies of the Pias Schools (Church schools) in Mataró, and of it being a chamber piece for two wind instruments make the publication of this work especially significant, particularly in terms of increasing an awareness of Catalan music in the first half of the nineteenth century.Los autores ofrecen la edición del dueto de J. Roura. Previamente, aportan los datos biográficos del compositor conocidos hasta el momento. Entre ellos, cabe destacar que Roura fue maestro de capilla de Santa Maria de Mataró hasta su Óbito en 1853. Vives y Martinez observan como el hecho de que se trate de la única obra conservada del compositor, hasta el presente, y que fuera una obra de encargo para las academias de las Escuelas Pías de Mataró. junto al hecho de auge se trate de repertorio de cámara para dos instrumentos de ' I viento, otorgan carta de relieve significativa a su edición y divulgación, de cara al mejor conocimiento del hecho musical catalán de la primera mitad del siglo XIX
