    104 Resumé - Summary Institutional Assurance of Environmental Protection in the Czech Republic The main aim of this work is to describe the principles, mechanisms and forms of institutional assurance of environmental protection in the Czech Republic. This thesis covers primarily the public-law institutions with the scope on the organisation of public administration in the area of environmental protection. The work consists of six parts. The first, general part begins with a definition of the term "Environment". This is followed by a description of the function of a state in the area of environmental protection, and means of assuring the protection - for which the state involvement is indispensable. The importance of environmental law is emphasized, and the basic principles of public administration operation are outlined. This part also contains a list of relevant sources of law of the environmental protection institutional assurance in the Czech Republic. The second part focuses on the role of individual government organisations in environmental protection. Described in detail, is the function of the legislative power and the four components of judicial power (civil, criminal, administration, and constitutional justice).     Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem projektu na rekonstrukci serverovny ve výrobní společnosti. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy týkající se projektu a dále ukazuje na metody projektového řízení jako identifikační listina projektu, logický rámec, swot analýza nebo hierarchická struktura činností. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav serverovny a na základě toho vytvořen návrh na projekt pro její rekonstrukci. U tohoto projektu je čerpáno ze znalostí nabytých v teoretické části. Projekt se zaměřuje zejména na časový rozvrh rekonstrukce, její rozpočet a také řízení lidských zdrojů. Dále je pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování vybrán vhodný nový server, kterým bude zrekonstruovaná serverovna vybavena.The bachelor work deals with the design of server room reconstruction project in the manufacturing company. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of the project and also points to project management methods as project identification, logframe, swot analysis or work breakdown structure. The practical part analyzes the current state of the server room and on this bases is created design of the project for reconstruction. This project is based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part. The project focuses on the timetable for reconstruction, its budget and human resources management.     Within the scope of the Symmetry journal special issue on: “The Nuclear Physics of Neutron Stars”, we complemented the nuclear equation of state (EoS) with a hypothetical 17 MeV boson and observed that only instances with an admixture of 30%–40% satisfy all of the constraints. The successful EoS resulted in a radius of around 13 km for a neutron star with mass MNS≈1.4M⊙ and in a maximum mass of around MNS≈2.5M⊙. The value of the radius is in agreement with the recent measurement by NICER. The maximum mass is also in agreement with the mass of the remnant of the gravitational wave event GW190814. Thus, it appears that these EoSs satisfy all of the existing experimental constraints and can be considered as universal nuclear equations of state

    Neutron stars are like nuclear physics laboratories, providing a unique opportunity to apply and search for new physics. In that spirit, we explored novel concepts of nuclear physics studied in a neutron star environment. Firstly, we investigated the reported 17 MeV boson, which has been proposed as an explanation to the 8Be, 4He and 12C anomaly, in the context of its possible influence on the neutron star structure, defining a universal Equation of State.     Pulse width modulation (PWM) is widely used in different applications. PWM transforms the information in the amplitude of a bounded input signal into the pulse width output signal without suffering from quantization noise. The frequency of the output signal is usually constant. In this paper, the new PWM system with frequency changing (PWMFM) is described. In such PWMFM the pulse width and also the carrier frequency are changed. Therefore, two independent pieces of information can be simultaneously transmitted over one channel; hence PWM and frequency modulation (FM) are simultaneously used. But such system needs 2 demodulators, one for PWM and the second for FM. PWMFM can be used in the following applications: LED light intensity control via PWM and several LED block switching by FM PWMFM is highly useful in motor speed control applications by PWM and direction of rotation with FM. PWMFM can be used also in a class-D audio amplifier for power control, e.g. coarse by means of FM and fine by PWM. PWMFM can be used for the simultaneous transmission of two independent information between all, mutual combinations of analog and digital circuits. The analog and digital circuits for modulation and demodulation of PWMF signal are described and measuring results are presented in this work
