Efectividad de la suplementación de tocoferol en comparación con ácido ascórbico al tratamiento convencional de caso nuevo tuberculosis pulmonar baciloscopía positiva en primer nivel. Ensayo clínico

El presente estudio es un ensayo clínico aleatorizado y controlado a triple ciego, fase IV, para evaluar la efectividad de tocoferol en comparación al ácido ascórbico en pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar baciloscopía positiva que reciben Tratamiento Acortado Estrictamente Supervisado (TAES) en el primer nivel de atención durante el periodo de Mayo 2015 a Enero 2016. Con los datos preliminares del estudio se puede observar que la administración de Tocoferol 400 UI vía oral al día en sujetos caso nuevo de tuberculosis pulmonar Bk+ adscritos al TAES con categoría I en primer nivel de atención, produce negativización temprana (dosis #27) en cultivos Löwenstein- Jensen, mejoría clínica demostrada por TBScore, aumento de hemoglobina, y mejoría nutricional en el 100% de los pacientes, en comparación con ácido ascórbico 500 mg vía oral cada día, sin embargo ácido ascórbico supera a tocoferol en la negativización temprana de baciloscopías.Tesis para optar al título de Doctor en Medicin

Financial flows and balance sheets of households and non-financial corporations in 2021

Artículo de revistaThe Financial Accounts of the Spanish Economy show that the financial situation of households and non-financial corporations strengthened in 2021. Unlike in 2020, households increased their outstanding debt in the form of bank loans, mainly loans for house purchase, in keeping with the real estate market’s greater buoyancy. However, given that household income grew more, their debt-to-income ratio fell by 1.6 percentage points to 91.9%. This remains, however, above its 2019 level. Non-financial corporations’ debt-to-GDP ratio also fell in 2021 (by 4.3 percentage points, to 80%). This was largely due to GDP growth, as their consolidated debt increased slightly. Turning to financial asset investment decisions, households continued the trend of recent years of increasing their holdings of bank deposits and investment fund shares or units, while – in keeping with the recovery in business activity and with lower concern for liquidity risks, respectively – firms granted a higher volume of trade finance and accumulated fewer liquid assets

Artículo de revistaThe Financial Accounts of the Spanish Economy show that in 2020 the developments in balance sheets and financial transactions were strongly influenced by the health, social and economic crisis and by the extraordinary economic (monetary, fiscal and financial) policy measures adopted to mitigate its effects. Against this background, unlike the previous three years, households reduced their debt in the form of bank loans, essentially owing to the sharp slowdown in consumer credit. However, given the more pronounced contraction in household income, their aggregate debt/gross disposable income (GDI) ratio rose by 2.1 percentage points (pp) to 94.8%, breaking the downward trend of the previous years. The debt-to-GDP ratio of non-financial corporations also increased (by 12.3 pp to 85%), which is explained not only by the decline in GDP but also by the considerable growth in new financing, primarily in the form of bank loans. Artículo de revistaThe Financial Accounts of the Spanish Economy reveal that the financial position of households and non-financial corporations once again strengthened in 2017. In the case of households, bank debt stood at 61% of GDP, 3 pp down on 2016 and 24 pp below its 2010 peak. As in previous years, there was a decline in loans for house purchase, which was partly offset by the increase in consumer credit and other lending. The gross financial wealth of households continued on a rising trend, as a result both of investment in financial assets and of the revaluation of financial instruments held by households. In the case of corporations, the flow of total borrowings raised, in consolidated terms, was positive – following the virtual zero amounts of the two previous years and the negative amounts of the four preceding years – of the order of a volume equivalent to 0.8% of GDP, the highest level since 2009. In terms of outstanding balances, this debt accounted in 2017 for 78% of GDP, 5 pp down on 2016 and 39 pp below the 2010 peak. El Hospital Simón Ruiz de la población de Medina del Campo comenzó su funcionamiento a principios del siglo XVII y había sido construido y costeado por el banquero que lleva su nombre. Su construcción se realizó según patrones y conceptos nuevos consiguiendo un edificio sobrio pero majestuoso. Se ha escrito de forma muy extensa sobre los aspectos de sus perfiles arquitectónicos, pero hay otros vinculados a su funcionamiento y como este fue cambiando a lo largo del tiempo, de acuerdo a una sociedad que también experimentaba procesos evolutivos. Este es el aspecto que se tiene más en consideración en el presente trabajo

"Trinitarios: Dios, Patria y Libertad". Una investigación sociológica de una banda juvenil

El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar la evolución de un grupo o banda juvenil, más concretamente de Los Trinitarios vinculados a la ciudad de Madrid, y analizar el ingreso de los menores y las diferentes causas que hacen que sus caminos se crucen. A pesar de la dificultad que supone conocer la mayoría de las posibles causas, gracias las entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas a profesionales que trabajan con estos adolescentes, se ha intentado conocer los principales motivos desde sus puntos de vista, por medio del análisis de contenido de sus discursos. Los resultados obtenidos nos ofrecen tres momentos principales en el desarrollo infantil que hace que su pobre modelo de crianza y descontrol en un principio, la soledad que sufren una vez reagrupados y la búsqueda de afecto y protección, que les hacen vulnerables, sumado a que se solapa con la etapa de la adolescencia. Otro dato importante que se ha tenido en cuenta son los contactos con los diferentes agentes de control social durante su paso por las diferentes etapas de ingreso y estancia dentro de Los Trinitarios. Es importante resaltar que se etiqueta a estos jóvenes por todos los actos que realizan sin querer profundizar en cómo han llegado hasta ese momento.The objective of this Final Degree Project is to study the evolution of a youth group or gang, more specifically of Los Trinitarios linked to the city of Madrid, and to analyze the entry of minors and the different causes that cause their paths to cross. Despite the difficulty of knowing most of the possible causes, thanks to the semi-structured interviews carried out with professionals who work with these adolescents, an attempt has been made to discover the main reasons from their points of view, through content analysis of their speeches. The results obtained offer us three main moments in child development that cause their poor parenting model and lack of control at first, the loneliness they suffer once regrouped and the search for affection and protection, which make them vulnerable, added to the fact that they overlaps with the stage of adolescence. Another important fact that has been taken into account is the contacts with the different agents of social control during their passage through the different stages of entry and stay within Los Trinitarios. It is important to highlight that these young people are labeled for all the acts they carry out without wanting to delve into how they have reached that moment
