HO CHI MINH’S THOUGHTS ON WOMEN'S EQUAL RIGHTS

    Get PDF
From the viewpoint of Marxist - Leninist theory, Ho Chi Minh has associated the women liberation with the socialist revolution, considering the issue of women's liberation as both a goal and a motivation for the proletariat revolution. He believes that women not only have a role to themselves, in family life, but they also have a great role in all areas of social life. In order to bring about equal rights for women, first of all, each woman must have the will to overcome the thought of self-esteem and dependence. Secondly, women themselves need to unite, to help each other to progress, to fight against all sexual discrimination in their families and in society. Finally, the State needs plans, policies and laws to protect women's equal rights.  Article visualizations

THE THOUGHT OF HUMAN IN EXISTENTIALISM

    Get PDF
When traditional philosophy leaves man to follow everything, which focuses only on the relationship between matter and spirit as well as it engrosses in searching the origin of the world, existentialism puts human upmost. Existentialists think that nothing is more passionate to people than they are, and nothing is easier to understand than human themselves. Although existentialism brings some certain values for human ideologies, the idea about the human-being in existentialism contains some limitations: when discussing the nature of man, existentialism has not seen its nature. However, these limitations do not detract from the values of existentialism. In this article, we will focus on studying the human view of existentialism and making practical assessments about it.  Article visualizations

Dynamic Texture Map Based Artifact Reduction For Compressed Videos

    Get PDF
This paper proposes a method of artifact reduction in compressed videos using dynamic texture map together with artifact maps and 3D - fuzzy filters. To preserve better details during filtering process, the authors introduce a novel method to construct a texture map for video sequences called dynamic texture map. Then, temporal arifacts such as flicker artifacts and mosquito artifacts are also estimated by advanced flicker maps and mosquito maps. These maps combined with fuzzy filters are applied to intraframe and interframe pixels to enhancecompressed videos. Simulation results verify the advanced performance of the proposed fuzzy filtering scheme in term of visual quality, SSIM, PSNR and flicker metrics in comparisionwith existing state of the art methods

Located in the upstream of the Vietnamese Mekong Delta, An Giang is characterized by an agricultural province, which has both plains and hills, and has a border about 100km with Cambodia. An Giang is also the province with the largest number of Cham Islam living in the South. According to official document, the province has 15,327 Cham Islam, accounting for 0.67% of An Giang population. Although the population is less than the other ethnics of the province, the Cham community in An Giang always shows the spirit of solidarity and mutual affection. [EN] In this paper, we first construct ab-metric, which is a special type ofC∗-algebra-valuedb-metrics, from a givenC∗-algebra-valuedb-metricand prove some equivalences between them. Then we show that notonly fixed point results but also topological properties inC∗-algebra-valuedb-metric spaces may be deduced from certain results inb-metricspaces. In particular, everyC∗-algebra-valuedb-metric space is metriz-able.Dung, NV.; Le Hang, VT.; Dolicanin-Djekic, D. (2017). An equivalence of results in C*-algebra valued b-metric and b-metric spaces.
