Diplomová práce řeší novostavbu víceúčelového objektu v Brně formou dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Práce obsahuje textovou, výkresovou a výpočtovou část. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící a situován v mírně svažitém terénu. Novostavba je navržena jako čtyřpodlažní s jedním podzemním a třemi nadzemními podlažími. V objektu je navrženo celkem šestnáct bytových a čtyři nájemní jednotky. Konstrukční systém je zděný příčný z keramických tvarovek. Vodorovné konstrukce stropů jsou z prefabrikovaných filigránových stropních desek s nadbetonovanou roznášecí deskou. Střecha je navržena jako jednoplášťová plochá. Součástí hlavní komunikace v objektu je navržen osobní výtah. Součástí práce je zpracování základního posouzení objektu z hlediska stavební fyziky a orientační výpočet základové plochy.This thesis solves new building multifunctional building in Brno in the form of documentation for construction. The work contains text, drawings and calculation part. The building is designed as a detached and located in a slightly sloping terrain. The new building is designed as a four-storey with basement and three floors. The facility is designed sixteen and four residential rental units. The structural system is a cross- walled ceramic fittings. Horizontal structures ceilings are made of precast filigree ceiling tiles with nadbetonovanou distribution plates. The roof is designed as a single-layer flat. Part of the main road in the building is designed passenger elevator. The work process basic assessment of building in terms of building physics and approximate calculation of the base area.

Import 04/11/2015Tato bakalářská práce popisuje průběh odborné praxe ve společnosti profiq s.r.o. Na začátku práce je popsána firma, pracovní zařazení studenta a seznam jemu zadaných úkolů. Dále je popsáno jejich řešení daných úkolů. Hlavním úkolem studenta byl vývoj automatických testů pro JavaScriptový framework ExtJS. V práci jsou také popsány jednotlivé problémy, které vznikly v průběhu vykonávání zadaných úkolů a zvolený způsob jejich řešení. Ke konci práce jsou shrnuty uplatněné znalosti získané v průběhu studia a taktéž znalosti, které studentovi chyběly. V závěru je pak celkové zhodnocení praxe.This bachelor thesis describes the course of professional practice in the company profiq s.r.o. The first part of the thesis describes the company, job description of the student and lists the tasks performed by the student. The main task of the student was the creation of automatized tests for JavaScript framework ExtJS. Thesis also contains the description of various problems, which risen during the performing of said tasks and their solutions. Towards the end of the thesis is summarized the knowledge gained during the school studies and also the knowledge student was missing. The application of legal standards in materials engineering

Předkládaná práce popisuje některé body, ve kterých základní všeobecný normativní systém práva zasahuje do problematiky materiálového inženýrství. Nosnou částí práce je otázka právních odpovědností, ve kterých dominuje odpovědnost občanskoprávní, a to především jedna její část – odpovědnost za vady. Je proveden základní rozbor právní problematiky týkající se odpovědnosti za vady spolu s kategorizací vad jak z pohledu práva tak technické praxe, a následně jsou popsány některé hlavní metody, principy a zkoušky posuzování a zjišťování vlastností materiálů, a to jak destruktivním tak i nedestruktivním způsobem. Následuje související kapitola o degradačních procesech. Nedílnou součástí práce jsou úvahy nad možnými druhy právní odpovědnosti, které mohou dopadat na materiálového inženýra, s několika základními doporučeními pro kontraktaci, stejně tak jako nástin problémů, se kterými se může odborný pracovník setkat při soudním či mimosoudním řešení sporů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována otázkám technické normalizace, neboť s touto není odborná jak právní tak technická veřejnost detailněji seznámena.The thesis describes points where the basic universal prescriptive system of law interferes with the questions of materials engineering. The main part of the thesis concerns legal liabilities, mainly civil liability represented with liability for defects. Basic analysis of chosen topics concerning liability for defects is done, defects are divided into groups as far as both technical and legal point of view is concerned. Consequently, the most common methods, principles and tests used for recognition and assessment of materials characteristics, both destructive and non-destructive, are described. Chapter, which deals with degradation processes follows. Integral part of the thesis are thoughts of possible types of legal liabilities, which could be important for materials engineers, with basic recommendations for contracting, as well as chosen problems connected with judicial proceedings and out of court settling of disputes. Technical standards are described with high attention, because both technical and legal public is not familiar with the legal background of technical normalisation.

Bridge over the Chvalšinský Brook

Účelem bakalářské práce je návrh mostní konstrukce přes Chvalšinský potok v obci Chvalšiny. Konstrukce je navržena ve třech variantách, z nichž byla vybrána varianta předpjaté deskové konstrukce s délkou přemostění 13,5 m. Výpočet zatížení je proveden počítačovým programem Scia Engineer a porovnán s ručním výpočtem. Posouzení konstrukce je řešeno dle platných norem ČSN EN 1992-1-1.The project of the bridge construction aross the Chvalsinsky stream in the village Chvalsiny is the target of the bachelor’s thesis. The construction is designed in the three variations, all of which were chosen the variant prestressed slab structure with the length of bridging 13.5 m. The load calculation is performed by the computer program Scia Engineer and compared with manual calculations. The assessment of the structure is solved according to the standards EN 1992-1-1.

The Optimization of the Assembly Process of the Suspension Component

Bridge over a local road and brook

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh mostní konstrukce, která převádí silnici I/11 přes Bystrý potok a místní komunikaci mezi Nebory a Oldřichovicemi. Konstrukce je navržena ve čtyřech variantách, z nichž byla vybrána varianta předpjaté jednotrámové konstrukce o čtyřech polích s délkou přemostění 106,6 m. Výpočet účinků zatížení je proveden počítačovým programem Scia Engineer. Posouzení konstrukce je řešeno dle platných evropských norem ČSN EN 1992-1-1. Dále je zpracována přehledná výkresová dokumentace, stavební postup a vizualizace mostu.The Diploma thesis deals with the design of the bridge construction that conveys the road I/11 across the Bystry brook and the local road between Nebory and Oldřichovice. The construction is designed in four options, one of which was selected is the variation of the prestressed onebeam construction of four fields and the lenght of bridging 106,6 m. Calculation of the effects of the load is carried by a computer program Scia Engineer. Assessing the design is done in accordance with applicable European standards EN 1992-1-1. It is also elaborated well arranged drawing documentation, construction process and visualization of the bridge.

Analysis of Conditions for Cabotage in Road Haulage in Selected EU Country

Předkládaná práce popisuje úpravu podmínek pro výkon kabotáže v silniční nákladní dopravě, a to v zohlednění současného i minulého vývoje na úrovni EU i dopravní politice EU zakotvené v primárním právu. Současné změny na poli právní úpravy kabotáže jsou dobrým předpokladem pro další rozvoj těchto přeprav. Problematika provádění kabotáže se tak rozpadá do tří problémových okruhů, kdy jeden představuje samotná unijní unifikovaná úprava kabotáže a přesně stanovené podmínky pro její provádění, druhý obsahuje otázky společné pro celé území EU, jako je například úprava placení DPH, přístup na trh nebo technické podmínky provozu vozidel, a třetí okruh zahrnuje úpravy, které jsou v každém státě EU odlišné, jako jsou například mýtné systémy. Provádění kabotážních přeprav je tak třeba uzpůsobit všem těmto podmínkám, což má přímý vliv i na ekonomické pozadí poskytované služby.The thesis describes conditions for carrying out cabotage in road freight transport, in comparison to current and past development at the EU level, and in transport policy of the EU described in the primary law. The most current changes at the field of cabotage are a good precondition for the future growth of this type of transport. The issue of cabotage could be described in three groups of topics, the first being the unified EU regulations of cabotage and conditions set for carrying out cabotage, the second concerns topics, that are similar in every EU country due to harmonization of national law, for example the payment of VAT, admission to the occupancy of road haulier or technical conditions for vehicles. The third group deals with matters that are different in every EU country, e.g. toll systems. Carrying out cabotage is therefore to be adjusted to all aforesaid conditions, which have a direct influence to the economical background of cabotage transports.

Remaining silent: The ongoing presence of silent films on cinema programmes in Brno between 1930 and 1936

The production of silent gilms in Czechoslovakia ended shortly after the advent of sound technology at the very end of the 1920s. The number of available silent films steadily decreased from that point on, yet some cinemas decided to continue to include them in their programming, even though they had sound equipment. The article analyses the scheduling of silent films in the specific case of two cinemas from the periphery of Brno, the second-largest city in Czechoslovakia. On the exhibitors’ side, there was a visible tendency to screen films 1) approximately two years from the premiere and 2) older with renowned stars or plot. This surprising presence of silent films in cinemas leads to the question: “Why were they still scheduled”? The answer lies both in the cinema owners, for whom silent films were a cheaper commodity, and in the audiences, who did not necessarily demand screenings of new sound films

Evropeizace práva v právně teoretickém kontextu

Předložená publikace se zabývá vymezením evropského práva v procesu Evropeizace práva z hlediska právní teorie. Současná proměna práva, spočívající zejména v multicentrismu tvorby a pramenů práva, je důsledkem procesu evropeizace práva. Z externích faktorů k ní přispívá i proces globalizace práva a z interních faktorů sociální a ideová heterogenita a rostoucí komplexity pozdně moderní společnosti. Důsledkem jsou měnící se přístupy k interpretaci právních textů a aplikaci národního práva v souvislosti s implementací norem evropského práva. Proces evropeizace mění pohled na Evropskou unii a evropské právo a přispívá k evropeizaci právní doktríny.Předložená publikace se zabývá vymezením evropského práva v procesu Evropeizace práva z hlediska právní teorie. The recent change of law regards to the multicentrism of law making and pluralism of sources of law as the result of the process of the Europeanization of law. From more important external sources There is also more important external source regarding to globalisation of law. We can recognize same internal sources for the concept of legal multicentrism too, social and ideal heterogeneity and increasing complexity in a late modern society. Implementation of European law brings about the changes in approaches to interpreting legislative texts and application of national law. Process of the Europeanization is changing the vision of the European Union and European law and contributes to the Europeanization of legal doctrine

REKONSTRUKCE AG-DOLŮ U HORNÍHO BENEŠOVA

Surface remnants after mining of the Ag ores at Horní Benešov are practically completaly destroyed. This remnants were reconstructed on the base of the written and map sources from 16. to 20. centuries. One of the most important main problems was finding out of used linear measures of individual authors. Interpreted mines were plotted to the maps with coordinate system (JSTK). A precision of the reconstruction was enabled by present water outflow in locations of the expected shafts
