Галичина в месіанській візії Ю. Пілсудського

Eastern Galicia’s role in J. Pilsudski’s messianic vision has been analyzed in the study. It has been shown in the article that scholar’s position was changing from radical, defining the region as the Polish territory, to moderate, which was aimed at finding a compromise and normalization of Ukrainian and Polish relations. It has been outlined in the study that the sources of that statement became an ideological foundation of the Polish sarmatism by A. Mickiewicz’s and A. Czartoryski’s messianic visions. They explained historical necessity of the Commonwealth of Poland’s revival as a protective shield of civilized Europe from Russian hegemonic foreign policy and its historical destination, which described the missionary vision of the nation in the world as a stronghold of the Catholic Faith and prosperity of countries. Main ideas of J. Pilsudski’s interpretation of Galicia’s Polishness have been described, including the definition of the historical belonging of this region to Polish nation and giving it the status of the center of political revival. All these was explained by the peculiarities of the social and political development of Galicia in the second half of the XIX century, when it was under the rule of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. There the Emperor Franz Joseph I had to make concessions as a result of national movement activation in order to create the ground of national development of nations, subjected to the Empire. In such circumstances, Galicia became the center of the political revival of the Polish nation, where they formed ideological foundations of the creation of their own independent state. Moreover, it has been stated in the article that, as a result of such circumstances, the politician gave a strategic importance to the region, considering it to be the primordial part of the Commonwealth of Poland, without which there could not be any normal social and political development of the state. The politician gave the range of reasons to protect this opinion, for example, he thought that the region was populated with the Polish and the Rusyns (the Ukrainians), who, as a result of certain historical circumstances, were not able to create their own national state that would become the reliable Poland’s ally. Consequently, to have a stable situation in the region, the Ukrainians had to lose the right to have their own state. Estimating this conception, one should understand that it did not have the aim to widespread the polonisation and to turn people into the Catholic Faith, but to create a union which should become a counteracting force to the Bolshevism in Russia. Big attention in the study has been paid to the fact that J. Pilsudski’s position was not Ukrainophobic by itself, but it was the Polish variant of hegemonic messianic vision. That is why, it is necessary to study this issue objectively, without any prejudices in order to improve the Ukrainian and Polish inter-ethnic relations and to avoid the creation of any historical myths, which would lead to the confrontation between the nations.Раскрыто генезис мессианской визии Ю. Пилсудского, котороя заключалась в объяснении исторических первопричин возрождения Речи Посполитой и установления ее гегемонии в Центрально-Восточной Европе. Выяснено, что это видение сформировалось под влиянием исторических процессов, которые стали знаковыми для польского народа, его ментальности и мировоззрения; она содержит такие элементы, как польская национальная идея и концепция национального гегемонизма. Установлено, что возрождение собственного независимого государства - первоочередная задача, которую ставил перед собой Ю. Пилсудский. В процессе реализации этой задачи были сформированы концепции, которые объясняли необходимость возрождения польского государства. Одной из них стала мессианcкая визия страны, которая омывалась бы Балтийским и Черным морями. Особое место в этой концепции занимает Восточная Галиция, которая рассматривалась политиком как «польский Пьемонт», то есть как центр политического возрождения. В концепции объяснялась историческая принадлежность к польскому народу региона, который стал оазисом формирования национальной идеи и политическим центром возрождения Речи Посполитой. Установлено, что мессианская концепция Ю. Пилсудского носила гегемониальний характер, поскольку ставила цель возвеличивания польского этноса над украинским, нивелируя при этом интересы последнего, что в условиях обострения польско-украинских межэтнических отношений приводило к конфликтно-конфронтационному взаимодействию и дальнейшим антагонизмам в отношениях между народами.Розкрито ґенезу месіанської візії Ю. Пілсудського, яка полягала у пояснені історичних першопричин відродження Речі Посполитої та встановлення її гегемонії у Центрально-Східній Європі. З’ясовано, що ця візія сформувалася під впливом історичних процесів, які стали знаковими для польського народу, його ментальності та світогляду; вона містить такі елементи, як польська національна ідея та концепція національного гегемонізму. Встановлено, що відродження власної незалежної держави – першочергове завдання, яке ставив перед собою Ю. Пілсудський. У процесі реалізації цього завдання було сформовано концепції, які пояснювали необхідність відродження польської держави. Однією з них стала месіанська візія країни, яку омивали б Балтійське та Чорне моря. Особливе місце у цій візії посідає Східна Галичина, що розглядалася політиком як «польський П’ємонт», тобто як центр політичного відродження. У концепції пояснювалася історична приналежність до польського народу регіону, що став оазою формування національної ідеї та політичним центром відродження Речі Посполитої. Встановлено, що месіанська концепція Ю. Пілсудського носила гегемоніальний характер, оскільки мала на меті возвеличення польського етносу над українським, нівелюючи при цьому інтереси останнього, що в умовах загострення польсько-українських міжетнічних відносин призводило до конфліктно-конфронтаційної взаємодії та подальших антагонізмів у відносинах між народами

Improving of the wear resistance of working parts agricultural machinery by the implementation of the effect of self-sharpening

The failure of the cutting elements of farm machinery is due to the blunting of cutting edges (increase of their radius) till the limit values. The most effective method for increasing the wear resistance of farm machinery is the realization of self-sharpening effect of the cutting elements. The testings took place in laboratory and field at the State Technical University of Kirovograd (Ukraine) in 2015. The technical equipment consists of the consolidated farmer plowshares by different methods as well as their samples, devicesfor measuring the wear resistance and thumbprint plowshares. It was determined the resistance to wear, the radius of curvature and the changing coefficient of the blades shape. The self-sharpening process was examined throughout the experiment.The results showed that the consolidated plowshares by the proposed technology (laser welding of the mixture (PS-14-60 + 6% В4С) compared to the traditional technology (volumetric heat treatment) have a blade radius 2.5 times lower, a wear 2.2 to 2.78 times lower and the self-sharpening process of the plowshares has been observed since the beginning of the wear until the time limit operation. The changing shape coefficient was respectively of 0.98 for the consolidated plowshares with alloy PS-14-60 + 6% B4C and 0.82 for those consolidated by volumetric heat treatment
