Методологические подходы к анализу структуры экономики на региональном уровне
On the basis of qualitative analysis of the structural components of the regional economy, the authors propose the best options for using the methodology for their quantitative evaluation. The results of substantive assessment of the structure of the economy are the following: firstly, determining the behavior of structural changes; secondly, identifying the structural imbalance; thirdly, developing the strategy for structural policy. Structural features necessary for the creation of structural policy are defined in this article. A set of variables, based on the dynamics of which, it is possible to form the policy of structural transformation at the macro - and mesoeconomic levels is proposed to be implemented. Applying econometric modeling to correlate indices of economic development with the rate of structural changes is suggested. This approach can be applied by state statistical bodies and regional ministries, dealing with economic issues.Авторами предпринята попытка на основе качественного анализа характера структурных составляющих региональной экономики предложить наиболее оптимальные варианты использования методологии их количественного измерения. Результатами содержательной оценки структуры экономики являются: во-первых, определение характера изменения структурных сдвигов; во-вторых, выявление «несбалансированности» структуры; в-третьих, формирование стратегии структурной политики. В данной статье выделяются свойства структуры, необходимые при формировании структурной политики. Предлагается использование набора показателей, на основе динамики изменения которых можно выстраивать политику структурных преобразований на макро- и мезоэкономическом уровнях. Также предлагается применение эконометрического исследования с целью установления взаимосвязи между индексами экономического развития и скоростью структурных сдвигов. Данный подход может быть использован органами государственной статистики и региональными министерствами по экономическим вопросам
Anthropometric and functional characteristics of athletes involved in combat sports in the Greco-Roman style
Objective: to determine the morphological and functional parameters of athletes-junior wrestlers, determining their specialization, qualification and training in ontogenesis. Materials and methods: 49 male junior athletes of the school of Olympic reserve engaged in martial arts in the GrecoRoman style for 6-10 years were examined. We used the Dorokhov R.N. (1994) technique of selection and early orientation in sports to determine the anthropometric temporal characteristics. Following functional indicators were determined: absolute and relative physical performance, aerobic performance, power index eagerly, type of vegetative regulation. Results: the majority of fighters teenagers CMS had mesosomal, microcorpulent, micromesomelic, micromesic and mesomacromembral somatotype. A comprehensive study of the functional parameters of the wrestlers showed that indicators of absolute and relative physical performance were higher in young men CMS and were respectively 1318.6±149.5 kg∙m/min and 19.3±2.5 kg∙m/(min∙kg). Aerobic performance was higher in adolescents and first-rank sportsmen: 51.8±9.36 ml/(min∙kg). The strength indices of the hands were higher in the young men's CMS and contributed to 70.6±6.37% for the right hand and 66.08±12.1% for the left hand, which was explained by the component body composition of the body of young men. Most of the wrestlers revealed moderate parasympathicotonia and amphotonic. Conclusions: the R.N. Dorokhova and V.G. Petrukhina (1994) method of somatotyping allows to differentiate athletes, involved in martial arts in the Greco-Roman style, into 3 levels of variation: dimensional, component and proportion and to determine their specialization, qualification and degree of training in ontogenesis
The fate of the scientist as a reflection of the epoch: in memory of the first rector of the Kuban State Medical University Nikolai F. Melnikov-Razvedenkov
The paper analyzes the life and professional journey of Nikolai F. Melnikov-Razvedenkov, an outstanding scientist, doctor, and professor, as a reflection of Russian history from the end of the 19th century till the first quarter of the 20th century. The study identifies the role of Nikolai F. Melnikov-Razvedenkov in the development of medical science and the establishment of medical education in the Kuban region. The analysis was conducted with the involvement of archival records, personal correspondence, and scientific works of Nikolai F. Melnikov-Razvedenkov. To solve research problems, the authors used historical descriptive, comparative historical, problem-based chronological, biographical methods, and the method of monographic description. It is shown that the scientist’s fate mirrors the cultural and historical era experienced by the country. The authors define the exclusive role of Nikolai F. Melnikov-Razvedenkov in the establishment of the Kuban Medical Institute. His life path helped reveal the inviolability of medical ethics based on mercy, dedication to the profession, and willingness to serve people. Even in the situation of social upheaval Nikolai F. Melnikov-Razvedenkov found the meaning of his life in scientific work and helping people. His example will allow the modern generation of doctors to gain a greater understanding of the essential purpose of their work
Catechin production in cultured cells of Taxus cuspidata and Taxus baccata
Abstract The main polyphenols in callus and cell suspension cultures of Taxus cuspidata and T. baccata were (?)-catechin and (-)-epicatechin, while lignans, such as (?)-taxiresinol, (?)-isotaxiresinol, (?)-isolariciresinol and (-)-secoisolariciresinol, were present in trace amounts. T. cuspidata cells contained 1.7% (?)-catechin and 2.4% (-)-epicatechin on dry wt basis but when stimulated with methyl jasmonate produced 3.4% catechin and 5.2% epicatechin. These are the highest levels of these metabolites obtained in plant cell cultures
Исследование сорбции лекарственных веществ перфтораном
Objective: to estimate the perfluorane adsorption capacity of the drugs belonging to different pharmacological groups. Materials and methods. The binding of perfluorane to 50 drugs at concentrations of 12.5 to 100 ^M was studied in vitro using equilibrium dialysis. Results. Interactions of ligands with the particles of perfluorane emulsion were found to be of three types. Type 1 substances were characterized by negative affinity to perfluorane; type 2 ligands acted indifferently with the emulsion; type 3 compounds were reversibly adsorbed with the particles of the blood substitute by the affinity constants ( Kaff) of 104 M-1. Conclusion. The perfluorane adsorption capacity is ambiguous and seems to depend on the properties of ligands. Type 3 interactions, which may lead to an increase in blood adsorption capacity and change in the pharmacokinet-ics of drugs used in combination with perfluorane, appear to be the most important. Key words: perfluorane, binding, drugs, drug interactions.Цель исследования — оценка сорбционной способности перфторана в отношении лекарственных веществ, принадлежащих к различным фармакологическим группам. Материалы и методы. В экспериментах in vitro с помощью метода равновесного диализа исследована степень связывания с перфтораном 50 лекарственных веществ, взятых в концентрациях от 12,5 до 100 мкМ. Результаты. Выявлены три типа взаимодействия лигандов с частицами эмульсии перфторана. Вещества первого типа характеризовались негативной тропностью к перфторану; ли-ганды второго типа вели себя индифферентно по отношению к эмульсии; соединения третьего типа обратимо сорбировались частицами кровезаменителя с константами взаимодействия Kag порядка 104 М-1. Заключение. Сорбционная активность перфторана в отношении лекарственных веществ проявляется неоднозначно и, по-видимому, зависит от свойств лигандов. Наиболее значимыми представляются взаимодействия третьего типа, результатом которых может стать увеличение сорбционной емкости крови и изменение фармакокинетики лекарств, используемых совместно с перфтораном.
