Toho lze dosáhnout díky následování své vlastní cesty, harmonie s okolím, času na odpočinek, péči o duši. Dnešní společnost odděluje tělo od duše a duše není tak důležitá. Ale právě díky bloudění se můžeme vrátit k pravdě a sobě samým. Pečovat o svou duši lze různými způsoby: odpočinkem, meditací, pohybem, poslouchání své intuice. Při pohybu je duše s tělem v souladu. MAXIMIZATION OF WEAR RATES THROUGH EFFECTIVE CONFIGURATION OF STANDOFF DISTANCE AND HYDRAULIC PARAMETERS IN ULTRASONIC PULSATING WATERJET

A pulsating waterjet is a technological modification of a conventional waterjet that utilizes ultrasonic vibrations to generate a modulated jet, resulting in repetitive fatigue loading of the material. The erosion efficiency of the ultrasonic pulsating waterjet is majorly determined by the hydraulic factors and its interaction with standoff distance. However, the dependency of the wear rates on different hydraulic factors and formulation of an implicit prediction model for determining effective standoff distance is still not present to date. Therefore, in this study, the combined dependency of the supply pressure (20-40 MPa), nozzle diameter (0.3-1.0 mm), and standoff distance (1-121 mm) on wear rates of AW-6060 aluminum alloy are studied. Statistical analysis is used to determine the statistically significant factors and formulate regression equations to determine output responses within the experimental domain. The surface topography and sub-surface microhardness of the eroded grooves were studied. The results show that both the disintegration depth and the material removal increase with an increase in the nozzle diameter and supply pressure. However, the dependency of the output responses on nozzle diameter is statistically more evident than supply pressure and two-way interactions. Cross-sectional images of the grooves showed typical hydrodynamic erosion characteristics in erosion cavities, subsurface voids, and material upheaving. The results of microhardness analysis showed an approximately 15-20% increase in hardness values compared to the untreated samples

Heme catabolic pathway in pathogenesis of liver diseases

This thesis focuses on the role of heme catabolic pathway in the pathogenesis of selected liver diseases. The aim was to clarify if the modulation of heme oxygenase (Hmox) and its catabolic products - especially carbon monoxide (CO) and bilirubin - affected the development and progression of liver diseases, focusing on inflammatory and cholestatic pathways. Firstly, we discovered that the induction of hmox1 prevented hepatocellular damage in endotoxin-induced inflammation. Furthermore, administration of CO in vivo in early-phase of endotoxin-induced cholestasis decreased the inflammatory cytokine production in the liver and simultaneously prevented downregulatory effect of cytokines on hepatocyte transporters resulting in hepatoprotection. For the first time, we characterized in vivo tissue distribution and elimination of inhaled CO in rats. In vitro experiments and the model of extrahepatic cholestasis revealed the significant role of intracellular bilirubin in hepatocellular protection against oxidative damage which accompanies cholestatic disorders. Last but not least, hmox1 induction by heme increased hepatocyte transporters expression and subsequently stimulated bile flow participating in conferring protection against estrogen-induced cholestasis. Higher Education Graduates in the Labour Market

The aim of my final master thesis is to describe the situation about higher education graduates and their position on the labour market in the Czech Republic. I am especially observing the employment and unemployment situation of people who have completed higher education. Due to the rapid increase in their number, I consider the topic to date. For assessing the whole situation first I characterize the educational situation in the Czech Republic. I focus on the educational structure of the population by age, gender and region. I am using mainly data from the Labour Force Survey, averages for the year 2014. Furthermore I briefly describe higher education students and recent graduates. Finally, I try to link these two parts with part of the labour market. To track the position of educated people like this I use descriptive methods and analytical methods. I deal with the influence of education on time spent on the labour market. Based on the tables of the economic activity I estimate the life expectancy of activity life by educational attainment. For this I am using the educational structure of the population from the Labour Force Survey and data on the number of deaths. In the final analytical part of my work I observe with the help of logistic regression and statistical program SAS the odds ratios..

Smyslem je tedy zaměření se na důvody jeho pořádání, dále na proces, historii a výsledky. Jednotlivé kapitoly mají teoretický charakter. První kapitola se zabývá důvody sčítání. S těmi úzce souvisí vznik samotného sčítání, jehož stručný přehled je popsán v další kapitole. Po historii navazuje vysvětlení, jak je sčítání realizováno v současné době. V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme finanční analýzou společnosti Aston com s. r. o., zjistíme aktuální finanční stav společnosti. Teoretická část je věnována různým základním pojmům finanční analýzy, zdrojů potřebným k hodnocení finanční situace společnosti a také metodám. V dalších kapitolách se zabýváme představením analyzované společnosti a aplikace vybraných metod finanční analýzy v praxi. Poslední část je věnována celkovému zhodnocení finančního stavu společnosti a doporučením pro další opatření.The subject of the submitted bachelor’s thesis is "The financial analysis of the selected company." In this thesis, we deal with the financial analysis of the company Aston com s. r. o., find current financial condition of the company. The theoretical part is addressed to various basic concepts of financial analysis, resource needed to evaluate the financial situation of the company and also methods. The other parts deal with presentation of the analysed company and application of selected methods of financial analysis in practice.
