PERAN PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM MENDORONG PARTISIPASI POLITIK MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN

ABSTRAKDesa adalah unit penyelenggaraan pemerintah yang paling kecil maka (secara teoritis) terbuka untuk mewujudkan gagasan demokrasi langsung. Upaya pemerintah desa dalam pembangunan desa secara bottom up pada hakekatnya tidak lain dari suatu upaya politik developmentalism di desa, yang penyelenggaraannya ditekankan pada dua aspek yaitu pertama, menciptakan ruang atau peluang bagi masyarakat untuk mengembangkan dirinya; kedua, mengupayakan pemberdayaan masyarakat agar mampu memanfaatkan ruang/peluang yang tercipta (Bintarto, 1989 : 13-15). Desa Kema III, Kecamatan Kema, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara merupakan salah satu desa yang cukup baik dalam memberikan ruang bagi masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam politik didesa, hal ini dilihat dari partisipasi politik masyarakat yang meningkat sebanyak 80%. Tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan juga masih ada sedikit masyarakat yang belum memahami secara detail mengenai partisipasi politik dan dampaknya bagi pembangunan desa yang diakibatkan oleh kurangnya sumberdaya yang ada di desa Kema III. Perlu diidentifikasi penyebabnya agar ditemukan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Konsep yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep dari Club du Sahel dalam Mikkelsen (2003) yang memberikan penjelasan tentang partisipasi politik menggunakan beberapa pendekatan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Peran Pemerintah Desa, Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat, Pembangunan.   ABSTRACTThe village is the smallest unit of government administration then (theoretically) open to realizing the idea of direct democracy. The efforts of the village government in bottom-up village development are essentially none other than a political effort of developmentalism in the village, the implementation of which is emphasized on two aspects: first, creating space or opportunities for the community to develop themselves; second, to strive for community empowerment to be able to utilize the space / opportunities created (Bintarto, 1989: 13-15). Kema III Village, Kema District, North Minahasa Regency is one of the villages that is quite good in providing space for the community to participate in village politics, this is seen from the political participation of the community which increased by 80%. But it is also possible that there are still a few people who do not understand in detail about political participation and its impact on village development due to a lack of resources in the village of Kema III. Need to be identified the cause in order to find a solution to overcome them. This research uses a qualitative research method, with a descriptive analysis approach. The Respectful Attitude and Communication Ways towards Elderly: Perspective from Adolescents

Abstrak. Sikap hormat sangat penting bagi remaja dalam berkomunikasi dengan orang lain. Mengingat masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa, maka pada masa peralihan tersebut remaja juga mengalami perkembangan komunikasi yang ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan berargumentasi. Namun, remaja cenderung kehilangan rasa hormat terhadap orang lain, terutama orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sikap hormat pada remaja dan bagaimana remaja berkomunikasi dengan orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner terbuka dan melibatkan 105 remaja di Surakarta, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap hormat dapat dilihat dari cara berkomunikasi. Para remaja mengatur cara berbicara, berbicara dengan lancar, saling menghormati, dan tidak menggunakan kata-kata kasar ketika berbicara dengan orang tua. Namun, responden masih bersikap tidak sopan, membantah, dan menolak nasehat lansia yang dipengaruhi oleh jenis kelamin dan status sekolah. Oleh karena itu, pembuat kebijakan perlu membantu menumbuhkan rasa hormat terhadap remaja dengan memperkuat sikap mereka. Kata kunci: Sikap hormat, komunikasi, remaja, lansia.   Abstract. A respectful attitude is very important for adolescents to communicate with other people. Considering that adolescence is a period of transition from children to adults, during the transition, adolescents also experience communication development which can be demonstrated by the ability to argue. However, adolescents tend to lose respect for others, especially the elderly. This study aims to describe the respectful attitude in adolescents and how adolescents communicate with the elderly. This research was used descriptive qualitative with collecting data techniques used an open questionnaire and involved 105 adolescents in Surakarta, Indonesia. This study showed that a respectful attitude could be seen from communication ways. The adolescents manage their way of talking, talk smoothly, respect each other, and not use rude words when speaking with the elderly. However, respondents are still disrespectful, arguing, and denying the elderly advice influenced by gender and school status. Therefore, policymakers need to help foster respect for adolescents by strengthening their attitudes. Keywords: Respectful attitude, communication, adolescents, elderly

Analisis Laporan Keuangan Menggunakan Rasio Profitabilitas dan Rasio Likuiditas pada CV Dandi Brothers Kota Bengkulu

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis laporan keuangan menggunakan rasio profitabilitas dan Rasio Likuiditas Pada CV Dandi Brothers di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dari CV Dandi Brothers pada tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2019. Laporan keuangan tersebut dianalisis menggunakan rasio profitabilitas dan rasio likuiditas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CV Dandi Brother mengalam peningkatan dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2019. Peningkatan itupun juga terlihat dari aset yang dimiliki mengalami penambahan dari tahun ke tahun dan CV Dandi Brother memiliki liabilitas yang tidak begitu besar jika dibandingkan dengan aktiva dan persediaan yang dimiliki.Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Likuidita

Financial Performance of PT Telkom Before and After The Cost Optimization Program Using The Altman\u27s Z-Score Method Period of 2008-2011

This research is conducting a financial performance of PT Telkom before and after implementing the cost optimization program using the Altman’s Z-Score method period of 2008-2011. In this research, there are four ratios in terms of the Altman’s Z-score method that X1 (Working Capital / Total Assets), X2 (Retained Earnings / Total Assets), X3 (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes / Total Assets), and X4 (Market Value of Equity / Book Value of Total Liabilities). This study finds that before and after the implementation of the cost optimization program period of 2008-2011, the financial performance of PT Telkom in the good condition. It can be seen from the calculation tends to increase the value of Altman\u27s Z-Score which indicates that the financial performance of PT Telkom is in the green area (Non-Bankrupt) or healthy company. Finally, the cost optimization program implemented by PT Telkom is a good program to be continued because it showed the financial performance increasing every year. Perancangan Model Pengukuran Kinerja Lean dan Green Rantai Pasok Semen Secara Terintegrasi

Abstract PT. Semen Padang is one of the reputable cement companies in Indonesia which is producing types of cement. Implementation of supply chain concept in PT. Semen Padang is very important to satisfy customers and stakeholders requirement. Performance measurement is a process to evaluate the supply chain effectiveness and efficiency in lean and green aspect. The problem is how to design performance measurement model which is integrating lean and green supply chain concepts. The objective of research is integrating lean and green supply chain concepts to design supply chain performance measurement of bag cement type. Integration of lean and green concept is designed by Balanced Scorecard (BSC) perspectives that consist of financial, customer, internal process business and learning and growth. Key performance indicators (KPI) are formulated and classified based on BSC perspectives. Next stage is pair wise comparison process to the weight value. Evaluation of KPI pair wise comparison based is conducted on expert opinion which is selected by consideration of their relevance knowledge and experience. The process of pair wise comparison is calculated to determine priority of the KPIs based on weight value by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The weight of KPI will be arrange by descending to determine the priority. Model of performance measurement is validated by face validity method. Research result is obtaining 25 KPIs that derived from integration of lean and green supply chain concept of bag cement type. Grouping is consisting of 3 KPIs of financial, 4 KPIs of customer, 11 KPI s of internal process business and 7 KPI s of learning & growth. Result is showing that customer is most prioritized element in supply chain of bag cement type. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Memecahan Masalah Siswa pada Pelajaran Matematika menggunakan Model Pembelajaran PINTAR

Masalah kemampuan memecahkan masalah ini sangat penting bagi anak SD karena dengan adnaya kemampuan memecahkan masalah ini dapat membuat mereka lebih mampu memahami masalah yang terjadi pada diri mereka dan pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu cara dengan menggunakan model PINTAR. Tujuan pembelajaran adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran pintar pada kelas V SDN 2 Tantaringin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil aktivitas guru yang telah diamati dalam melaksanakan langkah-langkah pembelajaran menggunakan model PINTAR dengan skor 30 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik terlaksana. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa sehingga dapat memahami pelajaran dengan baik. Hasil kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa dalam belajar 96,66% termasuk dalam kategori sangat terampil dalam memahami pelajaran. KEEFEKTIFAN PENERAPAN BIG BOOK BERBASIS ETNOPEDAGOGIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN DI KELAS I SEKOLAH DASAR

This research big book is motivated by the lack of use of teaching materials, the low reading skills of students as well as a lack of interest in reading. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying big books ethnopedagogic-basedto students' early reading and to introduce students to the cultural behavior of Javanese society that students must possess. This research method is quantitative using a one group pretest posttest design. The population of this research is the first grade students of SDN Cipete Utara 15 Pagi, totaling 41 students. The sampling technique used is using saturated sampling. The sample in this study were all first grade students at SDN Cipete Utara 15 Pagi. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is Paired Sample T-Test with the help of SPSS 25.0 Software. The results of the pretest- posttest that the initial reading score was 69.07 increased to 80.31. Based on the results of the different test, there are differences before and after the implementation of the big book based on ethnopedagogics with a significance value of 0.00 (< 0.05). So it was concluded that there was an big book ethnopedagogic- basedinfluence on the early reading skills of first graders.Penelitian big book ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan bahan ajar, rendahnya keterampilan membaca siswa sekaligus kurangnya minat membaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan big book berbasis etnopedagogik terhadap membaca permulaan siswa serta mengenalkan siswa tentang tingkah laku budaya masyarakat jawa yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain one group pretest posttest. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas I SDN Cipete Utara 15 Pagi yang berjumlah 41 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas I SDN Cipete Utara 15 Pagi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yaitu Paired Sample T-Test dengan bantuan Software SPSS 25.0. Hasil pretest- posttest bahwa nilai membaca permulaan yaitu sebelumnya 69.07 meningkat menjadi 80.31. Berdasarkan hasil uji beda terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan big book berbasis etnopedagogik dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00 (< 0.05). Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh big book berbasis etnopedagogik dalam keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I
