Prospek dan Tantangan Pemerintahan Gampong di Aceh

Konsep Pemerintahan Gampong sudah dikenal sejak Kerajaan Sultan Iskandar Muda (1607-1636). Ketika Indonesia merdeka, konsep gampong tetap digunakan. Penyeragaman mulai berlangsung sejak lahirnya UU No. 5/1979 tentang Pemerintahan Desa. Pemerintahan Gampong bersemi kembali setelah reformasi, di mana diikuti dengan beberapa UU Otonomi untuk Aceh. Berdasarkan penelusuran yang dilakukan, ditemukan beberapa perbedaan antara Pemerintahan Gampong dan Pemerintahan Desa, salah satunya adalah perangkat pemerintahannya. STAGE OF TEXTILE RECYCLE WASTE IN ROMANIA

Aim of this article is to examine the stage of textile recycle waste in Romania. For this purpose were analyzed the main sources of textile waste from Romania (industry of manufacture of textiles, wearing apparel, leather and related products, imports of textiles, clothing and footwear and imports of second hand clothing) and also evolution of the quantity of textile waste in Romania. The benefits (economic and environmental) of the collection and recycling of waste and the legislation on the waste management, have determined the diversification and increasing the number and the capacity of recovery and disposal of waste in Romania. We found the most textile waste in Romania was deposited in deposits onto or into land, in the proportion of 18.51%. This proportion is under the EU average of 34.03%, but is much higher than in other European country. Also, has been an increase in the number of incinerators, in the last years. With all of this, the interest in textile waste management in Romania is far from being to the level of European, where are associations who dealing with the collection and recycling of textiles and is achieved a selective collection of textile waste in the points especially designed for this thing. Otoritas Gampong dalam Implementasi Syariat Islam di Aceh

According to formal judicial, Islamic law in Aceh was workable. The authority for the implementation of Islamic Shari’a is prevailed in government level: provincial, district/city as well as village. However, specific to village, the authority is very limited. This study tries to map the competency and authority of village in the implementation of Islamic law. The study was conducted with the doctrinal approach to the specification of normative studies, which used primary legal materials (legislation) and secondary legal materials (research). Data processing is done through interpretation (interpretative), while reports are prepared by exposure to descriptive. It can be concluded that village has limited authority in the implementation of Islamic law such: First, to form Wilayatul Hisbah at village level, the task is limited to admonish and advise. Second, the structure of village government and imuem geusyik meunasah has a duty and Shari’a obligation to prevent immoral activities. Third, the regulatory levels, the implementation of Islamic law is the material that can be applied to the provision of village level. Fourth, in the context of the completion of the case, some cases can be solved by the concept of Local Customary Court. Fifth, the village itself can form Baitul Mal at the village level. Village-owned limited authority as mentioned above is reasonable given the capabilities of settlement on the village level with the structures available, very modest compared to the above rule

In this article we analyse a four-year period of collaboration between 36 k-12 schools and a higher education institution concerning ICT integration in the light of theoretical perspectives on educational change and innovation. The school and a team of experts of the University designed each integration project collaboratively, the school’s needs were identified and actions were implemented to train teachers on ICT use and to give support to the integration of technology in their practices. Identified factors for successful integration are discussed within the frame of school-university collaboration contributing for the design of future similar initiatives.In this article we analyse a four-year period of collaboration between 36 k-12 schools and a higher education institution concerning ICT integration in the light of theoretical perspectives on educational change and innovation. Erhardus mester kincskereső kézikönyve és annak elemzése

Das Ziel meiner Studie ist, die Bräuche, den Glauben (Aberglauben) und die Verwendung eines in Ungarn gelegenen Handbuchs zur Schatzsuche aus dem 19. Jahrhundert darzustellen. Dieses Buch befindet sich in der Somogyi Károly Városi és Megyei Bibliothek in Szeged unter der Signatur H. G. 387. Die magischen Bücher zur Schatzsuche standen in einem soziokulturellen Kontext, in dem sie zwischen dem 18. und 19. Jahrhundert erschienen und verbreitet wurden. Im Zauberbuch findet man Gebete an Terossius, den Erzteufel, der den Schatz bewacht, und dessen Ziel ist, dem Besitzer den Schatz zu geben. Das Werk besteht aus drei großen Teilen: eine Einleitung, die Gebete und ein Dankeslied. Bevor die Gebete gesprochen wurden, mussten Bußübungen vollzogen werden, um den Benutzer geistig rein zu machen, damit er die gewünschten Schätze erhalten konnte. Die Schatzsuche wurde von unterschiedlichen Glaubensvorstellungen begleitet, daraus folgt, dass die Beschreibung im Buch und die volkstümliche Übung voneinander abweichen. Das Manuskript enthält auch Illustrationen, die vermutlich mit dem Text in Zusammenhang stehen. Am häufigsten ist das Kreuz zu sehen, aber es gibt auch Pfau, Monstranz und Kelch. Außerdem teilt Erhardus die Darstellung eines Zauberkreises mit, in den der Schatzsucher während der Beichte eintreten muss. Die Illustrationen können auch eine Schutzfunktion gehabt haben, und es ist bemerkbar, dass dem geschriebenen Wort selbst in der Volkskultur auch eine Amulettfunktion zugeschrieben wurde

PENYELESAIAN TANAH KORBAN TSUNAMI YANG TIDAK ADA DAN/ATAU TIDAK DIKETAHUI AHLI WARISNYA

Post-tsunami disaster in Aceh, legal issues on land are regulated by the Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2007, which regulates among others on land that does not exist and/or unknown its owners and their heirs. The land is being taken care as  a religious treasure by Baitul Mal  with an order the Syar'iyah Court. This study applies juridical normative and sociological normative methods. From the field research it was found that the Government did not have data of lands with unknown owners and their heirs. It was known from decision of the Syar'iyah Court  of Banda Aceh which revealed that the fact was originated from the construction of the drainage where the land procurement committee did not know where to hand over the land acquisition fund.Key words: tsunami, land, Ace

Application of a simulation-based digital twin for predicting distributed manufacturing control system performance

Licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland.During the last years, several research activities and studies have presented the possibility to perform manufacturing control using distributed approaches. Although these new approaches aim to deliver more flexibility and adaptability to the shop floor, they are not being readily adopted and utilised by the manufacturers. One of the main challenges is the unpredictability of the proposed solutions and the uncertainty associated with these approaches. Hence, the proposed research aims to explore the utilisation of Digital Twins (DTs) to predict and understand the execution of these systems in runtime. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is leading to the emergence of new concepts amongst which DT stand out. Given their early stage, however, the already existing implementations are far from standardised, meaning that each practical case has to be analysed on its own and solutions are often created from scratch. Taking the aforementioned into account, the authors suggest an architecture that enables the integration between a previously designed and developed agent-based distributed control system and its DT, whose implementation is also provided in detail. Furthermore, the digital model’s calibration is described jointly with the careful validation process carried out. Thanks to the latter, several conclusions and guidelines for future implementations were possible to derive as well.publishersversionpublishe
