Особливості проектування підвісок статорів турбогенераторів великих потужностей

The analysis of existing designs of the stator fastening of Turbogenerators of various design versions is carried out. It is shown that the application of a spring suspension is the integral part of the design of Turbogenerators rated 100 MW and higher. The detailed calculation of the complex stressed state of the stators suspension of Turbogenerators manufactured at SE "PLANT "ELECTROTYAZHMASH" rated 200 MW and 250 MW with hydrogen and hydrogen-water cooling is submitted in the scientific work, taking into account the uneven thermal distribution along the horizontal axis of the aggregate for some number of electrical-sheet steels. The various types of the stator deformation caused by a number of forces are considered. It is proposed to carry out the calculation of mechanical stresses by iterative execution of mechanical and thermal calculations coordinated with electrical stresses. As limiting conditions for taking in to account of forces caused by temperature changes, the limiting conditions of the first kind were considered. At that, in the mechanical calculation, it is necessary to take into account the design peculiarities for each row of springs, taking into consideration the correction for temperature. The key factor is the difference between the calculated vibrations for a stand separately core and its installation in to the casing with suspension, depending up on the modulus of elasticity of the stacked up laminated core for electrical-sheet steels 3413, 3414 GOST21427.1-83, M270-50A. The possibility of changing of steel 38Х2Н2ВА to steel 34CrNiMo6 and steel 40NiCrMo7 is shown, provided that the GOST8479-70 complies with the same strength group.Виконано аналіз існуючих конструкцій кріплення статора турбогенераторів різних виконань. Проведено детальний розрахунок складнонапруженого стану підвіски статора турбогенератора з урахуванням нерівномірності теплового розподілу уздовж горизонтальної осі агрегату для ряду електротехнічних сталей. Запропоновано виконувати розрахунок механічної напруги шляхом ітераційного виконання механічного та теплового розрахунку, узгоджених з електричним. Вказана можливість заміни сталі 38Х2Н2ВА на 34CrNiMo6 та 40NiCrMo7 за умови відповідності ГОСТ 8479-70 для тієї ж групи міцності

Публічна сфера політики демократичного суспільства: між політичною теорією та громадською практикою

Methodological approach to the interpretation of public sphere of politics within a democratic society is to describe the practices of the exercise of power on the base of its control and dialogue. The public nature of power as a common cause of all citizens and, at the same time, the phenomenon of technological and functional management in this study, acquires crucial. Political power is discursive communication activities and technocratic practices of governance in the context of the public sphere, acquires the status of the subject area, which is outside the main focus of the study. Distancing themselves from the government as the leading issues, political science, based on socio-philosophical tradition as a communicative theory denies the power of its central status in the public sphere as a particular form of expression of the political sphere and the political system.At present stage there are two conceptual leveles of considering of the the structure of public sphere of politics. The first is a socio-philosophical level, which is considered in the public sphere dichotomous opposites: publicity – privacy. This level defines the role of the personal perception and transforms the public sphere of politics to the category of political ontology, erasing it from the list of determinants of real politics. However, this level constitutes a public sphere of politics as a category and concept, provides a place in the public sphere of natural-scientific picture of the world. Belonging category of public sphere» to the categories of political and theoretical traditions can relate public sphere politics with other fundamental phenomena of political being: power, political will, political management.Методологічний підхід до інтерпретації громадської сфери політики у демократичному суспільстві є опис практики здійснення влади на основі її управління та діалогу. Публічний характер влади у загальну справу всіх громадян і, в той же час, явище технологічні та функціональні управління в цьому дослідженні, набуває вирішального значення.Політична влада дискурсивної діяльності зв’язку та технократичної практики управління в контексті публічної сфери набуває статусу предметної сфери, яка знаходиться за межами основного упору в дослідженні.Дистанціюватися від уряду в якості ведучої питань, політології, заснований на соціально-філософській традиції як комунікативна теорія заперечує силу його центрального статусу в суспільній сфері, як особлива форма вираження політичній сфері і політичній системі.На сучасному етапі існують два концептуальні leveles розгляду в структурі публічної сфери політики. Першим з них є соціально-філософський рівень, який вважається в громадській сфері дихотомічних протилежностей: гласність - конфіденційність. Цей рівень визначає роль особистого сприйняття і перетворює суспільну сферу політики на категорію політичної онтології, стерти її зі списку детермінанти реальній політиці. Однак цей рівень являє собою публічну сферу політики як категорії і концепції, надає місце у громадській сфері природничо-наукової картини світу. PROBLEMS OF UNAUTHORIZED INTERFERENCE TO THE WORK OF UAV AND METHODS OF ITS SOLVING

This article is sanctified to the actual subject -research of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV). The flow diagram of UAV is shown in this scientific work, the information about advantages, prospects and methods of UAV application in the different spheres of life is brought up. The basic methods of unauthorized access to management and software are analysed. The examples of unauthorized interference to the work of UAV control system are shown and the possible solutions of  UAV defence are offered. Anapparatus, which gives an opportunity to find out the place of UAV stay on certain territory and report about it, is analysed.The list of developing safe methods of counteraction to the UAV is given to consideration. The questions of  home soldiery unmanned aerial vehicles, that become more important with every day, are considered. The types of possible attacks are analyzed. It is educed that basic defense is still the cryptosystem of UAV control system defense.  This article allows you to delve into the issues and benefits caused by new unmanned aerial techniques, understand the seriousness of the problems and prospects, the ability to research and development in this direction.Данная статья посвящена достаточно актуальной тематике - исследованию беспилотных летательных аппаратов (БПЛА). В данной научной работе показано структурную схему БПЛА, приведена информация о преимуществах, перспективах и способах применения БПЛА в различных сферах жизни. Проанализированы основные способы несанкционированного доступа к программному обеспечению и управлению. Продемонстрировано примеры несанкционированного вмешательства в работу системы управления БПЛА и предложены возможные решения защиты БПЛА. Проанализировано аппаратуру, что дает возможность выявлять пребывания БПЛА на определенной территории и сообщать об этом. Подается к рассмотрению перечень разрабатываемых безопасных способов противодействия беспилотным летательным аппаратам. Рассмотрены вопросы отечественных военных беспилотных летательных аппаратов, которые становятся более важными с каждым днем. Проанализированы типы возможных атак и выявлено, что основной защитой остается криптографическая система защиты канала управления БПЛА. Данная статья позволяет углубиться в проблемы и преимущества вызваны новой беспилотной летательной техникой, понять серьезность проблем и перспектив, возможность развития и исследований в этом направлении.Дана стаття присвячена досить актуальній тематиці - дослідженню безпілотних літальних апаратів (БПЛА). В даній науковій праці показано структурну схему БПЛА, наведена інформація про переваги, перспективи та способи застосування БПЛА в різних сферах життя. Проаналізовано основні способи несанкціонованого доступу до програмного забезпечення і керування. Продемонстровано приклади несанкціонованого втручання у роботу системи керування БПЛА і запропоновано можливі рішення захисту БПЛА. Проаналізовано апаратуру, що дає можливість виявляти перебування БПЛА на певній території і повідомляти про це. Подається до розгляду перелік розроблюваних безпечних способів протидії безпілотним літальним апаратам. Розглянуто питання вітчизняних військових безпілотних літальних апаратів, які стають  важливішими з кожним днем. Проаналізовано типи можливих атак і виявлено, що основним захистом залишається криптографічна система захисту каналу керування БПЛА. Дана стаття дозволяє заглибитися в проблеми і переваги викликані новою безпілотною літальною технікою, зрозуміти серйозність проблем і перспектив, можливість розвитку і досліджень в цьому напрямку

METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF THE INTEGRAL ASSESSMENT OF LAND EFFICIENCY AND LAND ORGANIZATION WITHIN THE TERRITORIES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCILS

In the context of reforming land relations and land system usage individual methodological approaches and systems of natural and economic indicators of land use efficiency assessment require improvement. The current research covers various views and approaches of native scientists to the evaluation of land resource usage with taking into account factorial and result indicators, which differentially influence the formation of elements of land tenure system and land management efficiency. The efficiency of land tenure system and land management is substantiated to be determined by a set of its priority types: environmental, technological, legal, social, economic, and budgetary efficiency and their varieties. A system of criteria and indicators for integrated assessment of land tenure system and land management efficiency level at the local level has been proposed. It includes assessment of environmental, social and economic efficiency, which are interrelated and interdependent. It has been confirmed that the development of sustainable and effective methodological bases for land tenure system and land management evaluation is gaining great importance in the context of land market introduction in Ukraine and the abolition of moratorium on agricultural land sale
