Understood as a key theme in management literature, social responsibility (CSR) is installed between two frames reflections namely business ethics and sustainable development. Several researchers have invested in the issue of CSR but few who have reconciled with the risk management and prevention modalities. By analyzing the social contribution of CSR, our goal is to highlight the emerging relationship between CSR and management of psychosocial risks (RPS), formulating the following questions: can we reconcile CSR as a tool RPS management? What is the contribution of CSR to PR management issues? What is the effect of CSR on factors psychosocial risks? Based on the theoretical foundations of CSR, we propose to cross the methodology and action of CSR in RPS generators factors while controlling the level of well-being at work. Experimental study of the cyclic visco-elasto-plastic behaviour of a polyamide fibre strap

WOSInternational audienceExperimental tensile tests were performed on polyamide-based (PA66) woven strap samples. A strain measuring device was used to measure the strain in the middle and effective part of the woven tensile sample. The tests were performed, on the one hand under monotonous tension at different strain rates and on the other hand under sophisticated cyclic loading histories, including relaxation and creep sequences. The analysis of experimental results was made through a visco-elasto-hysteresis model, based on the superimposition of three stress components. The proposed method allows for characterizing the steady state viscous stress as a function of strain and strain rate, the time-independent irreversible behaviour and the instantaneous modulus increasing with the strain. Based on the visco-elasto-hysteresis model, an analysis enabled us to understand and predict the change in relaxation and creep orientations during complex loading histories

Analysis of the agility of the automotive industry supply chain in times of COVID-19: a case study

In the early stages of the corona virus pandemic, business environment was changing rapidly. The Moroccan automotive industry was one of the export sectors most affected negatively by the corona crisis; it collapsed during the three months of confinement and the pandemic has created immense uncertainties in demand and disrupted global supply chains. Indeed, to save the automotive industry, Morocco relies on its competitiveness and challenges current supply models for supply chain agility in order to better prepare for future disruptions. Achieving a competitive edge requires aligning company with suppliers and customers as well as working together to achieve agility, organizationally, strategically and individually. However, agile supply chains are the most powerful competitive vehicles of the manufacturing companies. To help automakers deal with the many challenges associated with the pandemic, let’s present this research on the key enablers that will need to be monitored as the situation evolves. Thus, our article presents an original approach which, by linking the competitive priorities, agile supply chain attributes and enablers, aims at evaluates and enhances supply chain agility of a Moroccan automotive factory. Let’s adopt fuzzy quality function deployment (FQFD) approach and, in particular, the two houses of quality (HOQ) with a fuzzy scale in order to identify the most appropriate enablers to be implemented by the factory. This evaluation demonstrates that there are three enablers needing maximum attention: process compliance, logistics and distribution capabilities and supportive information technology. The aim of the study is to suggest the interest of the theory in the field of sail fabrics concerning characterization, testing and design. La réglementation bancaire marocaine à l’heure du Covid-19

Le système bancaire marocain est bien plus solide aujourd’hui que lors de la crise financière de 2008, et ceci grâce à la mise en œuvre des réformes de la réglementation financière initiées par le comité de Bâle. Les banques marocaines sont largement couvertes et disposent ,aujourd’hui, de matelas de sécurité en termes de fonds propres et de liquidité constitués grâce au durcissement des normes prudentielles et comptables durant ces dix dernières années. Toutefois, dans le contexte actuel de la crise sanitaire de Covid 19 et la récession économique qu’a connu le royaume, Bank al Maghreb, à l’instar des autres banques centrales, a adopté un ensemble de mesure de politique monétaire et a décidé d’assouplir certaines exigences réglementaires concernant les exigences en matière de liquidité, de fonds propres et de provisionnement des créances, afin de soutenir l’accès au crédit bancaire au profit à la fois des ménages et des entreprises. L’objectif de cet article est de démontrer l’impact de cette crise sanitaire de Covid 19 sur le système bancaire marocain. Il s’agit de présenter tout d’abord le cadre réglementaire bancaire post crise et de citer par la suite les principales mesures incitatives et préventives prises par les régulateurs nationaux et internationaux pour faire face à cette crise

La relation : innovation et résilience des coopératives, élaboration d’un modèle conceptuel

L’environnement des coopératives présente des défis majeurs pour celles-ci, notamment le manque de main-d’œuvre qualifiée adéquate, la dégradation des ressources naturelles telles que la terre et la forêt, le manque de compétences en gestion, l'accès limité aux marchés et les changements climatiques. Face à cette réalité, les coopératives sont appelées à développer des mécanismes de réaction afin de survivre dans cet environnement hostile, d’où l’importance de la résilience comme réponse organisationnelle. Néanmoins, les études portant sur la résilience coopérative demeurent limitées aussi bien au niveau théorique qu’empirique. Encore moins, les études portant sur la relation innovation et résilience dans le contexte des coopératives. Par conséquent, cette recherche vise à réduire cet écart en proposant une base et un modèle conceptuel qui rapprochent les deux concepts
