    Redes empresariales en el sector turismo y servicios para la mejora de competitividad en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México: caso Parque Central Hermanos Escobar y PYMES aledañas

    La presente investigación, muestra la cooperación y relación que existe entre las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes) del sector turismo y servicios circunvecinos al Parque Central Hermanos Escobar (PCHE) en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua (CJS), y su colaboración con este último. Se destacan las relaciones derivadas entre empresas y actores de la zona bajo el marco de la competitividad. En los resultados se presenta la red informal existente, así como la red que se generaría si estas empresas trabajaran bajo condiciones de cooperación, coordinación e intercambio de información y clientes entre los actores involucrados. También, se destaca la iniciativa empresarial para la creación de una red que formalice las relaciones, pero una falta de liderazgo para dirigirla, así como un distanciamiento con el gobierno. Sin embargo, se perciben oportunidades para potenciar las capacidades de aprendizaje e innovación, la reproducción de iniciativas empresariales exitosas y la conformación de redes

    This study explores the image of destination perceived by strategic agents of tourism in the city of Hermosillo, as well as actual visitors to the city. To this end, the following question is posed: what image do tourists perceive of the attributes of Hermosillo and of their experiences during their stay in the city? The referential and contextual framework explores in depth the destination image, stakeholders, and attributes of the locality. , A mixed methodological approach is employed, supported by semi-structured interviews with providers of tourist services and a questionnaire applied to tourists and excursionists who visited Hermosillo. The study concludes by verifying the existence of a correlation between the variables of tourists’ experiences during their visit and the image of the information received about the destination, by way of the chi-squared test.El manuscrito explora la imagen percibida por los agentes estratégicos de la actividad turística de la ciudad de Hermosillo y de los visitantes reales a la comunidad. Para ello se ha planteado la cuestión: ¿Cuál es la imagen que perciben los turistas de la ciudad de Hermosillo con relación a los atributos y experiencias durante su estancia en el destino? Es así como se desarrollan los apartados marco referencial y marco contextual, que permiten profundizar en la imagen del destino, las partes interesadas (stakeholders) y los atributos de la localidad. Además, la aproximación metodológica es mixta y se apoya en entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas a los prestadores de servicios turísticos y en un cuestionario aplicado a los visitantes a la comunidad, tanto a turistas como a excursionistas. Se concluye en la existencia de la correlación entre las variables experiencia durante la visita de los turistas e imagen de la información recibida del destino, de acuerdo con la prueba de chi-cuadrado

    Perfiles motivacionales en Educación Física: una aproximación desde la teoría de las Metas de Logro 2x2

    Objetivo del estudio fue determinar los perfiles motivacionales del alumnado de educación física a través del análisis de las orientaciones a meta 2x2, así como las percepciones del clima motivacional en función de dichos perfiles, y las diferencias por género. Tomando la teoría de las Metas de Logro (Nicholls, 1989) como marco, 390 estudiantes de Secundaria (113 mujeres y 277 hombres entre 14 y 16 años) cumplimentaron los cuestionarios de metas de logro 2x2 en educación física y de orientaciones de aprendizaje y rendimiento en las clases de educación física. El análisis por género evidenció una mayor orientación a la tarea y un mayor clima-tarea por parte de las chicas. El análisis de conglomerados obtuvo cuatro perfiles. Un primer perfil con altas metas de logro, un segundo con metas moderadas, un tercero con metas bajas y un cuarto caracterizado por altas metas de aproximación y maestría. El análisis multivariante reveló que los estudiantes del primer y cuarto perfil percibían más un clima-tarea. A partir de los resultados, se sugiere la promoción, a través del clima motivacional de clase, de metas de maestría junto con la aproximación-rendimiento para favorecer la creación de perfiles adaptativos

    The manuscript explores the usual and traditional clothing of the Rarámuri people, better known as Tarahumara. Its worldview permeates the attires, designs, and colors chosen, pure taste, but of a beauty, which relates it to immediacy. Like its relationship with nature, based on respect, this situation frames it in the activity of tourism, in the sense of differentiation of cultural heritage. In short, the historical character and environmental conditions make up cultural patterns that are reflected in the clothing and in the way in which it wears it, understood culture as a set of beliefs, attitudes and customs, which influence the way of proceeding, thinking and celebrating. Changes in social dynamics and the migration of Tarahumara have constituted changes in lifestyle and the adoption of materials, such as the use of ready-made industrial clothing influenced by globalization.El manuscrito explora la vestimenta habitual y tradicional del pueblo Rarámuri, más conocida por tarahumara. Su cosmovisión se impregna en los atuendos, diseños y colores elegidos, simple, adusta, pero de una belleza que la relaciona con la inmediatez. Al igual que su relación con la naturaleza, basada en el respeto, esta situación lo enmarca como atractivo en la actividad del turismo, en el sentido de diferenciación del patrimonio cultural. En definitiva, el carácter histórico y las condiciones ambientales conforman patrones culturales que se reflejan en la indumentaria, entendida la cultura como un conjunto de creencias, actitudes y costumbres, que influyen en la forma de proceder, pensar y de festejar. Los cambios por la dinámica social y la migración de los tarahumaras han constituido cambios en el estilo de vida y en la adopción de materiales, como el uso de ropa de confección industrial, influenciados por la globalización.&nbsp

    Effects of an experimental program to improve the motivation in physical education of spanish students

    The aim was to analyze the impact of an intervention program of physical education (PE) for improvement the motivation among secondary students in Spain. Using the Achievement Goals Theory as a guide framework, two groups were used for the survey: the experimental group (n=86), which received 16 lessons of PE based in a mastery climate, and the control group (n=83), which received a traditional PE lessons. A program was design following the recommendations of Ames (1992) with the aim of improvement the task orientation and the perception of a mastery climate in PE. Using the 2x2 Achievement Goals in PE Questionnaire and the Learning and Performance Orientations in PE Classes Questionnaire, pre- and post-intervention measures of achievement goals and perception of the climate were measured in both groups. In the experimental group, the statistics analysis showed a significant decrease of the perception of performance climate. The results suggest that the mastery climate in PE can help to promote adaptative motivational profiles of the students

    This essay addresses the issue of management higher education appreciation on labor context in Mexico. Some aspects and factors involved in the current phenomenon which seems that do not match the objectives of High Education Institutions (HEI) to the needs of the business sector of the country are exposed. Education competency, implementation and certification of quality systems as important factors in order to develop students holistically in those skills than the workforce demand arise. The conclusion that there are inconsistencies in the premises stated, due the fact of having a career is not synonymous of getting a good job and proper wage. It is required coordination and cooperation among agencies, institutions and companies to improve this situation, creating fast and efficient strategies to achieve an effective implementation
